Negative experience: Flowers nice BUT Delivery crap . Delivery meant to be same day before 12 pm try like three hours late at 3:07pm . No text message to say delivery would be late. Wasn’t until after flowers arrived at 3:45 that I got an email saying delivery was on its way which was weird . The Surprised was ruined as I had to message my friend To ask if she got my surprise present as I hadn’t heard anything from her and she said no . Would not order from pepes again .

Negative experience: $115 delivered…disappointed that there was only 10 flowers in the bunch for this price..

Fantastic experience: Anita did the florals for our wedding and absolutely nailed the brief. We asked for bright colours, limited greenery, trailing styles and a few random things (like evil eye beads in the MOH bouquet). Anita delivered over and above, creating beautiful intricate bouquets and table arrangements and the most divine button holes (with beaded pearls) and corsages. I’d hire Anita again in a heartbeat - she was incredibly brilliant to deal with, super reasonable price and beyond amazing style and quality.

Fantastic experience: Pepe’s Garden made my stunning wedding bouquet and honestly, I don’t even know where to begin! Anita took me in very last minute after my original florist closed down, and she made the entire process feel so smooth and stress free. Her communication was incredible, and she was so adaptable, even happily adding the boys’ buttonholes when I decided last minute. My bouquet and the bridesmaids’ bouquets were seriously out of this world. They were such statement pieces and tied my whole look together, even matching my shoes perfectly! I received so many compliments and endless questions about who created them. Anita and the team are an absolute DREAM. Could not recommend them enough! ✨

Fantastic experience: I recently had Pepe’s Garden provide the floral table decorations for a function at The Harbourfront Wollongong. They took the time to understand the aesthetic I was after, were able to explain my options depending on my budget and nailed my request for a bright coral reef inspired theme. Fantastic experience: Pepe's Garden is the place to go for beautiful florals with beautiful kind staff who go above and beyond. As someone who frequented Pepe's prior to my wedding - it was a dream to have Anita complete the flowers for our wedding on the 7th of September 2024. Anita was a dream to work with- understanding my vision completely and created the most beautiful bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, arbours and table runners for our wedding. On the day Anita and Maddi worked so hard to get everything done and transfer the arbour florals from ceremony to reception and created such a beautiful atmosphere in both spaces. I could tell they truly cared and were happy for me on my wedding day, something that I really value. I cannot thank you enough. The florals really set the tone for the day and added so much brightness and joy. Once I have more photos I’ll upload so everyone can see their work but for now here’s a pic of my stunning bouquet from our ‘sneak peak’ album. I would absolutely recommend Pepe's Garden to everyone

Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service and beautiful flowers! I called Pepe's Garden requesting a bouquet for same day delivery at 12:55pm. The wonderful Maddi answered and said that the delivery driver was there and loading up the deliveries so she would make it very quickly for me and that way it would be delivered today. 30 minutes later my friend sent me a photo of the most gorgeous bouquet, that was everything I had asked for. I am so grateful that Maddi was able to help my very unorganised self. I would highly recommend Pepe's Garden for anyone looking to send flowers in the Wollongong area. The flowers are gorgeous and went above and beyond for me :)

Fantastic experience: When Anita dropped off the flowers on our wedding day, I very well near cried because they were just so beautifully beyond anything I could have imagined!! The boutonnieres, the corsages, the bouquets, the FLOWER CROWN, were all just so ridiculously gorgeous and I'm so glad we chose Pepe's for our special day. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Anita listened to my ideas and was very easy to work with.

Anita and the staff at Pepe's were absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. They listened to what we wanted, worked with us to find a suitable budget, and helped make our day even more special because the flowers represented us as a couple and matched our style perfectly (they even made a small flower attachment for our dogs collar!!). They not only set up the flowers but they moved them seamlessly from the ceremony to the reception area. The flowers and decor provided by Pepe's Garden suited the venue and vision for our wedding perfectly. We cannot recommend Anita and Pepe's Garden enough for any event!

Negative experience: Bought some flowers to be delivered to my little sister for her birthday. Really disappointed in the bouquet. For almost $70 before delivery I expected a little more than 4 roses and some foliage. One of the roses was already browning at the edges also. I know flowers are difficult to source at the moment but I expected maybe some substitutions rather than just 4 flowers. All up over $80 at basically $20/rose :(

Fantastic experience: My wonderful partner bought me a gorgeous bunch of flowers from Pepe's Garden about three weeks ago. I'm not easy critic please either as I am a florist too! The flowers were a beautiful colour choice; the quality was fantastic (I did trim the stems and change the water regularly to ensure they lasted as long as possible) and the bunch was excellent value for money! Thank you Pepe's Garden for providing a great product and superb service.

Fantastic experience: I live in the UK and unfortunately my niece was rushed into Wollongong Hospital. Trying to organise a card even from Auz was v difficult, so using the old fashioned phone I rang Pepe's Garden as the reviews were excellent and they were convenient for a delivery to the hospital. Sooper service, great advice and great choice of card. Amazing, not only that, my flowers and card got to her before other relatives. She was stunned. Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: Working with Anita was a dream. I booked her in to do the florals for my wedding in 2 weeks and as soon as I read her email response I knew she was totally on board with my vision. My bouquet was exactly what I wanted and more, the floral on the cake we perfect and the amazing pop colour arrangement she made for the arbour sparked joy and delight with all the guests. When Anita arrived to set everything up she told me she went out that morning to get more flowers because she wasn’t happy with what her suppliers delivered - now that’s the kind of pursuit for perfection that you want to her from your florist on your wedding day. I can’t recommend her enough!

Negative experience: I ordered a $120 bouquet delivered for Mother’s Day but unfortunately the delivery driver left them in the shade on the doorstep without ringing the bell or knocking. My mother found them on the doorstep after a few hours wilted, with no water or sponge for the stems. Sad to say we experienced poor service and a disappointing bouquet.

Fantastic experience: Ordered some flowers online to be delivered to my dear friend as we live in different states. Website was so easy to navigate and use and I received confirmation emails. Next day delivery and the flowers were beautiful, my friend cried upon seeing them. Wonderful job thank you so much Anita!

I shopped around a bit in the Illawarra and was getting ridiculous quotes even when telling/asking them for a simple/budget bouquets. Finally I found Anita/Pepe's Garden who tailored an order to my needs and requests. I was absolutely stoked when my bouquets arrived, which looked a million bucks - in season, wildflower style, vibrant colours....with flowers and foilage for days. So pretty and so happy!
