Negative experience: So very very bad shop, we spoke with call center Jawad they said they will not take ANY ACTIONS , it’s arrived in bad condition literally so no refund money was given , so disappointed I hope shop will close as they don’t care about them job and customers Branch from Sharjah

I ordered through Thalabat and added special request to add greenery to feel rich and lush. They also added to it. Thankyou so much. U made our Valentine day special. Negative experience: I am writing this because my attempts to resolve my order issues via phone have been met with unprofessionalism and a complete lack of cooperation. To be clear: After a difficult consultation process where I was treated with an unnecessary attitude, the bouquet I received was dry, damaged, and unusable. I am extremely disappointed in both the quality of your product and your refusal to answer calls. If I do not hear back, I will be forced to dispute the charge with my bank and share my experience on public review platforms.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this shop. From the start, trying to coordinate a decent bouquet was unnecessarily difficult. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, often failing to return calls and speaking in an unprofessional manner. When the flowers finally arrived, they were broken and dry, which is completely unacceptable for something I paid for. This was far below the quality and service I expected. I do not recommend this shop and expect a full refund for this order.

Negative experience: Really disappointing experience with customer service and the quality of the flowers. I recently interacted with this flower shop and was extremely disappointed with the customer service and the bouquet i purchased, especially on pre-order. The staff were unresponsive and unhelpful, and the owner seemed too busy to answer basic questions as I sent screenshot of our conversation. His behaviour was unprofessional and shockingly rude, condescending, and making me feel like I was bothering him with my questions. He seemed more interested in flunting his authority than providing helpful service. Staff were equally unhelpful and dismissive. Regrettably, this experience has put me off ever returning. Despite multiple attempts to get clarification on my inquiry, I was met with indifference and lack of clear information. It's not a pleasant experience, the roses were dead on arrival. Not even a 'sorry' from you, just radio silence. I'm not impressed, and it is not recommended if you value good service

Fantastic experience: I ordered this flower bouquet from talabat & I'm impressed how the delivery was on time, the flower was in perfect condition ( their smell really nice) further I wrote on talabat how I wanted the wrapping in pink and not brown , I'm happy how their fulfilled my request. As per price; the size is great. I would be ordering again from this shop in future.

Negative experience: I ordered a bouquet from this shop through Talabat, where the estimated delivery time was around 2 hours. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for 4 hours with no updates. When I tried to contact the shop to inquire about the delay, the response I received was extremely rude and unhelpful. Based on this experience, I will not be making any future purchases from this shop.

Negative experience: Worst experience delayed in delivery every 30min they ask more 30min order from 8pm and till 12:20am no update and they asking for more time and the way of speaking was not professional , disrespectful and even they are not ready to accept their mistake never gonna order from them again and they were rude in behavior also

Negative experience: I have been getting fresh flowers every week for years but unfortunately this store disappointed me. I ordered twice and the second time I called them and asked for flower food which every store gives when they give flowers. The store manager told me that it is not good for flowers, but in a rude way. I told her that I was not looking for a advise, just give me flower food. She literally argued with me on the phone. I told her that I would leave feedback on Google and she said it was not good. They also delivered late. Anyway, I will never shop again. Because she did not even try to call me back to apologize.

I ordered a bouquet based on their description and was assured it would be substantial and beautiful, but what I received was much smaller than promised, especially considering the price. It felt like a poor value for the money. I reached out to address the issue, but I didn’t feel the situation was handled appropriately. I expected better quality and service based on their reputation. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this shop at all. And the customer service is the worse!

Negative experience: Very poor and unprofessional service. I place an order through talabat and was told it would need 90 minutes for delivery. An hour later I get a message from the store saying it’s out for delivery. Another hour later I message to check and again they say out for delivery. I called the place and was told to ‘not talk too much and cancel the order if I don’t like’ and got hung up on. I called again to ask for the owner to complain and was told my order will not be sent and got hung up on again. After complaining to talabat turns out the order was never sent out for delivery. Definitely will not be dealing with this place again, unacceptable and disrespectful behavior.
