Fantastic experience: Another perfect delivery. I didn’t order until lunchtime and my order was delivered to my niece for her birthday before 6pm! It was roses champagne and a teddy bear with personalised ribbon with her name. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You are the BEST!!! Thank you so much

Negative experience: Buyer beware! Do not shop here! They do not live up to the promises of next day delivery before 5 and they are rude. They need to hire people with customer service skills.. Use Mr Roses. So much better!

Negative experience: Worst experience I have ever received they guaranteed will be delivered by 6pm came super late We live in a apartment building the delivery driver called my wife saying come down and pick up your order she told him I have children can you bring it up please he closed the phone in her face and just left the box downstairs lucky no one stole them he was extremely rude. Paid $150 for 6 roses and they were tiny poor quality roses. DO not use this company if you are trying to surprise your spouse they took all the romance from this poor service

Negative experience: Horrible experience. It’s currently 9:30pm, flowers were meant to be delivered by 5pm “guaranteed”, not able to contact Roses Only as Customer Service closes at 6pm, no response to text messages, no flowers. What a great way to ruin an anniversary. Do yourself a favour and do not purchase from this company.

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to Roses Only for delivering a memorial wreath within 10 hours of ordering. I had forgotten to place my order and Roses Only delivered my flowers before the funeral service. I was so impressed with the wreath, the delivery service….it could have been a very stressful experience but it was the exact opposite. Thank you so much….it truly was appreciated, especially at such a sad time.

Negative experience: “Guaranteed delivery by 6pm on the same day” Called at 5:30pm . Waited 45 minutes . Then someone answers, “Sorry there is traffic, you can get $22 back on a $222 purchase” Its not about the money at this point, part of the purchase was due to the fact that your promised delivery by a certain time. People make arrangements and further promises to people off the back of this “guaranteed” promise. I would not have purchased anything if i knew it would come after the deadline. The remedy provided is not good enough and i am not satisfied that this has been settled adequately. The delivery came at 8:35pm with the box soaking wet due to the rain. This was ordered at 10:30am…… #NTOUR

Positive experience: Would love to leave positive feedback and fantastic review but sadly I can't as someone stole the flowers. I can leave feedback saying the online ordering process was easy to follow and well laid out. Its not the companies fault the flowers were stolen and I hope to do business with them again as it was a positive experience apart from not being able to receive and see what I paid a good sum for. Not sure how to reply to owner but the order number is NMRUP. As I said it's not anyone's fault it was stolen from the property I had a confirmation email saying delivered sadly my partner wasn't home to receive and it was left at door which I had selected not thinking it would be stolen

Negative experience: Very disappointed Day before our daughter gets married. Thought they would deliver the 12 White Roses in the morning, but no. The white roses got delivered at 8pm Thursday in the evening after a very hot day. On arrival they did not look the best and I expect were left in the back of a hot van all day. Despite changing the water once and topping up the water once they are pretty much dead by Saturday. They lasted 1.5 days at best. The leaves have certainly expired and the flowers were looking sick. We got a text message about the delivery a day or so prior. When they had not arrived I rang but was left holding and could not get a operator. Used the link on your text message and that was no help. Rang again and waited and waited and waited. Finally got through and the girl could not find the order, tried by address, tried by phone number and tried by name. She still could not find the order. Then her easy way out was she said she could not tell me anything due to the privacy act. All I wanted to know is were they on their way and what time approximately. I rang because it was late, it was hot, the roses had not arrived and I wanted to check they were still on their way and to put them in the shade when delivered as we were going out. The flowers must have been in the van all day and in the back heating up all day. They were sent from her husband to be the day prior to my daughters wedding being Friday Not only were the roses late but here we are on a Sunday the the 12 Roses have had it and their garbage material. They basically had expired on Saturday. Its so disappointing that they did this prior to her wedding and the Roses Only operator operator I rang could not have given a rats arse!

