Fantastic experience: I originally ordered flowers a year ago from a florist they later acquired. They integrated that florist’s customer database into their own and reached out about 10 days ago with a friendly reminder to see if I wanted to send flowers again — no pressure, just a genuinely useful touchpoint. Honey assisted me and her warmth and knowledge of their products and systems made the whole process effortless. That kind of thoughtful follow-up paired with such wonderful customer service is rare. It’s smart business done right, and it will absolutely keep me coming back. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Are you kidding lol. Only nice about this place was the young black women. Everyone else was rude, short heavier women asked how much we want to spend and my husband said less then $50. We wait a few minutes and another ladies said our total was $54 dollars! LoL how do you ask me how much i wanna spend and then charge me more then $50. This place is a joke lesson learned.

It was late so the owner Brad called me at 7 o’clock central time so I could place an order. I’m not even in the country, but the process was very professional and smooth. They have a great website and this family business has been around for 54 years. I placed a large order and everything was delivered Monday. I look forward to meeting Brad when I visit Dallas. Fantastic experience: I used Petals & Stems for my bridal and bridesmaids bouquets, and pocket square boutonnières. Everything turned out FANTASTIC! I worked primarily with Krista, who was phenomenal. I showed her a few inspiration pictures and she made the most beautiful bouquets I have ever seen. She was also kind enough to text me some pictures to show the best way to hold my bouquet as it was a cascading bouquet. The bridesmaid bouquets and pocket square boutonnières were also beautiful. I called the next day to confirm and based on the conversation and how long it took for them to look up the order I was not convinced it was delivered. Going above and beyond on a busy Valentine Day. They took care of their customers, they deserves an exceptional review. They got all my STARS Thank you, much appreciated. There was a plant delivered to my house and this is what was received! I didn't even get a knock or doorbell rung. I was home, and cars were in the driveway. If this is the way they conduct their delivery's then this is a bad business. Seeing this place got good reviews. What a way to receive plants/flowers is way. Never will I recommend this business if the deliverys are handled this way. This plant was outside my door for who knows how long. Again, one rang the door bell or knock.

Negative experience: Nice establishment. Honestly very dissatisfied. Maybe it’s a busy day but no one really seemed Interested in helping. Flower selection was really low and the quality as well. Pretty expensive for the amount of flowers I actually got, it was mainly filler Flowers. I would maybe suggest having more selection for walk-ins. Again maybe it’s the busy season but I just didn’t feel that flower shop vibe nor anyone who seemed interested in my visit. Probably won’t be visiting again, Thank you for the help !

Negative experience: The florist design elements leave a lot to be desired, with the overall presentation being very chaotic. Reached out to the florist and heard the budget was low, which is completely reasonable justification. Choosing an alternative plant or design and keeping on budget still seems attainable. I feel the giver wasted resources.
