Esta experiencia con “Floristería Flores en Medellín” ha sido absolutamente increíble. Son muy amables y entienden perfectamente lo que necesitas. No vivo en Colombia, pero mi pareja sí, y el personal pudo ayudarme a enviar flores sin ningún problema, entregándolas de manera rápida y eficiente. Rafael helped me with a very unique order of flowers that was part of an elaborate scheme for April Fools’day, one of my family most treasured traditions. Not only he took my phone order and delivered the most beautiful - huge!- bouquet, but he went out of his way to make sure the joke was a success! Rafael asked his friend Louis to assist, and they even convinced the building portero to participate. The end result was perfection! An Academy Award worthy performance. My generous to a fault son had agreed to offer help and shelter at his apartment to a last minute, unexpected, and uninvited guest, from a foreign country, a kid who got lost in Medellin… with lots problems, and even a dirty dog….my son was somewhat anxiously expecting a real headache: and he got flowers instead! “You should have seen his face when he figured it out”, said Louis! we all had fun! And did I mention I orchestrated all of this from Los Angeles- California? Thanks Rafael!!! Your flowers are fabulous, and so are you! ¡La mejor floristería de la historia! Sin duda. Rafael me ayudó con un pedido de flores muy original que formaba parte de un elaborado plan para el Día de los Inocentes, una de las tradiciones más preciadas de mi familia. No solo tomó mi pedido por teléfono y me entregó un ramo precioso (¡enorme!), sino que se esmeró para que la broma fuera un éxito. I messaged her on WhatsApp regarding availability and I wanted something done that day. While I was skeptical to send payment to someone in a foreign country, everything turned out great. I found Floristeria Flores a few months ago by accident when I was linking for flowers to send to a friend who lives in Medellin. My experience with the shop, particularly Raphael, was fantastic from the response time to choosing an arrangement to the delivery and, of course, most importantly, the quality of the product. Everything was perfect. That continued again when I recently purchased flowers for a friend’s birthday. The results were the same… great customer service and a terrific product at a very fair price. If you need flowers in Medellin I cannot imagine there could be a better place for your needs.
