Negative experience: They sell flower bouquets and pre-made floral arrangements. They will not take a flower bouquet and a vase, that you can buy there, and make a floral arrangement. At their pricing, for $150, you should be able to ask for them to make a nice floral arrangement. For a higher price you should be able to get a floral arrangement made how you like. Not here. Not a real florist. They looked at me like it was a ridiculous request. Never come here

We want to be very clear: our shop works with a defined concept. We specialize in pre-designed floral arrangements, created with intention and care. Each design takes time — from 30 minutes up to several hours — and reflects our brand, not on-the-spot customization.

We do not offer build-your-own or last-minute custom arrangements where individual items are combined upon request. However, we do offer a wide selection of ready-made designs available for immediate purchase.

This was explained during your visit. We always treat our customers with respect, and we expect the same in return toward our team, our space, and our work.

Comparing our process to “not being real florists” simply reflects a misunderstanding of our business model — not the quality or professionalism of our work.
