Not sure on quality yet as i haven't seen the product in real life; Only thing was i wasn't sure about adding the receipeint details after the payment process. would be better to have that added before as that seemed odd to me.

Negative experience: Worst company I have dealt with for flowers, I ordered flowers for my girlfriend specifically for International Women's day. Everything confirmed - early hours in the morning I got an email saying your delivery date has been changed to 2 days later! You have absolutely spoilt my day for me knowing that a special occasion relied on you for the gift that could not deliver on time. I contacted customer services and there is nothing they can do. I would never ever recommend you buy from this absolute shambles of a company. Thanks for spoiling the day!!!!

Negative experience: Third time I’ve ordered and third time the date was moved because it’s outside their local delivery area. They don’t tell you this until after the order has gone through and it’s too late to change where you are placing your order almost 24 hrs later. The flowers are beautiful but don’t count on delivery when you need it.

Negative experience: I ordered a Deluxe flower arrangement, and what I received was completely different from what was advertised on the website. The flowers were the wrong type, the wrong colour, and the arrangement had far fewer flowers than were shown in the picture. When I called customer service, their response was that “sometimes the picture on the website doesn’t exactly match what you receive.” That is absolutely unacceptable. If customers are paying for a specific arrangement—especially a Deluxe option—then the company should deliver something that actually resembles what was advertised. What they sent looked like a cheap substitute, not what I paid for. It honestly feels like a rip-off. Advertising one thing and delivering something completely different is misleading and very disappointing. I will not order from this florist again, and I strongly recommend others be careful before ordering. What you see on their website is clearly not what you get.

Negative experience: Paid over $100 plus delivery for a Valentine’s order from Bloomex and what arrived was unacceptable. The arrangement looked nothing like the photo on their website. Several flowers were already dead, the rest were wilted, the chocolate box was crushed, and the card arrived folded and damaged. I couldn’t even give it to my wife. Even worse — zero customer service. I’ve sent multiple emails and never received a single reply. For a company charging premium prices for special occasions, this level of quality and service is unacceptable.

Positive experience: I am slightly disapointed since I took the time to pick a flower choice that we wanted and was cat safe and it was substitued without any meaniful attempt at contacting us. Just an email stating a substitution was made. It would be better if contact was made and a choice in the substitution were provided.

Negative experience: ZERO IF I COULD!! Listen to reviews.. Ibreluctantly didnt and paid for it... Delivery is expensive and delayed but offered a free 'upgrade' which was far but an upgrade! I ordered and laid extra for a 'Deluxe' boquet and could have purchased a better boquet from a grocery store. It was also suppose to come in a Mason Jar and arrived in a plain glass jar.. the pic is thr 'Standard' boquet and I purchased the Deluxe..so it should have been bigger/fuller

Negative experience: I placed an order for delivery 3 days in advance. The day before scheduled delivery I got an email saying they were getting it ready. The day of... nothing. Besides no delivery: no phone call, no email, no update in the Shop app. The day *after* ...I get a call from a call center saying they couldn't find the flowers in my area and that's why they couldn't make the delivery, but they tried calling me about it. #1 as I said, I didn't miss any calls or receive any voicemails, and #2 I didn't even order flowers! It was a coffee gift basket. They asked if it could be delivered the next day — so *two* days after scheduled — and wouldn't offer any sort of a refund, even the delivery fee. Congrats on scaling up a local flowershop into an international service business... but maybe don't do that if you actually can't.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with Bloomex. I ordered a fruit basket with a flowering plant to arrive March 1st/26. I received a text the evening of February 28/26 informing me Bloomex is unable to obtain fresh fruit and would send biscuits and chocolate instead. I contacted the Bloomex phone number and spoke with Tiffany. I said not to send biscuits or chocolate and only fresh fruit because the person receiving the gift has diabetes and cannot have processed sugar or chocolate. If it takes a few more days to obtain the fresh fruit to make that happen that was acceptable. Tiffany assured me this would be looked after. I received an email confirmation of the order change. However on Sunday, March 1st, the recipient received biscuits and chocolate and no plant. Bloomex has not responded to my request to make up for this unacceptable service. I would never recommend Bloomex to anyone in future nor will I use their services again. Beware!

