Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with 7 Days Florist Flowershop! The flowers were absolutely beautiful, fresh, and arranged perfectly. You can really tell they put care and attention into every bouquet. The service was also fantastic — very friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with. My order was prepared on time and looked even better than I expected.

Negative experience: Really disappointing experience. I purchased a bouquet from this shop on Friday around midday for $96.77 and picked it up in person from the store. I live only about a three-minute walk away, so the flowers were taken straight home and placed in clean water almost immediately. There was no delivery time, heat exposure, or delay that could reasonably explain what happened next. At first glance the bouquet looked nice when presented in the shop. However, once I got it home and unpacked it properly it became clear that a large portion of the flowers were already in poor condition. Several of the mauve/pink daisy-style flowers were already looking tired and wilted, and within 24 hours many of them had completely collapsed and died. The leaves were shrivelled, the heads were drooping, and it was obvious that some of the flowers were already past their best at the time of purchase. Another concerning detail was that multiple flowers in the bouquet had wire running through the stems to hold the heads upright. While wiring can sometimes be used as a support technique, seeing it used on several flowers in what was supposed to be a fresh arrangement was disappointing and raised questions about how fresh the flowers actually were. The overall experience felt quite misleading. The bouquet appeared full and attractive in the shop, but once the wrapping and packaging were removed it became clear that much of the visual bulk came from presentation rather than the number or quality of the flowers themselves. Because this bouquet was purchased as a gift, the experience was particularly frustrating. What should have been a nice gesture ended up being awkward and disappointing when the flowers deteriorated so quickly. The most frustrating part, however, was the complete lack of customer service afterwards. I sent a polite complaint to the business with photos showing the condition of the flowers. I wasn’t even demanding a full refund — I simply expected some acknowledgement of the issue. Unfortunately no one responded at all. I contacted the business directly first in the hope of resolving this privately, but the lack of any response left me with little choice but to share the experience here. When you’re paying close to $100 for a bouquet, you reasonably expect the flowers to last more than a day and for the business to at least acknowledge a customer concern. Sadly, this experience fell well below that standard.

Fantastic experience: bought flowers online thru a third-party website, it is operating globally and it was assigned to 7 Days Florist as they were close to the delivery address. They were swamped with orders which was really understandable and despite the queue, my order came at the time I requested!! Y’all are legends!

I went into his store accidentally after they were closed just to have a look while I was waiting for my noodle box, there were no flowers though because he was closed and he packed them all away. Sam came back in and he said hey, and we had a nice chat. I didn't realise the store was closed, he proceeded to go above a beyond and brought at all of his flowers and told me I didn't have to buy anything but just to have a look. He truly went above and beyond. I liked him so much I decided to buy my mum a nice bouquet of native flowers. Notably, they are incredible quality, they are still alive, it's now November. I highly recommend purchasing your flowers here, the service and flowers are impeccable. I would never go anywhere else now, I just want to support Sam and his business. He has such a great heart. Negative experience: I chose the deluxe ‘designer’s choice for native arrangement’ which was not cheap. Was quite disappointed when I saw the initial photo, it only had 3 main native flowers and I had to ask them to put a but more because it was mostly leaves and not enough flowers. Also, one of the flowers were completely rotten! Staff texted me to next time order on the phone (which I do not prefer to share credit card details over the phone) if I want more flowers and avoid commission when ordering online. This is unprofessional and inconsistent. The arrangement should be the same whether one orders in person or online. The overall product was a disappointment for their price and will be ordering elsewhere. The reviews are overrated for sure.

Fantastic experience: When I had checked the list of local florists that Google came up with, 7 Days Florist was among very few open. Upon inspecting reviews I gave them a call to see what was available to be greeted by Sam. The customer service i had received was exceptional. Even requesting a different batch to the ones on display, Sam did not hesitate to offer potentially whipping up a new one. My partner also loved the flowers. I will certainly be back in future! :)

My sister picked the arrangement from the website and then called to place the order and spoke to Sam. She describe what she wanted & nothing was too much trouble. If I hadn’t of been served by him I wouldn’t have been able to put the big smile on my fiancés face when I got home with the gorgeous flowers he recommended. As soon as you walk in to the shop you can tell these people don’t treat you as a number. You are welcome and they invite you to the shop with a smile. I had a wonderful experience. I will be back and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. They are also doing our wedding package at the end of the year strictly due to the service I received. Do yourself a favour, get in your car and go see Sam the next time you need flowers.

They have been in the florist business for over 20 years, and they have not lost a sense of true customer service. In fact, they truly put people first, and are committed to quality service and product. I travelled over 30km to engage their services, and when I need interstate delivery, or a special flower arrangement in future, 7 Days Florist will be the florist I'll be going to.
