Negative experience: I just got my order from Damas Flowers and Events via Flowwow, I ordered 12 Red Roses to surprise my wife tonight, but I don’t know what happen, when they deliver it was only 9 Red Roses, delivery was fast, but the actual details of my order was totally different.

Negative experience: Wilted flowers. And they put my comments in the notes. Ordered through Talabat for a friend, 150 for this is a joke

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. It was my engagement and they gave me artificial flowers, broken and dirty acrylic boxes, promised to provide a white carpet and didn’t. Simply stating yes all these designs come with artificial flowers and I should be aware of it. Made me pay 1300AED for fake flowers. Total rip off and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. First and last time.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers from USA and sent to my sick mother in Ajman UAE. This has been so far the best experience of my life. It was a short notice but Damas made it possible. There is time zone difference, the delivery guy Vishnu has exceptionally gone way and beyond to provide great service. He called them, they didn’t answer he messaged me pictures and video of the flowers!! The bouquet had all fresh bloomed flowers and the most beautiful I have seen. I contacted my family and Vishnu went back again to deliver. The moment he delivered he messaged me back to let me know it was delivered!! Wow this was an excellent experience!!! No hassle, beautiful fresh flowers, my mother was soooooo happy to see them. Thankyou Damas and Vishnu for making this possible!!!!

Negative experience: I asked for a specific bouquet of flowers with specific price and I showed him the bouquet which one of my relatives got it before from him with the same price,and i got a very different one with a very less numbers of flowers, i was surprised and I would get a much better bouquet from another shop with similar price. Despite being a friday an complete arrangement consisting of flowers , balloons and a teddy bear was delivered in no time free of any delivery fees. The basket was big and you get value for money. The arrangement was elegant and pretty. Payment terms were via a link. The service and value for money is very good.

Negative experience: I had a really bad experience at valentine's day, i asked for lillies and eustoma in a box, The ones i got was not even close to what i payed for, instead of the eustoma i got juries that were PAINTED blue and no liliies, when i contacted the shop's whatsapp they didnt even apologize, all what they said was that they were busy!!! You lost a customer good job

Negative experience: Do not order from this place. Had ordered online for a tulips arrangement and the order showed atleast 12 flowers in a box. What they delivered was 8 flowers with few fillers. They did not even let me know that they had delivered less flowers. On asking the recipient i was able to find out that they did not deliver as shown online. When asked further, the damas flowers place was not very apologetic and mentioned to deliver something better next time. Why would someone order again with them when they cheat people.. Means...its a total waste of money and its unreliable based on the pictures and description shown online. Never order flowers thru them. Other places are much better.
