Positive experience: Flowers were lovely but asked for morning delivery as it was for a 40th birthday and my family member was only going to be at work until midday but they were not delivered until 1pm!

Fantastic experience: I can’t fault them. Every time they produce the most beautiful, eloquent bouquets. The florists are so skilled and talented in what they do. They are extremely reliable and consistent, 10000% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’m so grateful for Sunday Jungle. When the funeral home asked us what style of flowers we wanted for my brother’s funeral, I knew I wanted something that felt thoughtful, beautiful, and a little bit different — something he actually deserved. He was warm, bright, and anything but boring, and I wanted the flowers to reflect that. I told them he loved blue, he loved chillies, and asked if they could include my mum and dad’s favourite flowers too. They listened so kindly and made the whole process feel easy at a time when everything felt really heavy. They created the most beautiful casket spray, along with two arrangements for the plinths on either side, and I honestly couldn’t believe how perfect everything was. The flowers were stunning, full of blue, with chillies woven through, and they even included a small chilli plant so Mum could take it home and plant it. Such a thoughtful touch that meant so much to our family. On one of the hardest days of our lives, Sunday Jungle truly went above and beyond. I’m incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Negative experience: Nice flowers but charged delivery for wrong suburb and seemingly had to be reminded to deliver them as out of the stated delivery window - had to ring and ask where they were (I had to ask the recipient to stay behind at work to actually receive them - it was supposed to be a surprise.) Also, order didn't match in delivery what had been ordered and delivered in the past.

Fantastic experience: Ordering was seamless online and Sunday Jungle provide deliveries all weekend. I ordered the flowers and fruit hamper and it was just as described. I had to add details to the order/delivery the morning of and the ladies in the shop were more than helpful and accommodating. Delivery was exceptional and the delivery driver was more than happy to follow up with alternate contact to enable successful delivery. I really appreciate the staff and their flexibility for a tricky delivery on a Sunday of all days.

When staff were just standing around..tables are very small for big plates. Had to re ask for the cake to brought out, because they forgot. Otherwise the food was delicious

Fantastic experience: Went into the shop to purchase a bouquet of flowers for my mums birthday the girls did an amazing job and the arrangement was absolutely stunning, mum loved it! It was the perfect surprise for her.

Negative experience: Disappointed. I specifically ordered a pink bouquet. Was pushed to add white into it. Delivered a half pink/half white bouquet that was over priced. I send flowers frequently and this was not good value.

Positive experience: I absolutely love Sunday jungle and have shopped here many, many times and will continue to do so. I just can’t see how they can justify selling wilted/dead flowers to customers for $70 (which is a lot of money in this economy), and for flowers that didn’t even last through the night. I understand that there are many costs involved such as freight costs, rent and staff wages etc etc. and will normally happily pay their prices to support a local small business. I also understand that as a business you want to avoid losses and having unsold flowers, but selling dead flowers for that much is a bit disappointing when you could get a beautiful fresh arrangement to last a week for that same price. I know places like nursing homes and hospitals would appreciate these flowers even if they just last a day. I would even pay for these flowers on their last leg for a more reasonable price. I’m no florist so maybe there are things I am missing here but nonetheless I still support Sunday Jungle.

Negative experience: pretty appalled with the corsage n flower pocket.. we had walked into the shop to a beautiful welcoming and gorgeous flowers, we didn’t have an idea on the design so we gave the staff free range, told them we were after red and white is a hint of gold.. we were expecting something elegant and beautiful with a nice size flower but instead got this.. we were told to keep it in an aircon room, so we did.. got to the place where the photos were taken and had seen that we were missing one of the baby roses that fell off after being on for 10 minutes.. as we were pinning the flower in the pockets.. the safety pin came off, we were lucky enough to be around a supply shop and fix it unfortunately all the flowers on the corsage at fallen off before the young lady even go to the event.. utterly disappointed, for $85 you’d least expect it all to stay intact
