Rachel took my order on the phone (she was lovely) & when the flowers arrived they were beautiful. The whole house smells amazing. The arrangement is stunning. Thank you all so very much.

Fantastic experience: Suzanne and the team at Florist Gardens saved my friend’s wedding from a flower disaster. My friend had ordered and collected buttonholes for the groom and best man, as well as a corsage for the groom’s mother from another florist. When we picked them up, the rose used for the buttonhole was the size of my hand. I was shocked and even said, “This is meant to be a buttonhole?” We paid and left feeling extremely disappointed. I then remembered that Suzanne had created a beautiful buttonhole and corsage for my son’s graduation, so we went to see her and showed her what the other florist had given us. Suzanne and her staff were just as shocked as we were. Even though it was the afternoon before the wedding, she and her team stepped in to help. After discussing everything with the bride, Suzanne asked us to go and have a coffee and come back in an hour. When we returned, Suzanne and her team had created the most beautiful flowers – perfectly made buttonholes for the men, a lovely corsage for the groom’s mother, and stunning bouquets. They truly saved my friend’s wedding day. I highly recomm

Fantastic experience: Last Saturday I made a desperate phone call to Florist Gardens hoping that they could save the day after another florist had cancelled my order, which was for my dear MIL's birthday. We live a long way away, so I had organised for flowers and chocolates to be delivered and to have them cancelled at lunchtime on the day was awful. Bella went the extra mile to get flowers and chocolates to my MIL for her special day - Bella was so helpful, I appreciate your help so much. Please pass on my thanks to the delivery person, who had actually left for the day but after a call from Bella agreed to come back in and deliver the flowers to my MIL. Fantastic experience: Suzanne and the team from Florist Gardens created the most beautiful flowers for our wedding and were an absolute dream to work with! They are such genuine, happy people and made the whole process so enjoyable. Suzanne took the time to sit down with me, chat through my ideas, hear my chosen colour palette, and work with my preferences on textures and sizes. She kept in touch every step of the way so I always felt involved. She even went above and beyond to order special orchids for both my bridal bouquet and our wedding cake, they were stunning!! I’m over the moon with how everything turned out and honestly couldn’t recommend Suzanne and her team more!

As it was such late notice I was worried I couldn’t arrange anything. We are in Adelaide. Another florist in Cairns recommended Florist Gardens because I really wanted a bespoke gift basket with extras if possible. Kayleigh answered the phone Monday morning and agreed to go and get all the things I’d asked for. Even writing the card for me. The basket was delivered by lunchtime and was just beautiful! Negative experience: Picked up my son's formal corsage and there were little brown dry bits on the leaves. And the orchids weren't white they were green. I asked two parents what they thought of the flowers aswell and they said the exact same things as I did. Just cancelled the corsage for the next formal he is going to in a few weeks.

Negative experience: I placed an order last night for delivery to Clifton Beach today. I received a confirmation email shortly after. I called late afternoon today just to ensure they had the order as I hadn't heard from my family member that it had been received. I was first told by Kailee that she couldn't even see the order and it had gone to a different email, therefore the flowers hadn't even been made. When she got a hold of the order she then said that they do not deliver to Clifton Beach so the order would need to be cancelled. If they do not deliver to Clifton Beach they should not allow a delivery order to be made to that postcode on the website. Other websites give a notification that they do not deliver to that suburb. Regardless, the "Florist Gardens" website delivery information page states that they use an international flower delivery service and "no matter where you are in Australia, you can receive flowers in a timely manner". I spent the day thinking these flowers were getting delivered as I received a confirmation email, however this was not the case at all. There was a lack of empathy to the situation over the phone in regards to this issue. It was very important to me that the flowers were sent today, and it is now past the timeframe that I can arrange another company to do same day delivery today. Very unimpressed.
