Negative experience: Their tulip flower event are not responsive and no communication i dont recommend if you have something soon really i even texted the shop itself and they said someone will reply to you and nothing it is been since yesterday morning ..

Positive experience: The quality is amazing. The store is super clean and arranged, I bought lilies and they lasted for more than 10 days!* The entire apartment was filled with the amazing aroma. ( *Just change the water every 2 days)

Fantastic experience: The best flower shop ever

Negative experience: Terrible experience. I contacted them at 11 AM to prepare a bouquet, and we agreed on the flower selection and that I would pick it up at 1 PM. I even confirmed again at 12. When I called on WhatsApp at 1:10 and sent several messages with no response, I got no reply. I called again multiple times at 1:38 — no answer. When they finally picked up, I was told the bouquet wasn’t ready because I didn’t confirm — even though I had! I explained I was in a rush and the flowers should’ve been ready as agreed, but the response was: “I have 3 customers, once I finish them I’ll start.” This is not a professional way to treat customers. Now I’m left without the flowers I needed, which put me in a really uncomfortable situation. Never buying from them again — completely disrespectful and unreliable.

Negative experience: Used to the Al taawun branch all the time but since most of the staff left to the other one, the service quality had gone done. Stood there for 27 minutes for them to make a single bouquet for me with no other customers in the store, prices have gone up too

Negative experience: Worst quality of balloons Don’t think about this place when it comes to occasions just a waste of money .. took a quite good number of balloons from them for a birthday party .. only 5 minutes later I was shocked that the balloons went down out of helium .. although the sales guy have told me that they are expensive because of the “good quality” had to go back to the shop( 2 times )to make it up , & due to the bad quality of the balloons it won’t stay up for more than 1 hour.

Positive experience: Very nice flower arrangements and work. However last time they forgot to prepare my order which delayed me a lot when I came to pick it up. Just make sure to call and make sure it’s ready first. Other than that the staff is very friendly and do great work.

Negative experience: Very arrogant customer service by one of the 2 staff. He is specialised in pushing away customers, while the other staff (English speaking) was very friendly. Will never go back there again even if they offer free giveaways.
