Fantastic experience: I came in on Christmas Eve for some flowers for my nana in hospital and the lovely lady went above and beyond. I told her my nanas favorite color is purple and she added beautiful purple flowers and purple ribbon. Thankyou so much again. The smile on my nanas face made my heart melt. I have been purchasing flowers from this store for many years but the service has been very poor since the new owners took over.

Positive experience: I went in person to request a custom flower arrangement. The only staff member there, a dark-skinned lady, told me the minimum price was $120 and suggested I go to Woolies if I wanted something cheaper. I recommend going to the other florist in Wollongong instead. They created a beautiful, simple custom arrangement for $70 or less and genuinely tried to work within my budget. Unlike the lady at Bunches, they were helpful, attentive, and effortful. EDIT to respond to the owner: nope, did not stay within my $20 budget to get a new flower (you can learn from this). But maybe next time explain how you jumped to $120 (even a last minute florist never jumped to this price, maybe your flowers are that special), would have easily gained a customer with a respectful discussion

Fantastic experience: I cannot say how stunned I was when I walked into the church to see the magnificent golden glow of the absolutely glorious flower arrangements created for us by Ash at Bunches, Bulli. It was a sight I will not forget! The flowers brought a sense of elegance, warmth and joy to our occasion. Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Ash enough for the beautiful flowers she prepared for my mother in law's funeral recently. I showed Ash some pictures of what I had in mind for the casket spray and wreaths and she used seasonal flowers to create the most stunning flower arrangements. Everyone commented on how stunning the flowers were and it was a beautiful tribute to my mother in law who loved nothing more than receiving a bunch of flowers. Fantastic experience: Bought a bouquet and the girl working was incredibly kind. I wanted sunflowers but they were pretty closee so she openned it up and rearraged it, swapping out some closed for open ones :) It was cheaper prices in shop for me over online!

Negative experience: The girl who took my order over the phone clearly understood what I wanted, yet she completely messed up my order. I paid $350 for these flowers, and there aren’t even proper white roses in the arrangement. I specifically asked for white roses. Instead of admitting the mistake, she just brushed me off on the phone with excuses. Absolutely terrible customer service. Please, value your money and do not shop here.

Negative experience: If there was 0 star, I would have chosen it. I used to choose you over anyone else but the staff who served me was so rude that it even shocked my 10 years old kid. I spent a lot of money on that day but swore I would not return. I also received a delivery later and the poor orchid was still in its plastic pot and I had to put it myself in the real pot. Negative experience: My last experience with Bunches was disappointing. I wasn't able to open the big glass door, so i kept trying and the assistant was so annoying. It took her ages to come and help me. I had spinal surgery so I woke up with c5palsy. My R arm has paralysis. Then the girl who assisted my went to serve another customer as I was writing my card. So I had to wait. Even the other customer told her I was there before her. Not to mention my flowers weren't delivered at the scheduled time. I'm very disappointed as I was a regular customer

Negative experience: I used to love this place, it was my go to for years. But something has changed they have become so rude. I went yesterday, admittedly yesterday to get a last minute bunch of flowers for an loved on in hospital, but we still had 30 minutes left. I was basically scolded for not ordering in advance - "you get what you get" but unfortunately we can't predict when people are unwell or get hospitalised. I was not rude, I was not demanding. I was willing to pay a good amount of money too. But I was treated so rudely. So I am definitely not coming back with that appauling attitude

Negative experience: This particular Bunches has always been an expensive florist but you got quality flowers and arrangements. The morning we bought a much of flowers and on closer inspection some of the flowers had wilted and had petals with burnt edges. Should have had a closer look. Owners have change and quality has really go downhill. But the prices have stayed high!!!!

Negative experience: Very disappointed customer. recently ordered 2 bunches of “white” flowers. When I picked them up I could smell paint. I ask why could I smell paint and I was told they were sprayed with a floral scent and the smell would subside after 30 minutes!!! I gave the flowers to the intended persons with much hesitation. The next day I still had the smell of paint in my car. I phoned the florist that same morning, spoke to the manager and explained my concerns. I was told simply that yes they had painted “some” of my flowers to make them look white and whats the problem, quote “all florists do that these days”. Well not all florists do it, in fact you are the first I have come across. If I had been informed at the time of ordering that we are low on white flowers I would have opted for other soft colours, but I was not given that choice. Will not be recommending Bunches to anyone I know!!

Positive experience: The flowers here are gorgeous but they have a small range. They are relatively well priced. The staff need to be a bit more friendly and aware that when people are buying flowers it can be for a difficult reason, so some training in reading the customer would be good to make the experience more enjoyable overall.

Negative experience: I phoned to order a bunch of flowers to be delivered. I requested pale pink and white flowers, with no gerberas. The woman on the phone was evasive. Basically said she couldn’t guarantee anything. The flowers that were delivered were bright colours, including gerberas. Honestly, I wouldn’t have bothered writing this review if they were a pretty bunch of flowers. There was no care taken in arranging them. They could have been from Woolworths. When I phoned to complain, I was told that I didn’t spend enough to choose the flowers I wanted. I would have thought $100 would have been enough although I wasn’t told this when I ordered the bunch of flowers. Incredibly disappointing experience (flowers and service) on the whole.
