I was a little worried He'd end up with Valentine's Day leftovers, but the arrangement was great and they incorporated one of the colors I asked for. Negative experience: I’m very disappointed. I've been searching for this shop and I realized it's not a real flower shop! You can only place orders online. They should specify that this isn't a store where you can go to pick up an arrangement or a gift.

Fantastic experience: JS Flowers delivered truly top-tier customer service. I called yesterday to place a same-day delivery order for my mother and spoke with a woman named Harper, who I believe is one of their floral designers. She was incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful throughout the entire process. Harper reassured me that the arrangement would be delivered before my mother left the office—and she kept her word. My mother absolutely loved the floral arrangement. I’m extremely grateful for the excellent service and beautiful work. I will definitely be using JS Flowers again!

Within an hour, they called, offered me a different arrangement to be delivered on the same day, and even offered to send the original style a few days later once it was back in stock. I accepted the substitute arrangement and said they didn't need to send an extra. I am commenting because I thought it was a fabulous way to handle the problem and this approach in business should be rewarded. Flowers were beautiful. If we weren't moving this would become our regular florist.

Fantastic experience: Purchased the “Cranberry Crisp” for my girlfriend’s birthday. I don’t gift flowers often but when I do - I want something that really draws in her eyes. We like a lot of Grim Fantasy and SciFi so these fit well with our home and she loves it. As soon as she received them she kept telling me she wanted them to live forever. She loves plants but this is the best reaction to an arrangement I’ve witnessed from her. She loves them. The quality of flowers when they arrived were perfect and the bouquet is tight; everything stays in place.

The arrangements arrive looking EXACTLY like the photo online, flowers always look perky and my mom says they last longer than whatever I ordered in the past. Prices are reasonable considering all that. To boot, this year I changed my mind early morning of Mother’s Day and wanted to deliver to work vs bring with on Sunday. They made it happen and delivered early afternoonish no less. Their marketing texts or emails are not invasive / excessive but perfectly timed. Order from here and only here.