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the flowers I received. They were not fresh, and one rose looks like it is dying. I expected better quality. Also, the arrangement looks.. sad? I will make sure my partner never order from you guys again. If you need to get rid of dead or nearing dead flowers, please just throw it away instead of using it for your customers. Positive experience: I got the teacup flowers and I assumed it was bigger . If I knew it was a normal cup size I would have purchased a larger arrangement . Fantastic experience: I needed to make a last minute flower delivery on Friday for my girlfriends birthday as I wound up in hospital the day before thus ruining all my original plans. I called up and asked if the flowers would 100% get delivered before 2pm (when my girlfriend finishes work) and was told they would be sent via express post for a small extra charge (fair enough). I ended up getting the sunflowers, chocolates and a bottle of champagne and everything arrived around midday and my girlfriend was really happy with it all. My only irk is I feel it was a tad pricey, however, I cared more about making her day feel special. I’m not usually one to get flowers delivered but if I needed to again I wouldn’t hesitate to order from here :)

Negative experience: I ordered flowers here for $160 as a present to be delivered at a specific time for a birthday. In addition ordered a bottle of champagne & the offer came with chocolates included. The flowers didn't arrive at the specified time, the champagne was the wrong one (that the birthday girl doesn't drink Rosè) & no sign of the free chocolates. The flowers looked absolutely nothing like the photos - if I'm honest, I could have picked up a nicer bunch in the local Supermarket. I have reached out to see what we can do & received a refund for the delivery & have been offered another bunch of flowers for the inconvenience to be delivered, which I accepted & advised to please send. That was almost 2 months ago, no sign of flowers & no communication. Please save your money & do not bother. You're better off asking the local flower shop to deliver & the quality will be guaranteed better & support local. Very dissapointing experience all around.

Positive experience: It really takes something for me to write such a negative review as usually I don’t bother spreading negativity. But I’ve received numerous “bouquets” from this company and honestly for how much they cost you should be embarrassed. I’ve attached the latest ones which are “meant to be fresh” they sent which were ordered this morning. Not only that, you also have the laziest delivery man in the world. I don’t know how to say that your flowers are the worst I receive without sounding conceited but seriously do better. Edit: they’ve reached out and have rectified the issue by sending beautiful replacement flowers. I am hoping the quality will be just as great going forward regardless of who orders. Also commending the prompt and professional follow up communication by their team. I’ve updated the review to more than one star due to it.

Fantastic experience: The purchasing of the 12 long stem red roses went extremely well and they were delivered on time. The roses were well packaged, and each rose had a watertight water satchel on the end of the stem. Joy was delighted to receive the roses.and the gift card and the chocolates.

Fantastic experience: We had ‘Rose only’ as our wedding florist. We had an interstate wedding which was difficult for us to see what the flowers look like. But they patiently listened to our request, sent all relevant photos to visually show us and adjusted the flower arrangements within our budget. Negative experience: I don’t normally give bad reviews but you deserve one. My partner ordered me flowers and you confirmed it will arrive before 5pm as it is an office building address and no one will be there after 5. And eventually no one contacted me on 14 Feb at all. This morning we received a message saying the deliver was too late and would like to deliver again on 15 Feb. what are the purposes of that if we missed the date? Also, we wanted to call and discuss this order but no one picked up the phone. We spent in total 1 hr waiting on the line and no one eventually picked up. I would not recommend the service. Negative experience: I never leave reviews, but this was much needed. I paid almost $250 for a large bunch of flowers. What arrived was SMALL and the flowers were old. Negative experience: Terrible I received a fruit box for my birthday and the fruit was not ripe some of it was off could not eat and for the price not worth it nothing much in the box better to go to Coles or Woolies and buy box of fruit cheaper better value.the flowers are not fresh as well wilted please don't send as a gift or waste your money.

Negative experience: It’s kind of fundamental for a delivery service to actually deliver. I placed my order a month in advance. Yep, I managed to be organised, and I’m not running a business. The delivery status currently says ‘Your gift has been sent out with our courier and is guaranteed to be delivered by 6pm on Friday the 9/12/2022’. It has said that all day. It’s now after 8.50pm. I haven’t been notified of delivery. They missed the occasion. It was a really important occasion- a once in a life time one- retirement. It was important to me that I mark the occasion with a little something special on the day. That opportunity is now lost. And I got to spend my Friday night feeling devastated. If only they’d told me they were not going to meet their obligations ahead of time, I could have cancelled and made other arrangements. But instead, they selfishly held onto the order, failed to communicate their non-compliance and let the day pass. They failed to meet their end of the deal. I wish I had gone with a different provider. They’ve let me down.

