Fantastic experience: I was tasked with looking for a single rose for my roommate to give to their partner. We were driving from Strathpine to Kedron and we saw this Florist. They were just about to close but stayed open so we could buy a rose. He took great care in selecting and wrapping the most beautiful rose I have ever seen. He made sure it was sitting in a little bit of water to keep it alive longer. Apparently they came from Victoria and were delivered that morning. We are so grateful and we can’t wait to give it to our roommate so he can surprise his partner. 5 stars!! best service we could hope for!! Definitely coming back!!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with how my order was handled this morning by Sam and Imelda, which ultimately led to me cancelling my purchase. I fully understand that this is an exceptionally busy time of year with Valentine’s Day on 14 February. When I spoke with Sam earlier, I explained that I’ve called around to arrange same day delivery which has been a little difficult. He advised me to place the order first thing in the morning through Brisbane Flowers and assured me they would make it happen. Based on that assurance, I did exactly that. Shortly after placing my order, I received a call from Imelda. She sounded frustrated, was raising her voice, and informed me that my order could not be prioritised until Monday morning due to receiving over 700 orders overnight. She suggested that it would be best for me to cancel my order. While I appreciate her honesty about the workload, I was disappointed by the tone and manner in which this was communicated. As I did not want to cancel, Sam called me again at 10:30am Friday 13th - after he had excused that this order will not be possible to to deliver today after he had suggested to order through himself. I came up with a solution and asked whether I could arrange for someone to collect the bouquet directly from the store and organise delivery myself. At that point, Imelda took the phone from Sam and told me this would not be possible unless I was willing to wait until 2–3pm. I then explained that I was happy to take any flowers available in-store and pay any price difference — I simply needed something. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly spoken over, and my attempts to find a reasonable alternative were dismissed. The conversation felt disrespectful and unnecessarily hostile from Imelda. Nothing showing on Brisbane flowers website or social media stating there will be some delays today? I understand the pressures of a busy period; however, customer service and respectful communication should remain a priority. I placed my order in good faith based on the assurance provided from sam, and instead felt spoken to in a way that was upsetting and unprofessional. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future.

Negative experience: If you are disabled you most probably won't be able to park in the disabled parking space outside Brisbane Flowers because the not disabled wife of the owner of Brisbane Flowers parks her Silver Mercedes in that parking spot without a Disabled parking authority pass displayed - what a greedy self entitled person she is! DISGRACEFUL!
