Expérience négative: I’ve been a frequent customer here and usually love the service. However, my experience today with the “new staff” member but i am not sure but it was my first time seeing her and it was disappointing. When I asked for blue roses, I was met with a heavy sigh and a very unprofessional attitude. As a fellow business owner, I understand being overwhelmed, but guests shouldn't feel like an inconvenience. I hope this was just an off day, as I’d hate to stop coming here.

Expérience positive: Helped me out with handmade flowers my son made, just needed it to be wrapped as he got the wrong type of paper so came in and they did a great job. Also bought a cute bamboo plant. Little pricey, but I get I'm also paying for the service. Nice little local shop in the community to support.

Expérience fantastique: I’d made a mistake on my order and contacted them quickly today to modify my request. They could not have been kinder and more accommodating. I suppose there are circumstances where this isn’t possible, but it’s good to know that if they can, they will.

Sabyna, the owner, was incredible to work with from start to finish. I shared a few inspiration photos, and she took the time to walk me through the different flowers, what would be available for our December wedding, and what would look best! Before the big day, Sabyna even put together a few sample arrangements so we could see everything come to life and make any final tweaks. When we saw the final florals, we were blown away. The rich reds, soft greenery, and warm, romantic feel were even more beautiful than we had imagined. Everything came together perfectly and exceeded our expectations. Expérience fantastique: I am extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase at Petals today. My daughter and I arrived late this afternoon to get my wife flowers for her birthday. When we arrived, there was a very nice young lady that was busy putting a bouquet together and she stopped what she was doing to help us out. My daughter picked out every flower with the help of the young lady and they began arranging the bouquet. The owner came in and was very courteous and helped finish the bouquet. Both the owner and the young lady were so kind and very knowledgeable. Not only was the customer service great, but the prices and quality of everything in the store were excellent. Thank you for such a great experience.

I was asked possible variation options in case of low stock and I added baby's breath which was not an issue! Amazing customer service and quality, friendly faces who are helpful and informative. When I came back to pick up they remembered me which was outstanding, that seems rare these days. I would highly recommend this florist!

Expérience négative: Purchased a 25 flower arrangement that came with 24 flowers for 35 dollars. 8 of these flowers had broken stems near the top of the flower. A flower shop should have a higher quality than flowers from walmart.

Expérience négative: After specifying my order multiple times over the phone and pre paying $54 dollars. We got 2 boutonnieres delivered instead of one boutonnière and a wristlet. Therefore, when it came to my wedding social at 8pm and we saw that, I did not wear my flower that I pre paid for. Too bad, as we were going to go with them for our wedding. Definitely not happening after that disappointing experience. Zero stars. Response to owner: I don’t typically do this but I’m not sure what your response is trying to prove. I phoned a week in advance to see the best way to order, the worker told me she’d take my order over the phone after a brief hold, I made it clear many times in that call I wanted a wristlet and boutonniere. Instead, was delivered two boutonnières. I understand it was a human error. However, it was too simple of an order to mess up, especially knowing the event would be after your closing hours.

Expérience fantastique: First one was actually a wristlet that was a crown for the skull adorned with a single white rose, the second a $20 bouquet they setup in a vase from value village. Super friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Thank you guys so much!

Expérience positive: Had the potential to be a 5-star experience, as both the bouquets that I pre-ordered and the pre-made in-store arrangements were gorgeous, however, there was an ordering mishap that, considering the lengths I went to to clarify my order to avoid such confusion, still happened. For Mother’s Day, using the website I placed an order for 2 “Mini Bella” arrangements and waited for an email/phone verification. When I received said email, I was a bit anxious as it referred to only one of my ordered arrangements, so I was sure to call around opening of the shop to clarify that I’d ordered and wanted two of the same, if possible. When I called, the clerk that answered wasn’t the nicest to talk to (blunt, unfriendly), but I supposed that’s understandable since I was likely first call of the day and it’s a busy sale period of the year for the shop. I confirmed on the call that I wanted 2 of the same bouquet, and the clerk on the phone assured me that “yeah that’s what [she] saw”. Perfect! Unfortunately, I show up within my specified pick up window and, surprise, only one bouquet was prepared, with the clerk commenting “oh, I should’ve read the note.” Yes, the girls running the shop were great in prepping me my missed bouquet, but it was still incredibly disappointing that after all the work I’d put in to ensure my order was received and understood, that there was still a mix-up; it was also disappointing that the bouquet that was made on the spot then had to be made with whatever was on hand instead of as specified as per my original order. I think some updates to the online ordering process and general communication amongst staff could definitely use some improvement, especially during busy sales periods/times of tbe year.

Expérience fantastique: Petals is my first choice of flower shops. The arrangements I have ordered have been beautiful. They are easy to deal with and always deliver the most gorgeous arrangements. I'm one 100% satisfied customer!

Expérience négative: I'm really disappointed. When trying to ask a simple question, the wait time is no less than 15 minutes. I understand that one person might handle everything, but if you can't communicate while working, it really hinders your business. Good products are important, but being able to promptly respond to customer inquiries is crucial too. Waiting over 20 minutes just to get a response is unacceptable. I won't recommend this to anyone. I've always been keen to support local businesses, but this experience has completely turned me off. I won't be stopping by or recommending this place in the future.

Your wife promptly, at 6:30 am before coffee, asks what you decided to get your mother for a gift, and to let her know what the card says...you thought it was fine to just call your mom and why bother with a card or gift... Like an idiot you tell your wife this and she immediately looks at you like you're a moron, a look so deep that you question how you got this far in life in the first place...you spend the morning thinking about what to get your mom since it's the day of and you live in a different province. You're starting to feel a bit stressed, like the 4th quarter of the Grey Cup, you can feel the bad ending about to happen... You then have the calming but annoying realization that this happens almost every year and every year you call Petals the morning of your mom's birthday and get flowers delivered that day. You save your own life by not getting murdered by your wife while also getting your mom beautiful flowers that are still look great after 2 weeks. This is a true story and one of the many reasons I will only shop at Petals for flowers.

Our bouquets were stunning and looked gorgeous the day of and in photos! I gave Sabyna a few pictures of what I wanted and she nailed it! Petals was reasonably priced and so accommodating. I had a meeting with Sabyna the week of my wedding to view what she was planning on doing, as well as given instructions for when they were delivered! So helpful. I definitely recommend Petals for any/all those special events in your life that require flowers!

My MIL was beyond happy with the colors and I was completely impressed how beautiful they were, will absolutely be ordering again for all future arrangements.

It was a beautiful display of pink and white regular & mini carns, mums and roses. The ribbon memorial, Rest In Peace - Grandmother was nicely draped across the centre of the wreath so not to obscure the flowers. I decided not to risk ordering flowers from the local florists on my end of town for a special Halloween party I was hosting. So I ordered from Petals and their delivery charge was reasonable and the arrangements were perfect. The price for the arrangements was very reasonable too. In a final attempt to have flowers delivered to my Mom for Mother's Day (every florist I had called in Winnipeg was fully booked/sold out) I left a voice message on their machine, thinking they probably wouldn't hear it until it was too late. To my surprise, Petal's by S & A listened to the message and called me back at 9:00 PM the night before Mother's Day saying they would fit in one more delivery. After, I am sure, what was already a busy day getting ready for Sunday's deliveries, I was so amazed that they took the time to not only listen to their messages, but respond and agree to fit one more in! I will 100% use them again and 100% recommend them to friends & family. Great customer service.
