Fantastic experience: I was so thankful for the effort and kindness they put into delivering two special floral gifts on a Sunday when most local florists did not offer Sunday as an option. Special things happen on Sundays too! To top things off, when I spoke to them over the phone, they were patient, kind and willing to go out of their way to re-deliver to a location that was some ways away. Lastly the floral arrangement and the plant that got delivered looked very close to the online photos and in my experience that doesn’t happen often. Super impressed and I will refer them and I will use them again.

Negative experience: I’ve ordered from this flower shop a few times because the photos online are absolutely gorgeous and really drew me in. Unfortunately, each time I’ve been disappointed with the quality compared to what’s advertised. My most recent order was especially frustrating - several of the flowers arrived partially dead and noticeably sagging. For the price point, I expected fresh, vibrant blooms that would last more than a day or two. I truly wanted to love this shop because the arrangements online look stunning, but the in-person quality just hasn’t matched the photos. I hope they’re able to improve consistency and freshness in the future.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a baby girl and I wanted an arrangement with pink roses. I chose the Esperance Roses and it was absolutely beautiful, just as it was pictured on the website. Positive experience: The flowers were lovely and fortunately survived the weather until my daughter arrived home to find them. They were left on her doorstep since she was not at home when they arrived. She did not receive a call that were delivered she received a photo ut was at an appointment where she could not access her phone. I was not pleased that they were just left at the door.. The time they were delivered was 4 hours earlier than her arrival home. I felt someone should have spoken to her so a neighbor could bring them inside or to me to let someone know they were unable to deliver.

Positive experience: We order from there all the time. This one was good but didn’t love the rocks at the bottom and one of the flower types was wilting after the second day. The rest stayed lovely for a week.

Fantastic experience: Picked up some Valentines flowers. The arrangement was on the small side for the price, but very beautiful and in a nice vase, and the flowers lasted a long time. I always do pick up, never delivery, and that works well for me.

Negative experience: I’ve ordered from Dr Delphinium before and was unhappy with the quality and how the arrangement compared to the online photo. The staff did try to make it right, so I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again. While the arrangement looked fine initially, the flowers were clearly not fresh. It was delivered on Wednesday and completely dead by Sunday. I regularly buy flowers from Whole Foods and even Kroger, and they last one to two weeks. For a premium-priced arrangement, this is unacceptable. Two disappointing experiences are enough—I won’t be ordering from here again.

Negative experience: My orders were not delivered on time. In addition, the items were incomplete, so I had to call and ask them to deliver the remaining ones. I strongly recommend that there be clear communication between the gift giver and the receiver to make sure everything is okay.

Negative experience: My son bought me 9 months of flowers from Dr. Delphinium, thinking it had a wonderful reputation. I have had to call them after almost ALL the deliveries and express my displeasure. The flowers are old and arrive drooping already and last only one or two days. This last delivery was embarrassing. I am including some photos. I do not recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: I order arrangements from here frequently. They are always beautifully designed, one of a kind, unlike many of the other florists around. The flowers are always beautiful. Every person I send flowers to love them. They have also assisted me in locating florists in other area, like Houston. They have contacted the florists and ordered for me even. I love the option to add champagne. I also will use the add balloons feature. The balloons are beautiful, marble design, and gorgeous. The delivery time is quick.

Negative experience: Every time I pre order flowers or go by the shop to see what’s available, the staff acts like they really don’t need your business. They probably don’t. It’s never a positive customer service experience.

Negative experience: Very disappointed , My friend recieved 2 arrangements from Dr.d. Mine was drab and poorly designed, the other was bright and cheery and well put together. I took pictures, but cannot get them to post.

My only complaint is order confirmations do not email immediately after checking out online, but when the store accepts or starts the order. 100% would use the service again though.

Positive experience: I ordered flowers from Dr. Delphinium to send to friends that had just lost a loved one. I had to call them four separate times throughout the day of delivery to request a delivery update and was told by them that the flowers would be delivered by noon latest during my first call to them around 9AM. Around 2pm from my second call, I was told by them that they were out for delivery. Called again at 4:30pm and was told they were delivered and that the driver just hadn't marked the order as delivered. They WERE in fact NOT delivered. I called them again and left them a voicemail because at this point it was after hours and they were closed...I finally get an email notification at 7:02PM that they were delivered.. While the arrangement was beautiful, I won't be ordering from them again if you're paying a premium and the service is not up to par.

Fantastic experience: I was incredibly happy with the bouquet and pocket boutonniere for my wedding! I had never heard of the pocket boutonniere for the groom before and it was an awesome and creative way to match my bouquet. They were even able to paint the greens a silver color to match my colors which was spectacular and a beautiful touch. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Pretty flowers, easy online ordering, and quick delivery. I can't say the arrangement was worth the price. When my friend (the recipient) shared a photo with me the arrangement looked a bit thrown together. It was pretty small too for as much as it cost. But I also don't think the arrangement was any more expensive than other florists. Overall pleased with the experience.

Positive experience: When my Mom passed away a couple of years ago a friend had sent a Peace Lilly from Dr. D and I still have it today to remind me of her. So when her twin sister passed away recently, I had ordered 3 plants for my 3 cousin's so they would have something to take home as a reminder of their Mom. I also referred a few people to Dr. D. for their flower orders. When I arrived (I live out of town) at the church only one plant had been delivered, I called and spoke with Ashley she was very nice, but I was very disappointed that the delivery got mixed up and I was only able to have one plant to go with my cards for them. My disappointment is the only reason I only gave 4 stars.

Positive experience: I remember when this place first opened and they were so much better than every other florist in town. Now they are run of the mill/nothing special but they charge like they are still Number One. I recently sent flowers to a friend recovering from surgery. I asked for something classic with flowers in season. For $200 plus delivery and taxes I got a 10” tall arrangement (see photo). I also had to spell out the street of the recipient which is one street away from the shop. The last time I will order from this place.

I called and they completely redid it the way it should have been, and were very nice about it. Mistakes happen, and instructions can get lost in the transfer, but they made it right. Negative experience: The gift was beautiful but unfortunately there was no card indicating who sent it. I called several times only to be disconnected on the phone after being told to hold and then finally got through. The person who finally answered the phone said they could not give out the name without getting approval from the sender and that they would call the sender to see if that was okay and would then call me bsck to let me know who had sent the gift. Unfortunately I never received a call back but I did finally hear from my family that they had sent it but thought that it should have indicated that they were the senders. I will enjoy the gift but was pretty frustrated over trying to find out who did actually send it.

Positive experience: I was not quoted a price until the end, which I misheard. I called to get a receipt and realized the amount was outrageous. I never did get a confirmation that the recipient had received the flowers nor did I get a picture. After calling the company, they were very gracious about refunding part of my money and I appreciate that But the whole experience was upsetting to me.
