I found the perfect arrangement on Mauldin's website but, I was having issues with finishing up my order. I then called their phone number and the lady who answered my call was so professional and polite. She took down my info, asked which floral arrangement I wanted to send and where. After my transaction was completed, she thanked me for calling them up and I said no, thank you for doing this for me. She then said they'll get started on the arrangement and get it delivered before the end of day. Then, a few hours later, I received a text from a family member, thanking me for the flowers and told me that the arrangement brightened my nieces boyfriend and his families day. Experiencia fantástica: My son needed a last minute corsage for prom later that day and we couldn't find one anywhere with healthy, pretty flowers. Mauldin's was our second to last stop, but they didn't have any pre-made corsages either. We were going to leave when one of the employees offered to make one for him. She said she loves making corsages and would have it done within the hour! It came out beautiful and matched his prom date's dress perfectly! It was also the same price as the wilted, old ones from People's Flowers. We got very lucky! Best flower shop in town!

After being put on hold a few times, I was told either that they did not have tulips or that I could only order from the bouquets pictured on their website. But not Mauldins! Not only did they respond that night to my after-hours inquiry, but when I called back the next day, they had no problem filling my order for a vase of tulips to be delivered. Plus, they were super friendly!

They did not meet same-day delivery and they guaranteed me next day at noon and about 11 o’clock. I called that company and asked them. I need an update. They let me know the soonest they could get out was between three and four. My husband was going to be getting on the road by noon, I contacted Melody at this business at 11:15 I let her know what the circumstances were, I knew my husband was near her area. I asked them if by noon, they would be able to get this order out. mind you, my husband was supposed to get these Roses yesterday I text my husband and I asked him if he could pick up an order for me by 12 o’clock. My husband decided to show up there at 11:50 and the minute he opened up those doors they knew it was him and handed him his arrangement Melody Takes customer service to a whole other level Melody New my circumstances and she treated this issue as if it was gonna emotionally affect her and got it done. Thank you very much, Melody. If I ever need roses in the Albuquerque area, you will be my first point of contact.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter’s wedding was coming up and I had to have a wedding bouquet, several bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières and a couple floral combs made up with only a couple weeks notice. Marie was so easy to work with and very accommodating. She looked at the colors of the bridesmaids dresses (rainbow), listened to what types of flowers appealed most to my daughter, and made helpful suggestions. She put together mock bouquets for me to get an idea of what it would look like. The end result was even more gorgeous and perfect than I expected! I highly recommend this floral shop!

I wasn’t home at the time and forgot to give them an updated telephone number to call. So, they left a note on the door. Today, Thanksgiving morning I called and was prepared to arrange for a Friday delivery. Marie was more than happy to deliver the flowers Thanksgiving Day, which she did, in time for our dinner. And the arrangement was beautiful. I don’t know why everybody doesn’t use Mauldin’s.

Experiencia negativa: Sad to say after many years I will no longer order from Mauldins. Last 3 times have been let down the last one being $30 more then usual totaling over $120. I sent them 5 different pictures of past roses I have got through the years and they said they would send another out and I agreed only to be let down again. No follow up call to see if I was satisfied nor a follow up email. The roses were old and already opened and lasted only a few days. They lost the passion and customer service.
