Fantastic experience: Always a true delight to buy and receive flowers from Northside Flower Market! Our wedding anniversary today, and my wonderful husband arranged flowers to mark the occasion. He expected to be home at the time of delivery, so stipulated on deliver instructions "can be left at the front door after ringing the doorbell". Sadly he had no premonition of the gale force winds today! And was out when delivered. Rang the office and they arranged for the delivery driver to return and pop the gorgeous bouquet inside our front lobby! Service above and beyond! And many thanks to the lovely driver who came back and popped them into the lobby! Very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: The perfect spot for flowers and gifts. The blooms, the plants and gifts are all lovely - it’s so hard to pick a candle when they are smell so lovely. The staff are also so lovely, location is great, can grab a coffee from the cafe next door and bonus - they give back to their local community.

Negative experience: I was really disappointed to see that prices were noticeably higher for Mother’s Day. It feels like the business is taking advantage of the occasion, which comes across as unfair to customers. I understand seasonal demand, but the increase seemed excessive compared to regular pricing. Because of this, I won’t be returning.

Negative experience: Super disappointed in the flowers I bought this morning….. I got three bunches for birthdays and spent nearly $200 and they’re already dying. I also understand paying extra for gift wrapping which I did but then they just threw them together looking like a 2 year old had got to them. Now I’ve got three bunches of messy flowers that are dying. Safe to say I’ll never be going back there.

Fantastic experience: Sorry: misposted to a WA florist. Ordering interstate or from overseas can be hit and miss. I was very lucky to find Northside Flower Market did a good range of flowers and small gifts at reasonable prices and delivered to where my friend lived. I chose the flower type from the website and added a couple of gifts to be delivered in a week's time. I was sent an sms (Australian #) showing me the bouquet the morning of the scheduled delivery. My friend was ecstatic and sent me pictures too. As I'm returning overseas, Northside Flower Market will be my go to for Brisbane area because their customer service is great and the flowers are super fresh and beautifully arranged.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a large variety of flowers to make my own bouqets, button holes and table arrangements for my wedding. The staff at Northside Flower Market were very helpful with recommending what would work and what would be in season. Using the online market order form was easy enough (I did put in a lot of detail of what styles and colours I would like). They went to the trouble of calling to let me know one style I requested wasn't the best quality at the moment and recommenced a replacement flower that I liked even more! The flowers were gorgeous for the day of the wedding and guests took them home and updated me with how nicely they lasted and continued to bloom. Would absolutely recommend Northside Flower Market!

Negative experience: Bought ‘fresh’ sunflowers on the weekend for $20 and within 2 days they look like this. Call the shop to let them know, Julie advises to bring them back in and we can replace them or refund them and when I do that they don’t have sunflowers and because I didn’t return them within 24hrs they won’t honour a refund. Absolutely disgusting service by Julie, incredibly rude to me and acting holier than thou about a store policy that needs to be enforced versus just accepting they have sold me an inferior product for a premium price and providing a positive customer experience. Based on the number of 1 star reviews this shop has received this doesn’t seem to be an isolated incident as well. I’d avoid at all costs and you’d get better quality flowers from Coles or Woolies sitting in water bins then what you get at northside flower market.

Negative experience: My daughter picked out flower bunches from the fridge for my birthday. The flowers were not at all "fresh". Not my daughters fault don't sell them if they are old and won't last. So expensive considering quality. Better off going to the markets in Rocklea because this is not a real market. Don't bother.

When I picked up the wreath I was absolutely amazed as it was exactly what I wanted. The wreath on Anzac day looked amazing. Negative experience: I dropped in this morning to buy a bunch of flower arrangement for my friend’s daughter’s birthday. They didn’t have one in my budget, so I decided to upgrade it and started looking around in the cold room. That’s when a staff decided to block me by standing in front of me, ordering other staff to spread the display. I felt I was pushed away by her. So I left the cold room to searching for other options. When I was looking at the flowers on the rack just outside of the cold room, other staff said there weren’t not for sale. I just gave up and left. Not very welcoming atmosphere. I was only customer then, yet they didn’t care about me. I usually don’t leave negative review but I needed to let them know. I didn’t want to start my favourite day of the week like this….

Negative experience: Absolute joke of a business. Ordered flowers and gifts to be delivered for a birthday and they "weren't able to deliver them" so after the worst communication with their staff the options i was given was for the recipient to pick up her own flowers, pay for another delivery charge for them to re deliver or a refund minus the delivery charge i have already paid.. absolutely disgusting customer service. So not only did the recipient not recieve her gift i now am out of pocket the delivery charge (i chose refund) i will take my business elsewhere and make sure i let everyone i know,know about the absolutely terrible service. They say i bad experience you tell 10 people and a good one you tell 1. I will make sure i let my friends, family and my wotkplace who regularly send gifts to never use this business.

Fantastic experience: I bought a bouquet of flowers for a birthday gift and they were so beautiful and well within my budget of $70. The bouquet was huge, the flowers super fresh and the arrangement was far superior to any grocery-store bought flowers. The young lady at the register wrapped them up with some water. The store is beautiful, welcoming and has a good vibe. I think the cashier could have been a little more bubbly, but she was by no means rude though. Still give them 5 stars ⭐️

Positive experience: Received flowers from this company (for a death in the family) but on enquiring as to who had sent them was told that they couldn’t divulge that information which was a problem as the flowers meant little without knowing who had sent them. Finally….. it turns out the sender forgot to put their name on the card . I think YOU should just ask the senders to clarify the card issue with each order so as to avoid the difficult situation that arises in a case like this. Alan

Negative experience: I always purchase flowers for my friends for Christmas, this year they hardly had any Orientals. I purchased some was charged an extra $7.50 per bunch for gift wrapping, which was very poor. My friends also told me they didn't last as well, with some blooms not even opening. I normally purchase a calender & more flowers, however selection, quality & variety was very lacking this year. Extemely disappointing, one lost customer. Robyn Carroll
