Negative experience: I ordered my wedding flowers months in advance and provided clear inspiration photos for what I wanted. The florist confirmed she could do it and even double-checked with me a couple of months before the wedding to ensure she was ordering the right flowers and nothing had changed. However, on the day of my wedding, the flowers I received were not what I had asked for. It was incredibly disappointing to receive something I hadn’t approved — especially on such an important day. When I tried to contact her about it, she didn’t answer her phone and would only communicate via text. She took no accountability and dismissed my concerns. I followed up again the next day to express how disappointed I was — not just with the flowers, but with how the situation was handled — and she still refused to acknowledge any issue. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this service due to the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete unwillingness to take responsibility for her mistake.

Fantastic experience: A massive thank you to Kiearna for the fantastic bouquets she put together for my wedding recently. I didn’t really know what I wanted aside from the colour scheme so was very impressed by how fantastic the flowers turned out. Matched everything perfectly!

Negative experience: Horrible customer service, will take your money and not provide the service. My wedding flowers were absolutely beautiful, however I experienced the worst customer service. I paid for my wedding flowers then a separate invoice for them to come and move my flowers from an arbour to a photo wall following the ceremony and before the reception. She did not show up, she did not call nor say anything the week after. I emailed seeking a refund as the service was not provided, I was told I could only get a credit. When I said this was not appropriate as you took my money and did not provide the service and nothing stated on invoice about no refunds. I was then ignored following serval more emails and with no response and no refund. Highly unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Created our dream wedding flowers. Couldn’t be happier with the end result. Set up ceremony flowers and delivered to numerous locations on the day. Amazing service!