Negative experience: On the day of delivery, Bloomex changed my delivery date to three days later, after I paid extra to secure a specific date. As soon as they changed it, I tried to cancel the delivery, since that new date wasn't useful. It was difficult to secure the cancellation at all. They tried to force me to accept the new date. After finally agreeing to the cancellation, they would only give store credit and not a refund. Will never use them again. I strongly encourage you to just talk to a local florist. This isn't the first time this company has been disappointing, but this took the cake.

Negative experience: I made an order for same day delivery and was given a confirmed status. 5 hours later I was texted that the delivery date was changed without my approval. I even reluctantly agreed to have it delivered the following day dispite paying for same day delivery, and was assured by Johan in the customer service call center that my order was guaranteed to be delivered Saturday. When this order once again was not delivered, and I wasn't even contacted, I had to make another call to customer service Saturday evening, asking if the flowers had been delivered, only to find out A FLORIST HAD NOT EVEN BEEN FOUND FOR MY ORDER YET. The company had 2 chances to fulfill my order and failed to provide the service. Then tried to give me STORE CREDIT. I have absolutely zero desire for any store credit, as I would rather pay triple the price than go through this kind of disappointment and frustration ever again. I am still calling and emailing back and forth trying to get a refund for a service they never even provided. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY

Negative experience: Flowers ordered were not even close to what was ordered - i ordered deluxe bouquet and what came was half of the size, subpar quality and cheap looking. Their customer service phone is disconnected. After I emailed their customer service, they sent me an email telling me about some shortage in flower supply. They should have told me before and give me a chance to order something else instead. I was so embarrassed when my friend sent me a photo of flowers she got. Not even close to what i have ordered and paid $90 for. Bad customer service all around.

Positive experience: Ordered several times, great for last minute gifts or far away loved ones…. But they get you on delivery charges. Also, I wish that the “deluxe” option for extra $5, would show a noticeable difference - that’s where I feel cheated!! You either pay $9 to “supersize” your bouquet and to have it actually look like the one on the photo or don’t bother at all. The pic that you see online is probably supersize Plus. In fact, it would’ve been nice to see the true comparison of what “normal”, “delux” and “supreme” bouquets look like. This is “DELUX” size (see photo).

Negative experience: BE CAREFUL with this company. I ordered flowers for next day delivery, then they changed my delivery date to 5 days later which I declined and asked for a refund for. No flowers were ever sent however, I'm still fighting for a refund...If I were you, I would use a local merchant with better customer service as well as integrity.

Negative experience: Ordered roses for Valentine’s Day and was embarrassed with quality on the first day I received it. Roses had dark spots and limp. I wasn’t expecting that considering how much it cost. I would have gotten better quality and quantity from local grocery store. I did reach out to customer care same day and their response was that due to nature of the product they could not guarantee freshness. I tried reaching out again to customer care but only to get ghosted. No response or email. After placing many orders with Bloomex this is how I got treated. Not good for business. There other florist that offers way better quality, quantity and better customer service. Bloomex you have truly disappointed me.

Negative experience: If I could give this company a 0 star review I would. I placed an order months ago for next day delivery. They accepted my payment and only notified me after the expected delivery date that it wasnt possible. The earliest they could do was 3 days later. I needed this on a specific date so I called and cancelled the order. I was told on the phone I would receive a refund. And hour later I received an email saying I would not get a refund and that they could only offer me a credit. I reluctantly used the credit a few months later. I ordered a specific bouquet and it was $60 with delivery and tax. So I used $44 of my credit. I received an email saying that what I ordered wasnt available so I would receive a designer's choice bouquet. I was assured it was the same quality and value. I've attached photos of what I ordered and what I received and I could have got better flowers from Costco for half the price. This service is an absolute joke and I would encourage anyone to support local or just go buy flowers from a grocery store, they will be better quality and less expensive.

