The lady working showed me a selection to choose from and I instantly knew which one I wanted. She was very welcoming and helpful. I ended up purchasing a candle (local Coal & Canary) as well, which she ribboned to nicely for me. Parking is VERY easy (big parking lot) I'll DEFINITELY be back but I'll order on the website next time :)

Expérience fantastique: We live in BC and have ordered flowers for my mother-in-law twice from Dragonfly Flowers. The first time we were not able to see them, although she told us they were beautiful and lasted a long time. This time we ordered the flowers in the picture to arrive on the 11th and we took this picture on the 14th. They still look amazing on the 17th! This store pays attention to all your requests and responds to emails promptly. They told us when the had to substitute a rose of a different colour, and they were right, it was still beautiful. I like that they hand write the card with the flowers instead of giving you a paper card typed out like other places we have used. Definitely reccomend this place!

Expérience négative: Worst delivery driver experience ever! Bret Dobin was the one who delivered the flowers to my in law’s apartment after their father passed, called me basically yelling at me through the phone that he has been waiting in their apartment lobby for 19minutes! In those 19 minutes he never called me, texted me or even tried to buzz in to deliver them as I’ve talked to my in laws and they said they never received any calls of someone trying to deliver flowers! With him yelling over the phone, he had the worst attitude with it saying things like “where are you?!/get someone down here now!” and when I tried to apologize, he rudely interrupted me and said “yeah whatever” and abruptly ended the phone! I let my brother in law know that he was downstairs and to get them and Bret Dobin started yelling at him too infront of other residents saying “were you the guy i was talking on the phone? well heres your flowers because you cussed me out”. My brother in law and I did not cuss him out as we both were very apologetic to him and didnt have the opportunity to get any word in as like I said he was yelling at us. ***The flowers itself were beautiful and my in laws thought they were amazing, even the girls at the store who helped me out over the phone were great. It was just the delivery driver (Bret Dobin) who made the experience for us very ugly. Just be prepared to get a rude delivery if its from him.**

The delivery man who brought them to my house was so kind in dropping them off on a lawn chair (and I didn't have to bend over to pick them up!!!) The colours of these roses are astonshing!
