Expérience fantastique: Clean and cozy little florist shop on Main. We needed replacement wedding bouquet greens in a pinch on a Sunday and found this shop. Not only did they send me photos of the stems to ensure they were what I was looking for but they were super nice when we got there. Stems were in good health and fresh. Definitely recommend.

Expérience négative: I ordered pastel dream bouquet, it comes with blue and pink flowers with daisys. I custom ordered to make them add white flowers which is extra. I ordered on January 24th and had them deliver on Valentines Day. When I received the flowers it was smaller, it only had the pink and white flowers. I specifically asked for pastel themed. And nowhere in our communication did they ever mention it will not look like the one on the photo. When I called them, they said it was because they upgraded the flower to peonies which are more expensive. Why would you do that? I never asked and also did not updated me. Just making excuses because it does not look as good. I went to their website to look at listing and it was removed it showed 404 error, very suspicious. They said they will pick up the flowers and refund me. I told them it's valentines day and I need the flowers I ordered. They said they cant make the flowers I ordered but we'll see what we can do. Waiting on their callback, never called me back. I called back and they sent me to voicemail. I called multiple times and still voicemail. Worst customer service, lied to me, and also did not care at all. I will never order here again and also hope no one does either. And if you reply to this review, don't act like you're sorry, because you're not I was ignored in chat and on call. So quick to message then stopped replying to me after.

Expérience négative: Disappointing. Wed Feb 12 I ordered a bouquet of brightly coloured cut flowers for some friends I'm staying with, and was told they would be delivered within a few hours. The flowers didn't arrive until the next day, and the bouquet looked like an $ 18.00 bouquet from Safeway, not what I was expecting for the price I paid (around 100.00 for tax and delivery)
