Negative experience: I received yellow roses as a birthday present they were presented beautifully, I followed the instructions of care but sad to say the roses didn’t even last a week. The first photo is the day the flowers arrived. Second photo is four days later.

Positive experience: Beautiful roses. We've been buying from Mr Roses for a long time. I've noticed delivery times for valentine roses affect the quality. Past few years I've received them on 13th and 14th for Valentine's and they often don't last pass the 3rd day but this year I've received them on 12th and they lasted a good week. I was told they are cheaper on the 12th too. Delivery has always been great though.

Negative experience: I was really surprised and happy with my Wife’s Valentine’s present. The roses arrived beautifully packed, and I she added the powder as instructed. Unfortunately, it has only been six days and the roses are already damaged. I’m very disappointed, as I expected them to last much longer.

Fantastic experience: I received 12 long stemmed red roses from my fiancé on Valentine’s Day. They were the most beautiful roses I have ever seen! They were perfect. The wrapping and presentation was next level too. I would definitely use them in the future.

Negative experience: Received delivery late in afternoon. It was a 40 degrees day and the box was red hot, so were the flowers inside. They were wilted and bruised. Sent photos and they told us to Cut stems and put in water, requesting more photos which we sent. They said on response that replacement flowers would be resent and nothing arrived. They have ignore request for refund. Not doubt hoping we will just forget.

Fantastic experience: Order got delivered but was missing a teddy bear. Emailed shop and a lady called Bridget replied immediately. They resent the bear and added a box of complimentary chocolate within the next few hours. 10/10 service

A week later and my roses still look incredibly fresh! The packaging is just beautiful - so classy and elegant. You can tell a lot of care goes into the presentation. Positive experience: My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine’s Day a week in advance and wanted them delivered the day before the 13th Feb it said yes got till 9pm that night to deliver and nothing turned up he wanted it to be a surprise but had to tell me in the end and then the flowers didn’t turn up till the next day at 10:45am if ur going to offer a service and select when to be delivered it should be done so was a bit disappointed with the service , the delivery driver had both our numbers a simple call or message to tell us would of been good

Negative experience: Ordered ahead of the rush. Requested 5-9pm delivery (came at 10pm) was unable to give the roses to my significant other who had to leave. Further the roses generally are provided with “food” for longevity however was also not provided. Flowers were partially squashed due to the size of the box. Usually order from here for all occasions but likely to not order from here any more in the future.

Negative experience: I received roses and sunflowers for my birthday, and I’m really disappointed. The roses didn’t even last 5 days, even though I followed all the care instructions, cut the stems, and used the solution in the water. The sunflowers arrived already dying and just dropping. For a birthday delivery, I expected much better quality and longer-lasting flowers. Will not be buying or recommending flowers from this company again.

Negative experience: The flowers were nice and as advertised. The add on expensive Red Tulip chocolate did not materialise. In its place ( with no explanation or apologies was a cheap no name chocolate block and a bag of toffees. This is not what I paid for and I feel cheated.

Negative experience: Way overpriced. 3 Lilly stems $75. Thought okay maybe will come in a lovely bouquet if I pick up from store. Came just in a box like it was ready to be shipped.

Negative experience: Long time supporter, but this time flowers were not the same quality as previous orders. Complaints just posted aside, which is disappointing as I was always happy to pay a premium for a premium product, but after sales service is enough to lose me as a customer. It happens, but shrugging it off does not instill confidence.

Fantastic experience: I ordered 15 long stemmed white roses for my wife’s 60th birthday. She cried when they were delivered and she opened the box. They were stunning! Each bloom packed with love and care; with its own water sachet. The perfume is wonderful, not something you usually get with large blooms - ‘though we’ve never had blooms this large before either! Magnificent. Extremely happy.