Fantastic experience: Such a fantastic service! Order arrived to recipient on time and as described! Admin staff were very patient and kind! Nice when someone special recieved something that is as stated, exactly as per the picture! The teacup arrangement is very dainty and the teacup will last long after the flowers are gone! Negative experience: I ordered 2 flowers (paid $200) for one person and the flowers were totally different from the photos even though it's up to seasonal reason. Positive experience: I ordered & paid $160 for a bouquet of flowers recently & most of the flowers were fine, except for the roses. They were slightly brown & already starting to die. After two Days the roses were thrown away. I Emailed & tried contacting this business so many times & no one has bothered to contact me regarding my complaint. For a big well known company, you would think they would take these matters seriously. Absolutely unprofessional. I would not buy from this business ever again, nor would I recommend them. I’d rather my money go towards a small local business. So disappointed Update: received a call approx 1 week after my order, I received an apology for the delayed response & offered credit or partial refund option. I have amended my review from a 1 star, to a 3 star as my complaint was addressed & fixed

Negative experience: Use them for business for staff bdays. Always issues. Latest case was the hamper didn’t arrive on the delivery date. After I followed up turns out it’ll be delivered 4 days later than the confirmed date. Oh and they offer to refund delivery which is a joke. Don’t recommend. Reference (ERNAE)

Called up to discuss, lady hung up on me, called back spoke to senior sales agent, delivery driver wasn't willing to change delivery address. Positive experience: Great product and delivery service. Web site is a bit hard to go about since you can't see your cart and sometimes what you choose to put in the cart is not available for the date of delivery but you'll only know during checkout process.

Negative experience: The lady who took my order was extremely polite and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately it got to 5:10pm - I had to call my partner and tell her to not leave work yet because a gift was arriving for our anniversary. I called rosesonly and was told there was a problem with the courier and there was zero chance they could have them delivered on the day. It would have been great to receive a call earlier so I could find an alternative. Not impressed.

Fantastic experience: Roses only did the flowers for our wedding and we could not have been happier! The arrangements were exactly what we had asked for and the prices were completely reasonable. The flowers were absolutely stunning and stayed vibrant without issue. We felt like they really listened to what we were after and checked in regularly that everything was as we had specified. They were also flexible with adding on things and changing the delivery time close to the event date. Special mention to Shannon who was completely lovely and making changes to the order right up to the day before the wedding. Nothing was a problem. Would definitely recommend this service!

Negative experience: My lovely parents, living overseas, decided to surprise me with for my recent move. They obviously thought it strange I hadn't sent them a photo to say thank you and when asked, I could only confirm I hadn't received anything (2 days after the supposed delivery). My mum was so disappointed as they had paid extra for an inmidate Saturday delivery, so they reached out to Roses Only who confirmed they had left the flowers in my mail room. I thought this very odd as we don't have a mail room - but I checked everywhere in the hallway, checked neighbouring buildings that may have mailrooms and asked neighbours if they had seen any flowers, nothing.. I asked my dad to ask Roses Only for a photo of where the delivery was left as I couldn't imagine what they'd call a 'mail room'. No reply for a couple of days and as my parents are in Denmark, I had to call. I was put on hold to talk to customer service every time and eventually gave up getting through after three attempts. Finally, Roses Only got back to my dad's email and explained that they'd made a mistake and the flowers were never delivered. They promised to send me another arrangement in 2 days (1.5 weeks after the original delivery) with some chocolate as an apology. My dad agreed and asked for non-dairy chocolate as I'm allergic to dairy. Two days later I found a nice flower arrangement on my door step but chocolate all containing dairy... Overall, what a hassle and disappointing service, I gave the chocolate to a friend.. My parents have used Roses Only in the past and liked what has been delivered but this experience will probably make them seek out other places and I wouldn't recommend Roses Only anymore, given the lack of service in this matter. I'm giving two stars as the flowers that finally arrived at least were nice, but a heads up that the big sticker Roses Only has put on the pot is very hard to get off.

Positive experience: For the first time I have use your service and I was disappointed when I got home to see what I got for over $200 I paid for long stems Rose and Lilly’s everything was cut short. I paid $9 for each Lilly and you can’t even smell the perfume :-( . Negative experience: Can you spot the difference between the two images? What are rip off! I will not use roses only ever again! This is not worth $100 (total package was $214.00 which included other items, and whilst other things were good, flowers were terrible). I can get same banquet from woolies for a lot cheaper. In the midst of pandemic and lockdown, alot of people are struggling financially and to be taken advantage of by companies like you, should be ashamed! We ordered the flowers on the trust that it will as good as how it advertised, only to be disappointed. It was a 50th wedding anniversary gift for my parents, because I couldn't be there to celebrate due to lockdown, seriously!!!!

