Fantastic experience: The best. We ordered a last minute urgent order and George arranged the most beautiful bunch of red roses, added a card fix ed a typo and help us organise an Uber to get the flowers delivered within an hour. He stayed back after hours and was lovely on the phone. He made the biggest effort to make sure everything was sorted for us. We will definitely be using them again. So rare these days for people to make such a big effort.

Fantastic experience: I initially reserved what I believed to be a large flower arrangement for around 100 AUD. When I went to pick it up, the bouquet I received was much smaller than I expected. Later, it became clear that there had been a misunderstanding, as the arrangement was available in different sizes and I was given the smallest option. The size I originally had in mind actually costs about 2.5 times more than what I paid. At the time, I felt disappointed and confused about the situation. However, after sharing my experience, the owner personally contacted me to apologize. He was very professional, took responsibility for the misunderstanding, and offered to provide new flowers to properly make up for it. He also assured me that he would personally make sure I am better attended in the future. I truly appreciate the way the owner handled the situation afterward. His willingness to make things right shows that he genuinely cares about his customers and the reputation of his business. Based on this follow-up, I believe they are committed to providing a much better experience.

Fantastic experience: I walked in wanting to buy a dried flower bouquet. The owner kindly suggested to me that I could make my own, as I could even do multiple this way and do my own mix and match. Fantastic experience: I ordered roses through the website and the process couldn’t have been easier. Within minutes I received an email from George, who was incredibly helpful. I expected delivery would take at least a day, but to my surprise the flowers were printed with a card, arranged beautifully, and arrived within an hour and a half!!!!!! The roses themselves were immaculate — healthy, symmetrical, wonderfully fragrant, and some of the nicest I’ve ever seen. The presentation was outstanding, and the delivery driver was fantastic. Her advice gave us great peace of mind, and it was clear we were in caring, capable hands. We chose the Garden of Eden Heart arrangement with elegant white flowers and green stems, and it was stunning beautifully designed and exactly what we envisioned. We had also selected a white ribbon with gold writing for the tribute message, and I asked if the ribbon could be placed diagonally from the top left corner of the heart down to the bottom tip, rather than the standard centred placement. Debbie and team were more than happy to accommodate this special request, and it was done beautifully Debbie also kindly included complimentary delivery to the church, as well as complimentary hire of the stand. We were assured that the stand would be picked up by their courier within 24 hours after the service, which was such a relief knowing nothing was left pending or to be followed up later. On the day, the only thing you want to focus on is the occasion and your loved one, without any extra worries. ⛪️ Another standout was the quality and longevity of the flowers. Debbie explained that their arrangements are placed in water-soaked floral foam to keep them fresh for up to a week or longer. This was so important to us, especially after speaking with another florist who said their flowers would only last the day. I ordered a heart shaped flower arrangement for my beautiful mother's funeral yesterday and Tia recommended that I have the flowers delivered direct to Pinegrove rather than to my home and to put the flowers on a stand which I did and which saved me a lot of time and hassle. The flowers and the presentation of the flowers at Mum's funeral was exceptional. Negative experience: I went this morning because I wanted to get flowers for a friend and I was shocked by the attitude of one of the employees. I have never ever had such a rude interaction, anywhere. First of all, the way he greeted me was more like a drug dealer than a flower salesperson: "Oy, can I help?" - That's how he addressed me. Then he asked me my budget and didn't even let me finish my sentence before he laughed in my face. Disgusting customer service. I will never go back. To reply to your response: What are you taking about? Your response is so irrelevant and out of proportion... Where did I talk about his skin colour or background? I talked about the way he addressed me and his attitude that was very inappropriate, mostly for a flower shop. I'm an immigrant myself so how can I be racist??? Rude people are everywhere and are not based on their skin colour. I get it he's a family member but maybe you should be worried about the image that reflects on your family business and teach everyone to be respectful. If you think that's ok to make fun of a customer because I can't afford a $100 bouquet, well that's your way to run a business...

Negative experience: Horrible experience, Will not deal with these unprofessional people again!!!!! Ordered flowers for a birthday the day before. Gave them the address, it was extra for delivery as we lived outside the delivery area. We paid for it, not a problem. The next day “@ 4pm” we receive a phone call saying that the flowers won’t be delivered that day unless we pay an extra fee due to tolls, or they will be delivered the next day. After continuous arguing stating we have already paid, these people would not budge!!! Very very unprofessional Absolutely disgraceful, never again!!!!!

We had so many comments from guests asking where they were from. We left the creativity and styling to George and what was delivered was beyond our expectations. We also wanted very specific green and purple colours and I know they put in extra effort to source us the perfect colours. The flowers also lasted for weeks after the wedding. Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers not realizing that I had missed the cut off for same day delivery. I had a conversation over the phone with the delivery driver and he confirmed this. I could have paid more for urgent delivery however I accepted that the flowers would be delivered the next day. Later that night, I found out that he actually needed up delivering the flowers that same night. I can’t express how appreciative my friends and I who ordered the flowers were for this. I extended my thanks over email and the man delivering the flowers replied saying that he could tell that they were intended for something important based off the message in the card. That kind of service is incredibly rare and so lovely. It was such an incredibly kind gesture. Thank you so much.