Negative experience: Really disappointing experience, taking advantage of an elderly woman. My mother ordered flowers from abroad and when they were unable to deliver to my address, they kept asking my mum to pay more for delivery. When I called to complain, I was told my mum "willingly" gave them more money. The customer service representative also said they do not offer refunds ever and there is no one to escalate complaints to and hung up on me. I've seen a ton of similar reviews. I suggest that anyone who has had a similar experience reports them to the consumer complaint bureau so that together we can stop this ongoing scam.

I ordered red roses for this special event, paid a high price expecting fresh and beautiful flowers, and what I received was completely unacceptable. The roses looked almost dead, wilted, lifeless, and nothing like what was advertised. It was a special occasion, and they completely ruined the experience. To make things worse, I have been calling their customer service for the past three days and no one answers. The only people who pick up are sales representatives, which clearly shows where their priorities are. They are quick to take your money but nowhere to be found when there is a problem. Charging high prices and delivering poor quality, almost dead flowers feels like a scam. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Negative experience: They need an option for ZERO stars!! I would NOT even give this company one star!! THE worst service EVER from a florist!! My friend almost died, she spent 2 weeks in hospital. When I found out she was finally coming home I ordered what was shown online and was supposed to be a bouquet of beautiful white roses (she likes only white flowers). Not only did they get delivered late at night 5 DAYS after they were supposed to be delivered, but they were already dying!!!!! Imagine how awkward and embarrassed I felt and how horrified she felt receiving dead flowers when she almost died!!!!! I've sent emails, had several phone calls all to no avail!! I demand to speak to a Supervisor or Manager because all I want is a full refund. It's a service that was NOT fulfilled. Period. No one calls me back, couple of emails saying nope, no refund, sorry. What the HELL?!?!?! I just want my money back, I paid for nothing. This completely and utterly unfair!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!

Negative experience: Sadly, the only good thing I can say is the flowers were delivered. I ordered a flower arrangement totally $150 but i guess that’s not high enough to warrant good service. The entire process from beginning to end was painful. Originally ordered flowers for a funeral but they were never delivered because they said the venue was closed when they attempted delivery but they never called me. Instead, sent an email. By that time it was too late to redirect or do anything. I got the credit but they would not let me split it nor would they allow balance remaining to be added as Bloomex bucks to my account. Further, they reassured me that, this time, they would call before delivering and not send an email after the fact, as I told them no one would be there to accept the delivery before a certain time. Instead they delivered it three hours earlier than they were supposed to, sent me an email, never made the call and just left the flowers at the door where they stayed until someone got home. Oh, and I had to bring the delivery forward by one day because they don’t deliver on Sunday before 1:00pm. They would not make an exception even though they had messed up the original delivery two weeks prior. Overall I would say stay away from this company!! Customer service was of very little help. They do not allow you to speak to a supervisor/manager saying someone will call back and no one did. Avoid this company and spend more elsewhere if you have to.

Negative experience: Absolutely worst experience ever. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered at a set date and paid the extra fee for it. They delivered one day earlier (but gave no notice). I've reached out multiple times to reps and online. And they demand I pay a fee to reattempt a delivery. I can't get a refund and they expect me to get a store credit to keep using this service? Never again. Filled a fraudulent claim with my VISA. And the sad part is, my VISA representative said she's had to deal with dispute regarding Bloomex. If I had notice of earlier attempt, this would be fine. But failure to inform and expecting me to pay to fix their screwup? Everyone I know that uses Bloomex, will not be using your services ever again.

Negative experience: Ordered flowers online, provided the full delivery address, and received confirmation. On the delivery day, I got an email claiming they “tried to call” me yet I had no missed calls or voicemail. Then they said they couldn’t deliver because they don’t have a driver in that area that day. I asked for a full refund. Instead, they issued a store credit. It wasn’t until I called for the fourth time that I finally received my money back. Very unprofessional. I won’t be ordering from here again

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered the “supersize” bouquet for my mother’s birthday and paid over $100 expecting something substantial and beautifully presented. What arrived was a very small arrangement that looked nothing like what was advertised. To make matters worse, the delivery came a day early, which ruined the birthday surprise since it was meant for the following morning. The bouquet also arrived in a plain box with little care given to presentation or wrapping. For a premium-priced arrangement, the packaging felt careless and underwhelming. Overall, this did not feel like a thoughtful or high-quality service, especially for such an important occasion. I will not order from here again.