Negative experience: I ordered a bouquet of mixed roses and Lilly’s for my partner to receive on her birthday for her birthday. Obviously, for her to receive them throughout the morning would’ve been ideal, but the company guaranteed that they’d be delivered by 6pm (which I figured was so late just to act as a buffer and ensure that they are delivered that day). I patiently watched my phone throughout the day waiting for my partners grateful message or call regarding the flowers, only to find out at 6pm that she hadn’t received any flowers. When I arrived home, I was quite annoyed and frustrated as I’d paid more than what I would’ve had I bought flowers on my drive home. I then checked my tracking status every 30mins to see when these flowers would actually be delivered. They were delivered just after 7pm, only not to the address given, but to one of our neighbours. A small scavenger hunt at 7:30 found the flowers at a nearby neighbour 50m down the road, so the delivery to the wrong address wasn’t exactly easy, just careless. The following day I was contacted by RosesOnly informing me that they’d refund me the delivery fee of $15. When I complained about their pathetic service, I was offered a $50 credit! A CREDIT?! When I explained that the credit was useless to me as I had no intention of EVER using them again, I was told by “Jack” that a maximum $20 refund was all that was possible. In short: - the flowers arrived outside of THEIR (RosesOnly) guaranteed contract time of 6pm - the flowers were delivered to the WRONG address - I had to go door knocking to find flowers I paid to have DELIVERED to a specific address - I was refunded an insulting amount given that it was the company that breached their own T&C’s. As a result, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone looking to send flowers as a gift, surprise or thankyou. Do it yourself if you can.

Fantastic experience: Their website is brilliant - super user friendly, informative, helpful and value for money. The photos helped me to decide what I wanted, how much it will cost and what the final result will look like, and not to mention the communication of keeping me in the loop once purchased. Negative experience: Very expensive Flower presentation was delivered at 6pm Monday. Many of the smaller flowers were head-wilted, larger (lilly) flowers were bruised. I topped up water twice daily. By Friday (4days later), all flowers were disgustingly dead. The Lillies died without opening. Would not use/recommended Roses Only again. So... you have replied to my review by asking me to provide identification for the Order. These flowers were received by me due to the death of my mother. You make things worse by asking for information which I don't have, and don't wish to obtain from the sender of the flowers. Also, you don't even provide contact details which would assist me to contact you.

The delivery was quick and before 5pm and the driver was very friendly. The 2 bouquets arranged this week were very beautiful. Negative experience: Ordered roses online for my wife for our 15th anniversary. I must say how shocked disappointed and disgusted I was when I saw the flowers. It looked like they had been in delivery van for 2 days at least. They had no life or freshness what so ever. Last time I would be placing order with these money hungry

Positive experience: This has been the most consistent service with above average quality. My recipients have been delighted with the flowers and I have used Rose's Only for nearly every occasion. Deliveries always came when suggested and they have been on time every time. Definitely a reliable service! The reason why its 4 and not 5 starts is that some flowers within the bouquet are not always immaculate and have some slight defects in comparison to the picture perfect expectation. However this is just the difference that would elevate the service from very good to excellent so I will continue to use this service to deliver flowers to my loved ones! Thank you Rose's Only Team.

Negative experience: One star for actually being delivered I guess. Ordered a native arrangement on behalf of my children for mothers day but was totally embarrassed by the size and lack of flowers compared to what I thought I was purchasing when looking at the sample pictures on their website. A $25 arrangement from woolies would have put my $129.90 purchase to shame. Must add that the following week I was asked for feedback, which I did, noting same concerns as stated here. Was told they were concerned and would contact me. A week later and I've not heard from them.

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THEM Absolutely fuming! Organised to get flowers delivered on Mothers Day, received delivery confirmation but there was no delivery Rescheduled it for the next day with them, still nothing, changed it to the next day and even called to confirm that morning it would be delivered and then called in the afternoon when there has still been no delivery and they said they had run out of flowers and couldnt do it till the end of the week. We rescheduled for Friday and they offered to upgrade the package and it still hasnt arrived. Super disappointing knowing that they couldnt even do that since i couldnt travel interstate to go and see her due to isolation.

Negative experience: We ordered Mother’s Day flowers and had $100 to spend . The flowers shown where definitely not what was sent . I would never recommend this business to anyone . Feel totally ripped off .
