Negativ upplevelse: Update on 4 April after seeing your reply here surprisingly after a month: I’d appreciate it if you take it so seriously that you read my responses with your customer service Anette on 3 March before responding anything here. She told me she doesn’t know what to answer in our last email and I considered this case closed. So I did respond, three times on 3 March, and have records of all the correspondences. For me it’s just pure bad luck to have spent 99kr on these tulips with poor quality, but it seems for you there is a long way to go with both products and customer service. Please refrain from harassing me anymore as I consider this incident closed a month ago. Ordered 10 ‘lyxtulpaner’ after seeing their promotion online and got home to see some of the most common, not so healthy looking 49,9kr supermarket-kind of tulips - where’s the lyx out of this bouquet? Is it even a wrong order? Forget about giving them any business.

The tulips you ordered are what we classify as premium luxury tulips. This means they are of higher quality, carefully selected, and have a longer vase life often at least 10 days with proper care). Tulips typically found in supermarkets at lower prices usually have a much shorter lifespan, often around a week or less.Both we and Interfloras customer service have tried to reach you to follow up and find a solution, but unfortunately we have not received any response from you yet. We would really like the opportunity to assist you and resolve this matter.We deliver a large number of tulip bouquets every week over 40 deliveries and around 1,500 tulips sold in stor, and our customers are generally very satisfied. That’s why we take your feedback very seriously.
