My daughter said it was a beautiful arrangement and it was delivered in time as per my request. You’re very much recommended. The only issue was when it was delivered, there were some broken stems. Best to click and collect like what i did the previous year. Other than that the flower arrangement was beautiful.

Fantastic experience: Picked up this box of flowers from CBD Flowers on the 13th Of February after placing an order online. Flowers are lovely and are still in great condition after a whole day. Store is located in a convenient location and l would buy from them again.

Negative experience: I’ve visited this store before and had positive experiences, which makes this review disappointing to write. Today, I came in looking to purchase several bunches of flowers and had questions about arrangements. The older man at the front (someone I hadn’t seen before) showed no interest in helping. Rather than working with me to fulfil my order, he told me I could either buy a $200 bunch of his choosing or come back next week. Unfortunately, his unwillingness to assist and extreme rudeness cost the store a big sale today…

Fantastic experience: bought this gorgeous ready made bunch as a gift for a friend after work hours and there were still many nice bunches available at a much more competitive price than many other florists around the city. it's been 4 days since purchase and my friend has said the flowers have lasted well so far. the shop is also conveniently located right by the train station. will definitely be back for future floral purchases!

Negative experience: I sent flowers and made sure that I briefed them and I was assured “we will take care of you”. Was shown the size/ volume I would expect. In essence the flowers were sent with NO GIFT card and were not what I was shown I would get. I feel very disappointed and ripped off !