Negative experience: My order number is - 05316241. Do not order from this service. It has gone downhill. I have ordered from this service dozens of times and am a repeat customer. I placed a $200 order to be delivered on February 13 and the service unilaterally changed the delivery date to February 12 without telling me or getting my consent. Customer service's response was "sorry, we're too busy to deliver them on the date we previously confirmed". Terrible customer service and terrible response.

Negative experience: Do not use this company. I’ve been disputing this since December 24. They claim delivery and provided a “proof” photo that does not show the flowers I ordered and looks like an existing seasonal planter. The delivery date was a heavy snow day, yet the photo shows no snow at all. Really unprofessional and will just keep transferring you from one person to another ultimately just hoping that you get frustrated and stop calling.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and I'm really happy with their services. Used them on a few occasions ranging from Valentine's Day flowers for my special person to celebration gift baskets for my friends. They also do good discounts too.
Negative experience: I ordered flowers to be delivered on February 5th. They delivered one day early on the 4 th. Which I guess early is better than late. The flowers received looked nothing what I ordered from the website. Sent them a message to let them know about it and the reply was an automated message. First picture what I ordered. Second is what I got.
Negative experience: I spent over $400 for flowers for my mom's funeral they did not look at all like I ordered they where really bad and most of the flowers were dead. When I called the same day about then even sent pictures they said I have to wait 48 for reply. I was looking for a refund I called 2 days later they said they had no record of the complaint, that maybe they will give me a store credit. Would never recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed.
Negative experience: Zero stars if I could give them less! I ordered flowers from Bloomex online, hoping to bring a little joy to someone going through a really rough time. What I received, however, was nothing like what was shown on their website. The arrangement was cheap, wilted-looking, and completely unrecognizable compared to the beautiful bouquet I paid $70 for. For someone trying to lift the spirits of a loved one, this was utterly disappointing and hurtful. I called their customer service to explain the situation and ask for a refund. I was met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and even attempts to hang up on me. Their so-called “customer service” was horrendous, I wasn’t asking for a favor, just a resolution for a completely unacceptable product. When I requested a refund, they said it wasn’t possible and instead offered a store credit of $20 — $20! That doesn’t even cover anything, let alone the tax and delivery was not included. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told they didn’t have one. No accountability, no empathy, just a total lack of professionalism. Bloomex is a horrible company with awful customer service. Save your money and your time, there are far better florists out there who actually care about their customers and deliver what they promise.
Negative experience: I received flowers for my birthday yesterday afternoon. Part of the arrangement was turning brown. By this morning it was half dead. The lady asked for photos but didn’t respond after they were received. A second call found a rude gentleman telling me u would have to contact chat. Chat said to contact the store. No customer service. Don’t waste more $$$ on an inferior dying product.

Negative experience: This is the worst flower shop I’ve ever ordered from the pictures are what I ordered vs what I got and I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with what they sent me especially because it was for a funeral. They would not give me a refund or even a partial refund for the embarrassing and upright disrespectful funeral flowers they sent. Also very rude customer service just very unprofessional and unpleasant people to deal with. Stay far away

Negative experience: This company does not take accountability and are a complete scam. I have filed complaints for false/misleading representation to the BBB and the Ontario’s Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery. Anyone who has experienced something similar should too. I ordered sympathy flowers and paid extra for “supersized” version with next day delivery only to receive dead flowers 5 days later, a hellofresh advertisement and an opened box of cheap chocolates. Unacceptable. I have tried requesting a refund and they have denied my request.

