Fantastic experience: Kim and her team made our daughter’s wedding and reception absolutely gorgeous! Words can’t describe how beautiful the wedding arch looked and how magnificent the reception centerpieces, bouquets, and cake flowers were! This team is as professional as they are creative! They arrived right on time, delivered and set up the flowers to the right people and right places. Our entire night was “enchanted!”

Fantastic experience: I do not live in the state of California. That being said I rely on business reviews on google or other sites. I found on google The Enchanted Florist and this florist got rave reviews. I wanted to send flowers to my youngest daughter who lives in the area of this florist and I thought this would be the best business to use. They did a phenomenal job making the most beautiful flower arrangement for my daughters birthday. I ordered the designers choice and sometimes it is not a given the arrangement will be stunning. Well I am so thrilled that my daughter said she has never seen an arrangement this beautiful. The arrangement had blue flowers and yellow button mums, Orange roses, pink roses, pink carnations ,white lilies and greenery. They made this the nicest looking most creative arrangement and that "WOWED" my daughter. She did tell me after the fact that she has also used this florist when she ordered flowers for her job. I am sold with Enchanted Florist and they will be the only florist I use when ordering from now on. Thanks to their extremely talented florists my daughters 35 birthday flowers were amazing... I am so thankful and grateful for all they did to make this arrangement special. with much gratitude. A very happy mother

I stumbled once upon a time just last week actually, and what a fun little place to hang out in! Look everywhere even the floors and ceiling and you’ll find mysteries and forest secrets hidden! You can apparently book the space for gatherings too!

Negative experience: My name is Jean Fees. I ordered a standing funeral floral arrangement that was to be delivered to a catholic church on Thursday, Oct. 30th 11am. I spent $396.00. I had ONE simple request. I wanted a photograph of the arrangement as I was unable to attend. It's not as though I was spending $40. I spent $400!!! Simple request but it didn't happen. To say I'm angry and extremely disappointed is an understatement. I expected more from a place that received that much money from me, a senior.

Fantastic experience: I visited this store almost 6 months ago to get an orchid and gift to take to the hospital as my daughter just had my first grandchild. The woman helping me was attentive, answered questions, made suggestions and ended up getting me a really cute elephant vase with an orchid. I also got a bunch of baby gifty things. The store has an amazing assortment of gift ideas for all sorts of occasions. Anyway I finally decided to write a review because today, almost six months later the last flower fell off of the orchid plant. So for quality, assortment and friendliness I highly recommend The Enchanted Florist.

Fantastic experience: When I arrived to Forest Lawn and saw the beautiful wreath I had ordered for my best friend who just lost her Mom, I was so extremely pleased. Fantastic experience: Fantastic flower arrangements! Great staff! The only place I go for all occasions. When I arrive I ask what I want, like colors or particular flowers and then they make magic. At the pick up the bouquet is always well-arranged and beautifully packaged ready to be given to the recipient. Also, if you have to carry bouquet with you for several hours they offer to pad the bottom off the bouquet with wet towels as well as seal the bouquet to prevent it from drying. Inside the store it feels like you’ve entered an enchanted world.

Fantastic experience: Let me start off by thanking the entire staff on this special delivery. My friend, Mavien (over 50 years), was celebrating her 96th birthday. You made several attempts to deliver plus phone calls and I am sure became very frustrated and concerned you were unable to deliver the flowers. I was then contacted and was surprised Mavien was not answering the phone or door. I did cask that the flowers be left on the porch in the corner (a safe place and hidden from street). This was done perfectly. At around 6:30PM, Mavien called me (I left 2 messages) and stated she had her hair done for a party being held today by her neighbors. I was very relieved she was okay. Therefore, I am telling you the whole story, because you and your staff went beyond the call of duty for which I am very grateful and hopefully I will be able to continue my yearly floral service next year on her 97th birthday. Fantastic experience: Why not leave the bouquet making to the professionals and get a fantastic result? I ordered the bouquet in the pic early in the morning and was able to pick up same day. They called me to figure out adequate pick up time and it was ready when I came by at noon (that was the agreed upon time). Fantastic experience: I always wonder when I send flowers out of state if they were the quality that I desired and paid for. In this case the recipient e-mailed me and told me how beautiful and vibrant the color of her flowers were up delivery. She stated that she even wrote down the name of the florist in her state that delivered the flowers for future reference as she was so pleased.
