Experiencia negativa: I placed an order well in advance of Valentine’s Day for a specific advertised arrangement of the 'Purple Reign' bouquet that clearly listed particular flowers in the description. The delivery was scheduled prior to the holiday specifically to avoid supply issues. In the end what was delivered was completely different in both flower selection and overall design from what was ordered. This was not a minor substitution, it was an entirely different bouquet. When I reached out, I was told they had run out of product due to Valentine’s Day demand and was offered a refund, which I do appreciate. However, this explanation is frustrating given that the order was placed ahead of time. Advance orders, especially for clearly defined arrangements should be accounted for in inventory planning, or customers should be contacted before substitutions are made. This bouquet was for a special occasion, and there is an emotional aspect to selecting specific flowers and colors. I was ordering my boyfriend the very first flowers he's ever received, I choose those arrangement/colors specifically because I knew he would like it. Having him receive something entirely different was disappointing and took away from the experience. It was embarrassing and the substitution reflected poorly upon me. While I am grateful the refund was issued, the lack of communication and failure to fulfill the order as advertised reflect poorly on the overall service. I wanted to support a local florist and was dissapointed to receive a product more similar to a big brand online store.

They arrived with almost dead lilies and looked nothing like what I paid for, which was a $100 christmas centerpiece. The arrangement was for a very special luncheon my mother was having. I called the nationwide vendor, whose customer service was located in India. Needless to say, they were of no help at all. I decided to take a chance and call Albuquerque Florist, who had delivered the flowers. I wasn't hopeful. That's when I was blessed to talk to Penelope. I told her what happened. She was absolutely wonderful. Kind, patient and incredibly reassuring. She understood and apologized over and over. My mother's luncheon was the very next day. Not only did it arrive early the next morning, it was also stunningly beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. Penelope saved the day. I can not thank her enough. There's a difference between just ordinary customer service and extraordinary customer service. Penelope was extraordinary. Rare now days. She made a difference and made my mother so happy. My partner ordered flowers for me through delivery and for the second time they just left the flowers anywhere. The last arrangement got stolen because they failed to deliver it correctly. When she was placing the order, she specifically told the guy representative, if they had trouble finding the location for the delivery, to give her a call and he hung up on her. They don’t send emails once the arrangement has been delivered or completed either. We used them twice and both times have been extremely terrible with getting the arrangements to us. Customer service had completely changed.

I bet if I checked now it’d say Awaiting Fulfillment still. Two days ago I asked for the order be canceled and did a chargeback because this isn’t the first time an Albuquerque business didn’t follow through on their promises. I checked my email today and a nice lady says it was showed delivered. Cool. I’m out of town but I’ll check with my neighbor. I did just now. She did get the flowers. I check my email gain and I have a rude email from the owner or manager. I won’t be using them again. The website should accurately reflect the order, especially when ordering something as a surprise. It’s not that difficult, I fear. She also doesn’t have my number and I expect some email or notification or an update from the florist that it was delivered. I’m just supposed to trust them? I don’t think so.

First, it looks like they just tossed a bunch of flowers in a pot and called it good, there's no design of any kind. Second, half of the roses are wilted and the poppys are missing pedals and wilted. It's obvious the arrangement got hot. I cannot recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I placed an order for flower arrangements for my brother-in-law's celebration of life and Albuquerque Florist exceeded my expectations. From the initial call with a florist to ordering online was seamless. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable with their arrangements. Upon delivery, we were blown away by how beautiful they turned out. I 100% recommend Albuquerque Florist for all your flower needs.

Experiencia negativa: I’d like to start by saying, I have ordered here many times before over the years, so I trusted the quality. I ordered for same day delivery online on a bouquet for my partners birthday. It was delivered promptly. He was really excited! He got a closer look and said “I’ve never seen these? I wonder if it’s part of the arrangement?” No, in fact it was not supposed to be part of the arrangement. We found there is an infestation of bugs in the arrangement. I’m highly disappointed. I’m hoping to call when they open so I can get a refund. I don’t trust a replacement and probably won’t return for future floral needs:/ Edit: they called me as soon as they opened. They explained that it’s spores from the leather leaf fern. However, I still received a full refund.

Experiencia fantástica: Ordered via telephone, very helpful and professional. Chose a designer pick. The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers and they were absolutely amazing ! Wish this florist was near me in Massachusetts!

Experiencia negativa: First time using Albuquerque Florist and this will be my last. Too many of the roses are already on their last day. This arrangement will be tossed out in 2 days. Very disappointing. On the positive side, online ordering was easy and delivery was prompt without any problems. Update: After contacting ABQ Florist I was offered a replacement or a refund. I selected a refund which I promptly received.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely awesome service. I ordered a birthday bouquet for my daughter and wanted it delivered to her work place early in the morning. The bouquet arrived as requested early and actually looked like the picture I ordered it from. My daughter was surprised and so happy and all of her coworkers had an opportunity to wish her Happy Birthday too. Thanks for an excellent job!

Experiencia fantástica: If you are considering Albuquerque Florist for your wedding, run, don't walk, to book them! I cannot express how beyond delighted I was with the job Alex and the rest of the Elite Wedding team did for our wedding flowers. Holy moly!! I am having my bouquet preserved in a keepsake and I only wish that the flowers could have stayed alive in a vase forever. I met Alex for a consult over Zoom and showed him an inspiration photo of an autumnal bouquet I liked. The first thing that impressed me was his ability to identify each flower and piece of greenery in the photo by sight, and then tell me what would be in/out of season for a September wedding. He clearly knows his stuff inside and out and is a true master of his craft! I was impressed again when, a few months later, my fiance and I were nearby and stopped into the shop, and Alex actually recognized me and remembered my name from a single Zoom call! I was really struck by how Alex (and the whole team) treated us in a personal manner, not like we were another order number. Throughout the process, the team was organized, easy to contact, professional, and in all of the wedding planning stress, I didn't worry once about how the flowers would turn out. Everything from the boutonnieres to the ceremony flowers to the blooms on the cake were absolutely perfect. 1000/10 would recommend! Thank you Alex and co - I am so grateful! Experiencia negativa: Skimpy. I placed the “petite bouquet” for a delivery order for a birthday. Website pictures had me with high expectations but based on the picture I received from the final product; it’s not worth the price. Amount of flowers didn’t match nor the vase color. I’ve attached the bouquet I purchased & the bouquet that was received. Not worth $45.

Experiencia positiva: We chose this florist for our daughter’s wedding because we had heard positive things about them. While initial communications with them were pleasant , the overall quality in the end was sub par. Healthy flowers were delivered to the venue on time on the day of the wedding, however, all of the bouquets and boutonnières were the wrong color. We ordered lavender purple but received fuschia pink, so none of the bouquets or boutonnières matched the rest of the wedding (the wedding colors were lavender and sage). We were not informed of any shortage of purple flowers on the day of the wedding and were just brought what they decided to make without being informed of any needed adjustments. Also, all of the bridesmaids bouquets were supposed to be wrapped in purple ribbon, but were not wrapped at all and were just delivered with rubber bands holding the flowers together. We had to scramble last minute to try to get them all wrapped before the ceremony. Luckily I had brought extra ribbon, as they didn’t even provide us with loose ribbon to wrap them in. We made it all work, but unfortunately will not use this vendor in the future.

Experiencia negativa: Easy to order but was not happy with the flowers. The pink roses looked wilted and for the price I would've expected them to be fresh. The arrangement and colors were beautiful. The picture was the day they were delivered.
