Fantastic experience: I had a last minute idea yesterday so ordered a flower for today. I couldn’t collect so sent hubby. He was late. They waited half an hour for him. He didn’t show so they left my flower for me so we could still collect :) I asked for something for it to sit in, if they could. It didn’t need to be fancy, just anything. They gave me a little something something. Sometimes you come across people and companies that blow your mind and leave unforgettable memories. The bloom room is just that. An unforgettable company in the best way possible. This single rose stole the show. Thank you ❤️ You’re the best.

Negative experience: Received Mother’s Day flowers phone order from our kids, when they arrived some of the roses were looking a bit average, this morning everything else leaves flowers are dry and falling of, my wife is very disappointed ! 1 day old arrangement now going in the bin. Her expertise has meant my flowers last well and every arrangement is beautifully put together with an artistic eye for details and design flair.

Fantastic experience: Stumbled across this shop online for an impromptu gift for my wife. The lovely florist inside helped create a small floral arrangement in their Lady - Dried flowers option, adorning the hair of a small statuette of a lady's face. The shop smelled heavenly, their assortment of flowers and floral beauty products (including beard oil for the men) is diverse and I will be returning to buy some of them. I have found my new favourite florist in town. These people deserve all the love. Big shame on the individual (now apprehended) who terrorized them this morning, they do not deserve to be afraid in their place of employment.

Fantastic experience: I rang to arrange some flowers for my daughter to surprise her & to brighten up her day. I spoke to Anne Marie who was simply lovely to talk to & help with what to choose. The flowers were just stunning … & my daughter loved them. They definitely put a smile in her heart … & no wonder Anne Marie sent me a picture of the flowers that she sent to my daughter … that was so beautiful. Fantastic experience: AMAZING! I stumbled across these guys when I was having coffee with my wedding photographer at Ottos. I was eloping and had accepted the fact I wasn’t going to have flowers for my special day (I had got several quotes from other places and it was going to costs more than the day itself) The girls were so helpful they nearly had to pick me up off the floor when I asked the prices for my boutiques. I explained that it was very intimate ceremony and gave picture of my dress and daughters dress. I left the arrangement in their hands. The ladies did not let me down they delivered the most breath taking bouquets and they were just the cherry on top for the day. I could not recommend the bloom room enough.

Fantastic experience: Natalie and the team at The Bloom Room created the perfect bouquets, boutonnières and arbour decorations for our wedding. They were exactly what we had hoped for! Natalie absolutely nailed our vision of using Australian native flowers with a burgundy and pink colour-scheme. She sourced the most stunning flowers, and we were so happy with what she was able to create. Natalie was very easy to work with, and after meeting with her we felt confident she understood our vibe for our big day, and she absolutely delivered! She was also great in terms of giving us a quote, and helping us make adjustments to fit our budget. Selecting natives, the flowers lasted so well, throughout our wedding day, as well as days afterwards. Hot tip: choosing Australian natives means they won’t wilt as quickly in the hot Townsville climate, and you can dry them out afterwards and keep them. Natalie also gave great tips of how best to do this. We are so happy we were able to have The Bloom Room do our wedding flowers and recommend them to everyone.
