Fantastic experience: My friend and I hurriedly stopped by their shop the day of our prom, and we arrived within half an hour until close. They quickly measured our wrists and were super accommodating with our requests for last minute corsages. They even called one of their employees from home to come help as back up! We were so impressed with their kindness, and they did an amazing job making our corsages beautifully and on time, and the prices were super affordable.

Fantastic experience: I called to place an order for a corsage and it was ready in 20 minutes. They asked specific details such as color, how tall the person it was going on and whether it was for a wrist or on the dress. Very nice staff! They were recommended from another shop that wasn't taking orders because they were so busy.

Fantastic experience: Birthday bouquet with balloon was delivered yesterday and I am satisfied with the results as were the person who received the flowers. Was able to place the order in less then 5 minutes. Love a real person and a real shop in Mesa. Thank you for your service.

Negative experience: I ordered an easel flower display for a funeral yesterday, and while the display of flowers and greenery were beautiful, I walked up close and found that all the flowers were turning brown and looked old. Several flowers were even drooping down. I’ve never had this problem with Lighthouse Flowers before, and having them on display for my Beloved Cousin’s funeral, I have to take my business elsewhere when I order flowers again. I’m so very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: We ordered flowers for our granddaughter who had a ballet recital. We live in Ohio so I described what I wanted which was the Magical Fairy Dog I found on-line. To say I’m stunned at how amazing these flowers turned out, would be an understatement. Their design far exceeded expectations. I chose Lighthouse when I was searching because of the adorable cake flower arrangements. If you live in their delivery area and need flowers, they will not disappoint. My granddaughter loved them!!

Negative experience: The flowers might be great, I don’t know. However, the Saturday morning delivery driver is terrible at driving, disregarding many traffic laws.

Fantastic experience: Ordered a corsage for my son's Prom. Lighthouse Flower Shop did an amazing job, it looked like art work. They went over the details of wants, and asked for the color of the dress. The Flowers were perfect and fresh. The ribbon added was the perfect color. The time frame and price was better than the other's in the area.

Fantastic experience: I got the Berry Pretty Posies for my girlfriend's college graduation. I got sold on it because I knew she would love the stuffed bear and the colors. I didn't get to snap a photo yet because I was in a hurry. The shop was cozy and homey. The flowers were exactly like the picture. The price was great for the quality, and it being a specialized shop. They even offered me a card to put on top. I was really happy when I called 9am today and they had to it ready by noon. Positive experience: The arrangement on the left is what I ordered, the one on the right is what my recipient received. I loved the color variation and the vase pictured but it’s not what I got. It’s still a beautiful arrangement, but I’m a little disappointed that there was not a lot of the orange and purple that I expected. Instead I feel it was filled in with carnations as fillers and substituted with a lesser quality vase. The shop did call and leave me a voicemail and offered to pick up the delivered flowers and replace them with new ones but I didn’t want to bother the ill recipient another time. I just wish it had been done right the first time.

Fantastic experience: I only buy flowers from Lighthouse Flower Shop. I have never been disappointed with the job they do. I've ordered birthday arrangements and recently prom corsages and a boutonniere. I originally found out about them from my sister in Texas, that ordered my birthday arrangement from Lighthouse Flower Shop in 2021. I had never seen a flower arrangement made to look like a birthday cake. I was hooked from there. I called this morning to find out if they had any corsage/boutonniere on hand. She was so friendly and said she could make us a set and have it ready in an hour. She was thorough and asked the right questions because the one we chose is a bigger corsage. I told her the color of the dress and she tailored even the ribbon to match. I'm very happy with this company, their customer service and the beautiful arrangements they make. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I have been using Lighthouse flowers for close to if not over 15 years now. Lisa and her family are such great people and always get great flowers out to my wife, our friends and clients. If you don't use Lighthouse flowers your literally getting ripped off by the big box firms, the flowers usually last weeks at our house. The personal touch from a family, locally run business rather than some random delivery driver. Do yourself a favor and use them one time, you will never use another company. BUY LOCAL, SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!

