Negative experience: Tried to go to the location, could not find it, tried to call but no answer. It says there is a physical store on their page, but difficult to locate with no street signage if so.

Fantastic experience: I get the Valentines day rush but highly recommend spending more money else where. My partner said these were worst than the $10 ones from Aldi :( Edit: resolved

Fantastic experience: I ordered these flowers for my mum’s birthday a couple of weeks ago while I was out of state. I was a little nervous not being able to handpick them myself, but they turned out absolutely beautiful. She loved them and mentioned that they lasted a very long time! I couldn’t be happier with the experience and will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.

Negative experience: I have been a customer of this florist for the past few years, but the bouquet I received today is completely unacceptable. Not only the flowers arrived very late in the day, the flowers arrived wilted, with petals already browning, shriveled, and drooping. It is honestly shocking that a shop would allow an arrangement in this condition to leave their doors. For the price paid, this level of quality is not acceptable. Extremely disappointed and will not return.

Each time we've had flowers delivered mum has remarked about how nicely the arrangements are & also how fresh the flowers are. We've noticed how good their website is, the accuracy of details of their arrangements and the ease of ordering for specific dates and in particular no hidden charges with prices & delivery costs clearly shown Our latest order was an example of how good this company is, their courier delivered the flowers to the 10th floor even though the lift was out of order & he also delivered another parcel that he'd noticed had been left in the foyer for my mother. This company has pride & ethics! Well done!

Positive experience: Was expecting a bit more than what was presented. The flowers are gorgeous but lacked any wow about them. Could've been arranged in a more flattering and appealing way. Didn't look as beautiful as the pictures shown when purchasing. Oh well

Fantastic experience: My daughter sent a photo of the flowers and they were true to the bunch I ordered off the site. Lovely flowers, great quality & super fast delivery. What was also really good was I had forgotten to put my choice of flower colour in the order, so I emailed, received a very quick, lovely reply and everything was sorted out within a very short period of time. I also received an immediate email and my daughter an SMS due to forgetting to insert a delivery address. So, Little Flowers, thank you for top notch customer service, you are a great business.

Negative experience: ITS A SCAMMM!!!I ordered a large bouquet for my sister’s birthday two days in advance and was extremely disappointed with what was delivered. While the website mentioned that poppies might arrive as buds, only THREE poppies were opened in the bouquet and the rest were buds. This is unacceptable at all, especially for a special occasion like a birthday. Given the advance notice, the shop should have ensured a proper bouquet or at least informed me of any issues beforehand. This experience ruined both my day and my sister’s celebration. Based on this, I STRONGLY NOT recommend purchasing from this shop.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the service. The flowers were beautiful bunches of daffodils. They were delivered on time. The ordering of them was not so simple but with some emails backwards and forwards all worked out in the end. I would have loved to have been able to speak to somebody on the phone. I am old school! In saying this I would most certainly recommend Little Flowers and I would use them again. Thanks to the Little Flowers team.

Positive experience: The speed of deliver is great. I leave the instruction please deliver in the loading dock. But it was deliver to the Reception. Somehow, didn't being duplicated.

Fantastic experience: Little Flowers has enabled me to mark important occasions when I can't be there in person, by delivering beautiful and unfussy floral arrangements to my loved ones in Sydney. My mum loved her Mothers' Day flowers yesterday, which I ordered, as always, from Little Flowers. She commented on how beautifully presented the posy was in its hessian wrap. One of the things I love about Little Flowers' offerings is the absence of copious cellophane and baby's breath. The plain wrapping means nothing detracts from the flowers themselves. Ordering is always straightforward and delivery is always as scheduled and well-communicated. Love the business and hope to continue as a very happy customer for years to come.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with them! Mum was overseas for Mother's day and we wanted to deliver her flowers. Little Flowers made it super easy and affordable to deliver her flowers. The flowers were fresh and looked exactly like the pictures. We ordered the stock boquet and mum couldn't be happier and she looked so pretty with the lovely flowers. 10/10 would reccomend them! Negative experience: Disappointing. My partner ordered flowers yesterday. Prior to the stated cutoff time on the website. The flowers have not arrived. It was a surprise for me. I have emailed and separately contacted via Insta. No response. I am all for supporting local businesses but there is an issue here with communication and points of contact. For example, there is not a telephone number that you can call. I hope my partner can get a refund! The least that can be done. 18/2/25: Just an update. Little Flowers did deliver a beautiful bunch of roses on 17/2/25. They apologised for missing the delivery on Valentine’s Day. I appreciate that they did make things right. The flowers were amazing. Fantastic experience: Living in Oregon, USA and my wife visiting our son's family in Sydney, being it Valentines day, I wanted to send her flowers. Little Flowers had a great website and as a local business I felt they would provide a great service, which the did and delivered on time!

Negative experience: I ordered a bouquet of flowers for someone special on Valentine’s Day, but what I received was so disappointing that it was unforgivable. I understand that the pictures on the website are for advertising purposes and that the flower colors might be different. However, the flowers I received were extremely wilted, and the bouquet was wet due to leakage. I sincerely hope that the shop will improve its service so that other customers won’t have to go through the same experience as I did. for me, I must say: Hello, little flowers, and goodbye, little flowers. Negative experience: Lies on the same day delivery. Don’t bother. I had to pay for delivery and they said that the flowers would be delivered latest by 7pm and it was not delivered. It’s already 11: 57pm and there are still no flowers in sight. Additionally, when I reached out to customer service there was no response to my request for updates. Mind you I’m out of the country so I’m checking on inverse hours to see if the recipient got the flowers. Tiring and frustrating process. If the order cannot be fulfilled then I would appreciate a heads up but blatant disregard is rude. The lack of updates, communication and commitment to the promised delivery time is appalling and I would not recommend this place to anyone regardless of their blooms because they cannot be counted on. #vday

I had to ask the recipient to go check for the flowers again and again. Very tiring process overall. 2 is because it atleast delivered the flowers to the foyer. Positive experience: Ordered the seasonal paper daisies for my anniversary, as I had been satisfied with littleflowers in the past and was keen for their "longer lasting" nature. The bouquet came with small buds, lots of greenery bulking it up and they were wilting by the third day. Unfortunately, flowers from the supermarket have lasted longer at less than half the price. Quite disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I just love Little Flowers. Every bunch is gorgeous and locally sourced so is sustainable and guilt-free (actually not just guilt-free but because you're helping local flower farmers, you feel a little bit smug). For the past two years I've also had one of their living Xmas trees from Jamberoo Farm and not only do they look great (and save on storage space, or sweeping of pine needles, etc) but they're a great talking point.

Fantastic experience: Swift delivery and most helpful and understanding customer service ever. Ordered some poppies for Mother's Day and wasn't home when the delivery man came, he called to advise he will try the best he could to have them left inside the lobby, rather than just dumping it outside our building entrance (which he did, while it was pouring hard that day). Flower health wasn't great, but once notified to the customer service, they got in touch with the farm straight away and gave not only an explanation, but also sent another substitute bouquet as an apology! I honestly wasn't expecting that, as I thought they weren't to blame in the first place for the flowers they receive - but they just went above and beyond to make sure their flower recipients are happy with what they get. Will definitely order from them again and be happy to recommend anyone who's thinking of sending flowers :) thank you x
