Fantastic experience: Ridiculously obsessed with my wedding flowers! I am so grateful to Jill at Townsville Flower Market, she absolutely went above and beyond to create my dream bouquet and sent me a video of the bouquet the day before to make sure I was happy with it so I could ask for changes if I wanted - of course that wasn’t necessary as she’s a genius! But I appreciated that nothing was too much effort. Thank you so much Jill ❤️

Fantastic experience: I asked these lovely ladies for a bouquet of white roses, they were so accommodating and had them on order and on the plane the next day, and out for delivery that afternoon. I asked for a photo which they sent, showing some of the best roses I have ever seen. Thank you ☺️

Negative experience: As a bride looking to spend thousands of dollars with a florist, I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this florist earlier this year. I called to review an $8700 quote (the initial email encouraged me to do so if the overall cost needed tweaking). I spoke to a staff member within the business, who was extremely rude about my request to adjust some items. When she hung up the phone, she did not hang up the phone properly (by accident) and proceeded to use foul language and tell her colleague that I could “go and get F…..” amongst other profanities. This was a huge shock for what I thought was a reasonable request. The language used by this person was disgusting. When I addressed this with the business owner (I called back immediately), she did not apologise and did not seem to care, hence I feel the need for this review. This is bad business and I would encourage all Townsville brides to look elsewhere to invest their money. It’s not worth dealing with a business that clearly doesn’t care about customer experience. I had a wonderful experience with another florist and spent around 7k, so it was never about the money or any kind of unreasonable request.

Negative experience: Bitterly disappointed with the arrangement our Daughter ordered from the UK payed $50 for a few flowers placed in a honey jar She would have received better value for money from other flower shops. Will not purchase flowers from them again and will recommend to my friends to go else where

Negative experience: Guys I’m sorry to post this , but as I live in Brisbane and buy a fair bit down here for celebrations you get a lot for your buck here . I spent $100 on flowers for my my mums 80 th I was so disappointed in the arrangement it was very basic and not what I thought I’d get for $100 . Disappointed

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the 'robyn' flower arrangement which I spent over $100 on and had less than half the amount of flowers in the picture and looked like it had been put together by a toddler. What a mess will never buy off them again.