Negative experience: Rudely denied me service over not wanting to help me wrap sum flowers for my lady on valentines, was gonna bless her with a fat tip too for atleast explaining to me how to do it

I had an address issue that I was unaware of, and instead of them just dropping off the flowers, they called me to let me know the person was not there any longer. Fantastic experience: I am on. the east coast and needed to get flowers delivered to my friend who is going through a loss. I ordered flowers to be delivered Monday, but found out after I ordered that she wouldn’t be going home until late. I called the shop and they saved them until I called the next day with her work address. ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE and they were understanding and helpful. Never made me feel like I was a burden. 10/10!!! Also GREAT quality for the price!

If you like supporting local this is the best Flower shop in the east valley.

Negative experience: Incredibly poor customer service over the phone - I have never had this experience from this small business. It has had a great reputation with me in the past and has been in business for many years and I was shook to be treated the way that I was. My value as a customer was diminished because the individual answering the phone was unable to answer any of my questions or assist in coordinating an order - I asked to speak to the Designer since that is whom they referred to as being the best to help and instead of making me feel like I mattered by taking a message and reassuring that the Designer can speak with me when they became available (even if it was a lie!); instead I was reminded repeatedly that there were more important paying customers that trumped my inquiry. There was more than 3 hours left in their business day, but my 5-minute phone call just had no room to be accommodated. I think a reminder or better training is needed on the proper way to treat potential customers. I even mentioned when I was hoping to pickup my floral arrangement, even reassurance that I had plenty of time to place the order without extra expedited costs would have been better to hear than be treated the way that I was. Again, simple etiquette needs to be reviewed here. I was hoping to get a memorial floral arrangement from a business I knew and trusted, but the experience saddens me that I will have to search elsewhere.

Local and a fair value with authenticity through and through. PS You should think ahead by placing your order earlier than day-of, and a custom artwork will impress the recipient!

Fantastic experience: I have to say year after year i have spent so much time and too much money on overpriced flowers via the usual internet giants to order my mom flowers… only to be disappointed … this year i decided to look up a local business as a friend advised and give them the opportunity to also receive full compensation for their work, not having to share a huge cut with online corporate floral companies. My first attempt with another local floral company wasn’t good (they snuck in at the end a $35 upcharge and delivery fee, so i backed out) however when i searched here on this site, i felt this business was fair (only charging a delivery fee of $10 over the actual arrangement). This is the first year my mom sent me a picture and thanked me for such a beautiful arrangement for her birthday, and it was exactly as described-even better! This never happens with the others…It means a lot to me… this company has my business forever now.. in fact i’ll be ordering more flowers for other holidays… this company is going in my phone book! thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: Not on has the beautiful birthday cake flower arrangement lasted beyond any arrangement I have EVER received....still as fresh looking as 10 days ago when delivered. I have been asked by many where it came from so have passed the florist shops name. On top of the gorgeous long-lasting arrangement, the delivery person needs to be applauded also. I have just left my home and got a call stating a flower arrangement was to be delivered and wondered if I could recommend a neighbor to leave it with. I said I would be right back so turned around and this wonderful guy waited for me. I should have tipped him but was rather blown away by the whole thing. I thanked him profusely and he wished me a happy birthday and said it was his pleasure to wait the couple minutes it took me to return. Would love to know the guy’s name or at least your shop acknowledges what a “above and beyond” this person did for me and for their shop. The pic taken September 10 and delivered August 25.

Fantastic experience: I live in AR and ordered flowers for my cousin in AZ who was in the hospital. You never know what you'll get when ordering from a place far away and you know nothing about them. They did a phenomenal job on the arrangement! I ordered the Petite Flemish and it looked just like the photo. Gorgeous and she loved it!

Negative experience: I wish I could leave a kind review. Unfortunately, the flower arrangement is nothing like the arrangement we ordered. Perhaps you need to either stand by your picture arrangements (fuller and more flowers / look/style flowers/vase) or update your website to set proper expectations.