Negative experience: Flowers are good, have used before. But bought the flowers using gift cards I purchased through my employer. Could only buy said cards in multiples of $50, yet when I went to buy the flowers, I discovered I could only use one gift card… now I have a $50 gift card which doesn’t go very far with Mr Roses, but is significant to me. Waiting on Mr Roses to let me know if the gift card can be refunded, which has now taken a week and counting. So mixed emotions. The multiple gift card issue needs to either be fixed or made clear to would-be customers.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered a pink rose bouquet for my wife’s birthday after seeing a stunning website photo showing around 40 pink roses. I didn’t hesitate about the price because it was a special occasion and I trusted what was advertised. What I received was ONLY 5 roses wrapped in paper. No explanation, no apology, no resemblance whatsoever to what was advertised. This is nothing short of false advertising and customer deception. MR ROSE completely ruined a special moment. This business is a trap, and their website images are highly misleading. Save your money and your dignity — you’re far better off buying a $30 bouquet from Coles, which will be more honest, beautiful, and reliable than this disgraceful service. Strongly NOT recommended.

Negative experience: Extremely poor service & illegal conduct under Australian Consumer Law I was sent flowers as a surprise, but they never arrived. The florist claims they left them in my building lobby, but there were no flowers anywhere. Leaving a paid delivery unattended in a public area where theft is likely is completely unacceptable. I explicitly told them I had not received anything, yet they refused to take responsibility. Under Australian Consumer Law, a business must supply the goods or services you paid for and provide a solution if they fail to do so , including a refund or replacement, not just another charge. Businesses cannot take payment for something they don’t deliver. Their only “solution” was to charge the purchaser again for a second delivery. This is unfair, misleading and goes against consumer rights in Australia. I have had problems with this shop before. They took money, failed to deliver the service, and behaved unprofessionally. Do not trust them !

Negative experience: I am writing to express my disappointment with the delivery of my recent anniversary order, which included flowers, a teddy bear, and chocolates. The delivery was handled very unprofessionally. The delivery person left the order outside without calling or notifying me in any way. I did not receive a phone call, message, or email to inform me that the delivery had arrived. As a result, the items were left outside for the entire day in 42 Celsius. Because of this, the chocolates melted and were completely damaged. This situation could have been avoided if the delivery person had contacted us(I put 2 different numbers they didn’t call or ring bell )before leaving the order. This was meant to be a special anniversary gift, and I am very unhappy with how it was handled. I expect better communication and service, and I would appreciate an appropriate resolution to this matter.

Negative experience: I have been buying off them for years and the quality has gone down. They use to last a long time and were beautiful and the newest lot I got my wife were falling apart after 2 days. Bit disappointing. Especially when they are so expensive.

Negative experience: My husband organised long stem roses to be delivered for our wedding anniversary on the 11/11. They turned up on the 12th. Thanks for that. Also upon delivery some of the roses were already losing petals. He spent a decent amount of money for them to come late and be damaged. He's pretty disappointed. I appreciate him trying to surprise me but in the end wanted to tell me before delivery because he was let down. Shame.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for same day delivery in the afternoon and they arrived that night, and the flowers were truly beautiful. The sunflowers were big and bright and the roses were beautifully presented. It was exactly what I wanted and I (and the recipient) appreciated how beautiful the presentation was.

Positive experience: I didn’t realise the recipient would receive text messages before the delivery confirming the delivery was on its way. It was supposed to be a surprise. No damage done but maybe mention this will happen. I would prefer the text messages come to me the person who organised the purchase. ( not emails) I haven’t see the flowers but hope they are beautiful.

Negative experience: Literally no assistance possible or comfort with any service, then from weekends, like I placed an order had to switch to delivery and messaged. Thankfully someone messages, then says it’ll be delivery on the day between 9-6 so I said I need the day prior and I messaged at 12 so it’s before the cut off for same day delivery…. Then chucks on another $55 dollars late service fee which I did not know at the time until after so now I’m waiting around for the order on the day. Customer service and late service is poor lack of communication and no tracking on the flowers or delivery. Useless should’ve gone to flowers for everyone next time won’t be shopping back here.
