Fantastic experience: What an amazing florist. You will not be disappointed when you visit Stella Florist & Gift Gallery. I first met Nat in 2010 in her shop in Babinda. When I approached her for my wedding flowers. Nothing was too much trouble, even though we were on a very tight schedule. So professional, listened and delivered. The extensive knowledge and creativity is awesome. Through the years nothing has changed. Nat and her amazing staff go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of ordering some beautiful flowers from Stella’s florists and I was treated with the upmost respect, their attention to detail and professionalism blew me away. There was a miscommunication with a delivery date and not only did Stella contact me herself but she critiqued the problem and organised to deliver more flowers on the correct date. Her optimistic attitude and ability to please her customers I regard with a high amount of respect. Thank you very much Stella for making my mums birthday just that extra bit special! Natalie was super helpful over the phone and was able to put together an amazing arrangement based on our budget and the gender of the baby (with the help of Kane). Thank you for nailing the brief and being so easy to deal with over the phone! My sister said they were the most amazing flowers she'd ever received. Fantastic experience: Most helpful florist I have ever come across. I contacted the florist re sending a message with the flowers as I was having difficulty locating where to do this online. The florist who was driving at the time offered to pull over copy down the message and complete the order over the phone. All done in a pleasant, friendly helpful manner.

Fantastic experience: I live all the way down in Melbourne and my brother is working in the mines in WA. Calling on the assistance of his sister he needed a big custom bouquet delivered to his wife. The team were AMAZING. Text them the day before asking if they can custom make something special with my SIL favourite colour turquoise for delivery next day. They did so well. Text me a pic of the final bouquet before delivery and they went above and beyond and my brother and sister were over the moon. Thankyou so much again team. If you're after really beautiful and unique bouquets I definitely recommend this team. Better than the average florist.

Fantastic experience: After walking into Nat’s shop and talking with her for the first time I instantly felt at ease and knew straight away that she would take care of all of the flowers for our wedding. Nat has worked in the industry for a very long time, has a wealth of knowledge and also helped me to decide on the centrepieces. I absolutely loved the flowers at our wedding, we had so many complements on them and there were none left on the tables at the end of the night.

Fantastic experience: We chose Nat for our wedding flowers and all I can is that she did an incredible job and exceeded what we could have imagined for our special day. She was always super friendly to deal with, very knowledgeable, provided lots of information and suggestions, was very patient with our decision making, and nothing was too difficult for her. The quality of the flowers and foliage was perfect - very high quality - and on the day she put together the perfect arrangements for us, including table centre pieces, bouquets, welcome board flowers, cake flowers, bridal table arrangement and groomsmen buttonholes. The whole process was seamless and easy with Nat and we high recommend. We also had the assistance of Deb from Stella to supply tiffany chairs and our table centre vases and candles. This service was also perfect and 5 stars. Thank you both.
