Fantastic experience: I found Flower Bud in online search as I wanted bouquet for my daughter who just got her first baby. As we live in Sydney I rang the shop just to make sure that they will be able to deliver locally. I spoke with Krista and her customer service was fantastic .I have chosen “ Modern spray” arrangement as I wanted a bunch with lot of greenery. We added helium balloon too. Krista also texted me back after the delivery . If she is not the business owner she deserves a pay raise. Thank you for exemplary service and gorgeous flowers

I did not received any further notification post ordering which in my experience with other sites perhaps seemed a little unusual - I did call on the day of delivery just to be sure nothing had been missed but I didn't need to worry. The staff here are so incredibly lovely and helpful, delivery is simple and handled with immense care. Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for my niece who was in Wollongong hospital. Flower Bud took the trouble to ring and prior to delivery and they found out she was in the day surgery and wouldn’t be able to receive flowers there. They called me with options on what to do. When we opted for the flowers to be picked up, they added extra fresh flowers to compensate. Great service and the bouquet I ordered was just beautiful! No wonder they have been in business for so long and have such wonderful reviews.

Fantastic experience: I was in need of some flowers on NYE and I didn't realise just how many florists are closed for two weeks after Christmas! Flower Bud & Co came in clutch with being open and having the perfect carnations and extra greenery that were used to decorate a profiterole tower. I'm so thankful and pleased with the assistance from the florist and the cake was beautiful!

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best florist I have ever been to! I walked in one morning in a flustered state after being asked at the last minute to pick up 3 bouquets to be used for filming shoot that was starting in 30 mins. Krista took the time to listen to our needs and got to work right away assembling the most exquisite arrangements with the limited budget we had. We purchased 3 different sized bouquets and they were honestly so individually stunning and cleverly arranged. I'm not the biggest fan of flowers but these were so creative and different, Krista is seriously talented at what she does. Wished I lived closer so I could come here more often!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic quality and professional staff. Krista and the team are always very professional, the arrangements and products are of a very high quality and their advertising is clear to what product is being purchased. I won't use anyone else.

Negative experience: I ordered some flowers from Flower bud & Co for my mother which were delivered today. I paid an extra $25 for chocolates and all they delivered was a box of celebration chocolates which can be bought from any supermarket, when the photos on their website clearly show hand made chocolates. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed by this and I feel they have mislead me as their customer. As a result I will never use them again and I certainly would not recommend them to other people. They are overpriced and should be more honest with their advertising.
