Fantastic experience: I recently had my wedding in September and Anna and her team at Hello Petal Flowers helped make my dream wedding come true! Having them as my flower vendor was honestly the easiest process . We had a conversation on the phone about what my budget was, sent through a few inspiration photos and Anna created the quote exactly to what I wanted. On the wedding day we had coordinated when she would arrive to deliver all the flowers in time for getting ready photos and they were so fresh, beautiful and exactly how I imagined them! The photos are just stunning, we received so many compliments on the flowers and I’m being asked who my florist was so other girls can use them in the future! I would 100% recommend Anna and her team to assist you in your wedding! What a beautiful team of people to work with who helped create memories to last a lifetime ❤️

Negative experience: I went to Hello Petal and asked for a bunch of flowers with green and said for a beautiful young lady who helps the community. It was all green leaves and then when I asked why is there no green flower. She said they don’t have any. So dissatisfied as she did not say this when I was paying her before she put the bunch together.

Fantastic experience: Bought flowers here recently as an anniversary gift and the staff were fantastic. They helped me pick out a custom selection of flowers to suit my needs and price range, and arranged them for me while I was in the store. There was a really wide variety of flowers to choose from, lots of unique and native flowers I haven't seen in shops before. The bouquet lasted over a month and was so beautiful; I still have some of the dried flowers months later and will definitely come back next time I need fresh flowers.

Fantastic experience: I ordered two bouquets as gifts. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were happy to accommodate changes to the pickup time. I ordered two large arrangements (which were huge!) and the flowers themselves were fresh and vibrant. The prices are very reasonable when looking at other florists in the area, and they have a lot of beautiful options to choose from. The website was beautiful and easy to navigate. Fantastic experience: A lovely shop and great service. The bouquet I bought for our fifth wedding anniversary was absolutely on-song and still going strong 2 weeks later.

Negative experience: Terrible! Wow wow wow, the worst florist I've ever been to, so rude!!! I asked the lady behind the counter if they were able to make me something and she rudely said "we're not making to order today. It's just what's on the floor, oh and if you're lucky there might be more coming out in 15 minutes but I don't know so you'll have to wait and see!". Sounded so cheeky and like she didn't care, and just wanted to get rid of me. I was so blown away by her rudeness. I was waiting around to see what other flowers they came out with and another staff member approached me and asked how she could help, so I said "I'm just waiting because your colleague told me there may be more coming out in the next 15 minutes so I'll just wait and see". The First Lady then yelled out to me "I told you, we are not making to order. It is literally what's on the floor. We're literally not making to order" (she just kept repeating herself and was so rude I felt so embaressed and like I had been abused so I just waked out and went to Corrimal. Corrimal florist on the highway are so great! So nice, understanding and they completely catered for my needs. On a busy day, despite the line up in their shop, they made exactly what I wanted and it took 10 minutes :). Yay Corrimal Florist! Thank god for them, they saved me today! And very very friendly staff!
