1 month ago Experiencia negativa: I am absolutely disappointed with the DISGUSTING and DISGRACEFUL arrangement sent!!!! I had a family member look for the arrangement at the service. They took a pic and sent it to me. This "arrangement" was no more than a " Grocerv" arrangement for $10 stuck in a VERY small glass vase. You might have less than $15.00 of flowers and materials in this arrangement. I'm HORRIFIED that any manager would allow this EXTREMELY LOW QUALITY niece leave the store NFVFR AGAIN will I use your services!! I will also post on all my sites, that I have 1.3 million followers, about the HORRIFIC incident that occurred!!!
2 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I had ordered a bouquet and balloon for someone who was in the hospital and I didn’t know that they don’t allow deliveries to ICU and Jessica and her crew went above and beyond to deliver when my friend moved rooms. 2 months ago Experiencia negativa: Place is crazy expensive. Used to be good but now it is outrageous. Just go to Abq wholesale on San Mateo. Save you time and money. 35 dollars for a bunch of leather leaf they can't sell is ridiculous. Just bought 100 bucks worth from Abq wholesale and made my own. Crazy times when a half dozen cost 70 bucks. That 3 times the mark up is really crazy!

2 months ago Experiencia negativa: Ordered flowers for funeral services and they weren't even close to what I had ordered. They did not give me a refund, the best they could do was give back the delivery charge. Very dissatisfied, after all they were for a funeral service.

4 months ago Experiencia negativa: 50 dollars barely gets you anything. Really. ? Why do you treat the prices like these flowers don't grow for free. Your flowers are so expensive I feel like a town hall meeting should serve you an eviction notice from the community. Your rob robbing the community with these prices. Maybe you too should be robbed of flowers or money would only be fair.

5 months ago Experiencia negativa: I was the recipient of a floral bouquet from a friend. The bouquet arrived looking as if an amateur arranged it. The flowers appeared to have been thrown into the vase with no design or thought. Delayed calling Peoples due to recovery. When I did call expressing my concern for the flower arrangement not being up to par, I specifically advised NOT TO CALL the SENDER or let them know what happened because I did not want them to feel bad and I DID NOT want a replacement. I advised I had not told the SENDER what happened. Next, I receive a text from the SENDER blindsided because of a call from Peoples and; of course, feeling bad. And, a replacement was coming. I felt so bad and advised them to tell Peoples not to send the replacement. I stated if anything she should get the flowers. Of course, the door bell rings and a replacement bouquet was trying to be delivered. So upset, I refused them and warned them NOT TO BOTHER THE SENDER again. I recalled Peoples angry at their antics and advised the SENDER deserves a refund. I've had past problems with bouquets I have purchased from Peoples, in general, that were not up to par or looking like what I ordered. Yes, it is known they are allowed to substitute flowers for similar bouquets. But Peoples falls short, very short of you getting what you paid for. And customers don't want to say anything to avoid hurt feelings. I am done !! Thank you Peoples - FOR NOTHING! Received a reply from Peoples and a promise to resolve the incident. I am thankful they understood my concerns and offered to correct it.

Petals had started falling off within two days of delivery. Its unfortunate expiring flowers were used for a condolence bouquet. Attached picture is from 1.5 days after delivery.

7 months ago Experiencia negativa: I am beyond disappointed with my recent order from People’s Flowers. My sister had just gotten out of the hospital, and I wanted to brighten her day with something special. I carefully chose the Pink Mini Cube arrangement from their website, which was advertised as a vibrant, elegant bouquet full of bright pinks and fresh flowers. What she actually received looked NOTHING like the photo online. The flowers were dull, not vibrant pink as promised, and the arrangement honestly looked more like weeds thrown together than a thoughtful bouquet. The overall presentation was sloppy and depressing — the exact opposite of what I wanted for someone recovering from the hospital. When I saw the picture my sister sent me, I was APPALLED. The difference between what I ordered and what was delivered is misleading and unacceptable. If you’re advertising a product that looks one way, customers should NOT be receiving something completely different. Save yourself the disappointment — do NOT trust the pictures on their website. People’s Flowers completely let me down at a very important moment, and I will not be ordering from them again.

Delivered them at 5:30 after her office closed on Valentine's. Instructions were to be delivered between 8-5. My wife never got her flowers and nobody got back with me. Will never use them again!

Upon completing my order I realized the order said delivery time was “anytime”. I called the shop (after 5 PM) & spoke to a very pleasant young lady, who found the order, adjusted it and made my delivery happen on time. The online ordering was simple and pickup was quick and efficient. The mini roses were gorgeous and dainty for a little wrist.

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Stopped wanting to place a flower bouquet for delivery to Atrisco Heritage HS where my daughter attends school to surprise her for her birthday and was told I had to know the teachers name and classroom number…really!! It’s high school not elementary.. I am really disappointed with people’s flower

This policy is completely beyond our control, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. It seems there was some confusion on our end, and we mistakenly believed you wanted to send flowers to a teacher, as teachers and staff are the only individuals permitted to receive deliveries at the school. This is why we inquired about the teacher’s name and classroom number.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: When I learned about our daughter-in-law's surgery, I jumped on the internet to order her some flowers. Being 900+ miles away, I had no idea what I would find in Albuquerque. After looking at a few websites, I was thrilled when I found People's Flower Shop. There were so many choices with a variety of prices. I found the perfect arrangement that would cheer her up, and I was even able to add a cheery "Get Well" balloon! They were able to delivery the flowers the very next day, an added bonus! She was very surprised and she loved them! Thank you Peoples for helping us from such a long distance. I will use you again in the future!

1 year ago Experiencia negativa: My boyfriend always brings some beautiful flowers back from here, but when I called today and asked about preserved flower globes or any type of preserved flower availability, the woman who answered gave me a huge attitude and laughed at me. Telling me she doesn't know where those would be sold at. I've seen them a few different stores randomly in the past, they are at the grocery stores like Smith's Food and Drug, but they happened to be out at the location so i tried the People's. These things are not an anomoly and I dont understand her unprofessionalism, it wasn't a hard question in my opinion. They have really rude people answering the phone for some reason. We will be going elsewhere for our celebratory needs in the future.

After selecting a beautiful bouquet it was a breeze to navigate the website. We received notification that bouquet had been delivered.
