Fantastic experience: Renay is an absolute superstar. She created the bouquet of my dreams and I couldn’t be more happy with her floral arrangements for my wedding. Everyone kept complimenting the flowers and my dad even kept sniffing and holding the bouquets just to make sure they were real! Too good to be true!!! She was flexible, calm and had such a good energy on the day. I highly recommend getting in touch with her if ever you need flowers in your life!

Fantastic experience: All Occasions florals created my dream wedding!! We used them to decorate our ceremony and reception space and they transformed it into a perfect wonderland! Renay made me feel so relaxed about my wedding visions and knew exactly what I was trying to create and even went above and beyond!! My bouquet was so amazing and exactly what I had imagined! I will forever be obsessed with the amazing job that All Occasions did!

Negative experience: Unfortunately we had the worst experience with Renay and All Occasion Flowers. My dearest mum passed away and for her funeral my siblings and I wanted MUM letters in flowers. The bottom picture is what we had requested, shown Renay and was confirmed it could be done. When we showed up to the church the top picture is what we saw. We were shocked and extremely disappointed, you could barely read what it said, it was crooked, uneven and our family/friends thought it was done at home by the grandchildren. We paid $300 for this job and it was 25 flowers stuck badly on foam! On top of that, when I later messaged Renay privately expressing our disappointment her reply was "Thank you for the feedback". Wow such lack of professionalism, compassion and customer service. Never again.

Negative experience: Super disappointed with the arrangement for my mother’s funeral and the response from Renee when contacted privately about this. We had gone to see Renee the day prior to our mother’s funeral. Despite the late notice, Renee assured us that she would do a beautiful arrangement and we were confident following our discussions that this would be the case. Regrettably this was not to be the case. The arrangement was embarrassing to say the least. Attendees at the funeral thought it was a tribute done by my young children. I wanted to take it off the stand before anyone had a chance to see it, though the quality of the work spoke only of the florist not me. We would have much rather preferred that Renee tell us it was too late notice to organise an arrangement, then give us what she did. To add insult to injury, we opted to contact her privately about this, and she had little care for our feedback. Would never recommend this florist to anyone. I’d go so far as to say that I would actively promote prowl to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: All Occasion Flowers made our wedding venue look ABSOLUTELY stunning! Every arrangement from the table florals to the water fountain display, was beautiful. We received endless compliments from our guests. Thank you to Renay and team for all their incredible work! x

She was friendly and helpful, which is important as I dont know much about flower arrangements and welcome any advice I can get. Fantastic experience: I have used the services of All Occasions Flowers on numerous occasions and cannot be any happier with their service. Unlike many others, they really take their time to discuss what you want to make any occasion special. Once I found them, I no longer need to worry that what is delivered is different to what I ordered and amazingly the flowers do not wilt a day or 2 after receiving them.
