Fantastic experience: I have received two beautiful bunches from Botanic Republic this week to congratulate me of my recent engagement. The flowers were fresh & they were delivered with a smile.

Fantastic experience: Botanic Republic is my wife's favourite florist, and it's easy to see why. The flowers always look amazing, the service is great, and the prices are very reasonable. I've used them many times and have never been disappointed.

Negative experience: Beautiful flowers but terrible service I know multiple people that have gotten flowers for me here or entered the store and they have all had negative experiences with staff and reported very cold, rude, unwelcoming service. This is such a shame considering their bouquets are beautiful. Please consider changing the terrible attitude of your staff.

Negative experience: The product may be good but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The woman serving me at the front desk was condescending and came across as almost trying to turn me away from placing a simple order. I would suggest finding another florist who is appreciative of receiving business from their customers.

Fantastic experience: I have probably spent around $800 here over three years on arrangements. They always come when they're scheduled and the arrangements themselves have been impressive every time. If you cant decide what you want specifically (mothers day for your wife sort of thing) i highly recommend you do the - "Let us do what we do" bunch, and then claim the credit for it looking as good as it does when it shows up. The image is either the small or the mid. I cant remember off hand.

Fantastic experience: We needed some flowers delivering to our sister who had undergone major surgery. As soon as we were aware of her room number in hospital, Botanic Republic suggested the best options ie vased flowers. My sister received them promptly and were well arranged and very fresh. They really brightened her day. What made their service stand out even more was that we were ordering them from the UK. Thank you Lily and Sasha, we will definitely use you again!

Negative experience: Paid $75 bunch of flowers got delivered a $55 bunch, phoned and spoke to them was told by one person yes it’s the wrong bunch and then followed up with a phone call from another person Lily saying no it’s the right bunch. After saying it’s definitely not as it’s a considerable amount smaller to the $75 one offered no work around just stated that’s the correct one. This Was our local florist but not anymore, definitely not worth $75. See photos for what we got compared to what was expected. Poor form and ruined a milestone birthday for family.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. We came in the day before our elopement looking for just 7 white roses. One staff member was kind, happy for us, and said it wouldn’t be a problem. Five minutes later, another staff member refused, saying she couldn’t give us 7 roses because they needed to remain visible and available in the shop and she would be left with too few white roses. Considering it was for our wedding the next day, this felt unnecessary and lacking in goodwill. A little flexibility and kindness would have gone a long way.

Fantastic experience: We recently worked with Botanic Republic for a proposal at A Villa Gail in Cairns, and their florals were absolutely flawless. From the colour palette to the execution, every bloom was fresh, balanced and perfectly matched to the coastal luxury vibe of the venue. Their team is professional, creative and so easy to work with, they elevated the entire proposal set-up and brought our vision to life effortlessly. If you’re planning a proposal in Cairns and want breath taking florals, we can’t recommend Botanic Republic enough.

Negative experience: Website says the store is open today (15/2). Couldn’t place an order online due to stock issues (day after Valentine’s Day, fair enough) so the website says to call the store. Kept calling however phone was never answered. Even messaged their Instagram page just after they had reposted some stories in the hopes they’d be able to tell me if they had any stock or not. Didn’t receive a response. Ended up ordering elsewhere but was very disappointed that a store that is allegedly open can’t even answer their phone.

Mel is so incredibly talented, she did my wedding flowers with little notice, and less instruction!
