Fantastic experience: Excellent. I made an order from Spain for my partner who currently lives in Cairns. I asked for the Florist Choice Pouch, delivered with a gift card. I added a message to the order explaining I wanted something more red, an hour preference for the delivery, and what should be written on the gift card. The flowers got there on time, the gift card was beautifully handwritten, and they are even prettier then what I expected. He LOVED it. Amazing service, and for the very reasonable price of 71, 5 dollars/40 euros, delivery and gift card included, and also a "Classic" extra value. We can't thank you enough, I will order again!

Fantastic experience: Excellent product and service. From South East Queensland I ordered an arrangement for an sudden bereavement. The first delivery attempt didn't work out with the family not home and a friendly but large dog in the yard. Communication was excellent, and the arrangement was delivered promptly around family upheaval and a public holiday. I asked for some natives in the box arrangement and it was lovely. Very much appreciated at a difficult time.

Negative experience: I didn’t receive a warm welcoming. Was looked at like I was a total idiot when talking about my ideas. The lady was not interested at all. I left feeling stupid.

Sure not a problem she told me one problem I don’t sell wombats and my courier has gone home. Negative experience: This florist will sell you a gorgis potted orchid at an outragous price and not give you any indication that it is plastic. When one goes to a florist to buy a friend an orchid you want the real thing only a few days later it becomes obvious it is plastic. Am disgusted next time will go to bunnings or limberlost

The ladies were calm helpful and gave me the most perfect flowers Thank you for saving my day! I went to three other shops and purchased some other items. When I told them my story, they already knew the girls and only had great things to say about them

Fantastic experience: My experience with J'adore Flowers was wonderful. I live in the USA and called them to have flowers delivered to a friend of mine in Cairns, whose mother had just passed away. I ordered a specific arrangement from their website and the lady who was helping me told me that they were out of the white gladioli, but would substitute other white flowers to make the arrangement as similar as possible the one of my choice. J'adore did a superb job. My friend loved it and sent me a picture of the arrangement. Thank you J'adore! I will be definitely using you again.

Fantastic experience: The lovely ladies at Jadore went above and beyond searching for my mum's favourite lillies this week! They spent all week trying to source the Calla lily and never gave up, they were delivered and are beautiful. So easy and lovely to deal with even though I'm 1000kms away. Negative experience: I got the deluxe enchanted cottage. But when it came there were bearly any flowers, it had like 4 white flowers, when the photo had 12. I would hate to see what it would have been like if I ordered a standard. It did get delivered on the same day and the staff were really friendly so those were it’s good points.

Negative experience: Don't trust them. Horrible and unreliable! Called me a DAY before I was meant to go and pick up my flowers to tell me they didn't have the flowers so they offered to make me a corsage with half dead roses? I picked so a different one.... Still not what i picked!! Will never ever trust them with anything again. Was disappointed the whole night.
