Negative experience: I ordered my wedding flowers months in advance and provided clear inspiration photos for what I wanted. The florist confirmed she could do it and even double-checked with me a couple of months before the wedding to ensure she was ordering the right flowers and nothing had changed. However, on the day of my wedding, the flowers I received were not what I had asked for. It was incredibly disappointing to receive something I hadn’t approved — especially on such an important day. When I tried to contact her about it, she didn’t answer her phone and would only communicate via text. She took no accountability and dismissed my concerns. I followed up again the next day to express how disappointed I was — not just with the flowers, but with how the situation was handled — and she still refused to acknowledge any issue. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this service due to the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete unwillingness to take responsibility for her mistake.

Fantastic experience: A massive thank you to Kiearna for the fantastic bouquets she put together for my wedding recently. I didn’t really know what I wanted aside from the colour scheme so was very impressed by how fantastic the flowers turned out. Matched everything perfectly!

Negative experience: Horrible customer service, will take your money and not provide the service. My wedding flowers were absolutely beautiful, however I experienced the worst customer service. I paid for my wedding flowers then a separate invoice for them to come and move my flowers from an arbour to a photo wall following the ceremony and before the reception. She did not show up, she did not call nor say anything the week after. I emailed seeking a refund as the service was not provided, I was told I could only get a credit. When I said this was not appropriate as you took my money and did not provide the service and nothing stated on invoice about no refunds. I was then ignored following serval more emails and with no response and no refund. Highly unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Created our dream wedding flowers. Couldn’t be happier with the end result. Set up ceremony flowers and delivered to numerous locations on the day. Amazing service!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed in the service I have received from this florist. The date my friends and I booked in to do a workshop was no longer available due to changes made by the owner, and none of the other dates offered were suitable. A private workshop was later offered on the original date, but as we didn't think it was available, that date didn't work anymore either. I requested a refund, but did not receive all the money back. When I asked why, I was advised it was because she had already purchased materials for the workshop. I requested a refund more than 2 weeks in advance of the original workshop date, and when I continued to follow up on the refund my messages were ignored and I was blocked on Facebook.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I was disappointed with the service. I read all the fantastic reviews before ordering and was super happy with how easy it was to place an order for delivery… however, the order arrived a day late - which is fine however I messaged twice and didn’t get a response. The order was then delivered the next day and instead of flowers and chocolates, the birthday girl received flowers and bath salts (which she can’t use). Again, this would have been ok if I had received some sort of communication about it. I paid for chocolates not bath salts. I received NO communication at all asking if I wanted a refund for the chocolates or if I wanted them swapped for something else. I emailed the next day to express my disappointment and 4 days later - still no response.

Fantastic experience: Love the arrangement they did for my daughter's first birthday! I super love it and communication was great!

Negative experience: Extremely poor customer service. Resolves complaints by blocking customers on social media in which they advertise is their preferred way of being contacted. Breach their own terms and conditions.

Negative experience: We placed an order on Nov 17 requesting delivery for Dec 15. As no communication had been provided to us about our order we enquired on 9th Dec how the order was progressing. A vague response was provided and we were told the order would be posted on the 13 Dec. however no tracking number has ever been provided to inform us that it has been posted. When we contacted them today and requested a refund they refused a refund and blamed Australia post. We would be able to enquire with Australia post if we had a tracking number but that has never been provided, probably because it has never been posted. Buyer beware

I have now ordered two arrangements in the last few weeks and they have been exceptional, I cannot believe the work they put into their arrangements and the amazing cost for such a beautiful arrangements. I have bought so many flower arrangements in the past and not one compares to what I have received from Ivy and Ann. They are truly amazing.