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Bloomex My experience with Bloomex was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I ordered a Red Wine and White Cheese Basket as a birthday gift for my wife, but what was delivered was a random box of chocolates and cookies—missing both the red wine and the white cheese. This completely ruined the birthday surprise I had planned. I contacted Bloomex customer service 6–7 times, and each time I was put on hold and the call was disconnected. When I did manage to speak with them, I was told they were out of stock of red wine. This raises a serious concern: why accept and confirm an order for red wine and white cheese if they don’t have the items in stock? When I reported the incorrect delivery, Bloomex offered only a $50 store credit. I requested a full refund since the mistake was entirely theirs, but they refused, citing a policy that does not allow refunds for “confirmed and delivered” orders—even though the order was wrong. Despite charging me $123, Bloomex refused to resend the correct item and insisted they were unable to fulfill the original order. To make matters worse, they demanded an additional $14.99 re-delivery fee, even though the error was 100% on their end. At this point, I have no interest in using Bloomex again. This entire experience was misleading, stressful, and embarrassing—especially since it made me look terrible in front of my wife on her birthday. I strongly advise against using Bloomex due to inaccurate product fulfillment and extremely poor customer service.
Negative experience: The service just took a nose dive. This used to be my go to place for flowers for my mom who lives a couple of hours away. Last batch of flowers were rotten. Called and customer support were like, well it was fine when we sent it.
Negative experience: I very rarely submit reviews, let alone bad ones, but this company lacks communication, customer service and quality. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I see there are MANY others who have said the same thing. I had a verbal conversation about a custom order which was delivered the next day. After seeing a photo of what I had sent my friend it was obvious that he either did not listen to me or they sent the wrong bouquet. I called Bloom ex and they said the flowers I requested were probably out of stock even though the fellow I spoke with told me which flowers were out of stock, So we chose different ones. Plus, the delivery was the next day following our conversation. The bouquet sent did not have one flower or colour I had asked for. I specifically said white hydrangeas, white and pale pink roses, white stock and astremeriym. I specifically said no blue hydrangeas and no yellow roses! No where did I ever mention Lilly’s or calla Lilly’s. I won’t even get into the size of the bouquet!! 21 inches ?? Not a chance. I have attached photos of the order sheet and the flowers . I was also told they would send me a rebate, but yesterday my “pending rebate” was switched to a link for this survey and an opportunity for a $20.00 gift card. Simply the worst! Highly dissatisfied for the money I spent.
Negative experience: I had ordered flowers from here to be delivered. I had originally ordered what looked like a beautiful bouquet of white and purple flowers called the “Enchanted cottage” which I was genuinely excited for. In the end it ended up being the total opposite of what I had ordered which was a white and yellow small set of flowers. I sent them a message once it was received explaining the frustration and they responded the next day with a note stating they are actually out of the one I want. So I paid a bunch of money for something I didn’t order. So far I am waiting to hear if they will compensate me or at least send me what I asked for. Why advertise the product and process payment only to tell me it is out of stock after delivering the order over email.
Negative experience: Do not order anything from Bloomex - they falsely advertise. I ordered a premium decadent cheese basket for cheese lovers, to include a seafood selection - with tax, I paid $155. to be delivered to a neighboring town as a birthday present. When the basket was received, there was absolutely NO cheese, some crackers and a can of tuna. When I complained, they gave an overly worded explanation that they reserve the right to replace items, and may not contain what you ordered. They also offered a lame $20 gift card. Can you imagine... promoting a cheese basket which does NOT contain an ounce of cheese? You may order a gift from them thinking your recipient will receive the items they describe. You may never know what your recipient received, unless you follow up. They are seriously taking advantage, ripping people off with their bogus 'replacements'. Again... a decadent cheese lovers basket... with NO CHEESE. Do not trust this business calling themselves Canada's florist. Ignore their advertisements in your email.
Negative experience: I have always used bloomex for my needs, but after this time I don’t think I will ever use them. One of my coworkers mom passed away so we did a collection to send her flowers. We had $140 to spend so I called them and spoke to them about placing the order. The salesperson on phone said that the supersized sympathy collection is $95 but they can add $30 worth of more flowers. I also purchased a vase and a card. My friend sent me the picture of the flowers she got and I was so embarrassed to see it. It was a mess they called arrangement. I wouldn’t pay $30 for it. I wrote to them at customer care but they didn’t bother to answer. Unbelievable and unacceptable! I’m not able to attach the picture here for everyone to see, but I’ll put it on facebook.
Positive experience: Most of the time they are very good! I’ve never had any major issues until Mother’s Day 2025. I ordered flowers (4 seperate bouquets) and we received 1 bouquet only. It seems they had given the wrong order. They did not refund me or even give me store credit. And it was a pain to even be able to get anyone to speak to. So I wasted over $100 for this.

Not even the same style. What arrived was cheap-looking and disappointing. This was for my niece’s Sweet 16, a milestone occasion not an ordinary delivery. Customer service made it worse by refusing a refund. No accountability. No attempt to fix the issue. This is misleading advertising, plain and simple. You cannot show one product, deliver another, and then keep the customer’s money. I will NEVER order from Bloomex again. Save your money and order literally anywhere else.
Negative experience: I ordered wine Birthday gift basket with chocolates it supposed to delivered today but I’m getting a message at 12:00 today that they don’t have wine in their warehouse and they can’t deliver. I’m just afraid is this company exist or a fraud? They were. Negative experience: Literally zero similarity between the picture and the flowers I received. After reaching out to them regarding this their response was “the arrangement you received accurately represented the item in description” and offered a store credit instead of a refund like I was gonna purchase their dried up ugly flowers again. Even the grocery store flowers look a 1000 times better than this. This company is literally a scam and all their 4 star reviews are fake.

I ordered the supersizes version thinking it would be much bigger and better than the picture of the flowers on the website but this is ridiculous. Negative experience: Bait and Switch, Complete catfish. Nothing like the photos. I am incredibly disappointed with my order from Bloomex. I spent a good amount of money on what looked like a lush, vibrant bouquet on the website, but what arrived was a sad, skimpy arrangement that looked nothing like the picture. It was mostly filler greenery with just a few tiny, sad-looking blooms. It honestly looked like a cheap gas station bouquet that had been thrown into a box. I feel completely ripped off. Save your money and go to a local florist instead.

Positive experience: The pictures on the website are beautiful and I was hoping that when the arrangement was delivered to my long distance girlfriend just because she is amazing and deserves it. The bouquet show up as advertised. I was slightly disappointed. Not to say this company can't deliver an amazing arrangement. Unfortunately in this instance the order didn't follow through. Negative experience: This is the second time Bloomex has been exceptionally disappointing. I would feel happier receiving a $10 flower bunch from No Frills. My mother sent me flowers last year for my birthday as I live in a different province. I received five roses, all wilted but had long stems. They looked terrible and zero flower filler. I didn't want to say anything to my mom and make her feel bad as it was a really sweet gesture. Again, yesterday I received four roses from them and they're pathetic. The stems were so short, one of the roses was already flopped over with the other three wilted. The package of food was dried and so hard I wasn't able to get any out to put in the vase. I had to let my mom know this time so she stops using them. What an absolute waste of money and let down when someone's trying to brighten your day. I don't like leaving such negative reviews, but I would not recommend this business at all based on my experiences with them. It would be better to send a picture of gif of a bouquet than the garbage they send. Bloomex should be embarrassed considering their sole business is delivering flowers. (I tried attaching photos but it wasn't working. Will attempt to again later).
Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with Bloomex, and I have used them many times before. I ordered flowers for a friend to be delivered on Christmas Eve and paid extra for delivery that day. Late in the day on Christmas Eve, I received an email stating that the status had changed and they wouldn't be delivered until Dec. 30th, and it was too late to do anything else at this point, very disappointing. I finally got in touch with them on December 26th to confirm that I'd like delivery to be on the 30th, but I'd also like my delivery charge, which I've already paid, to be credited to my account. I was told delivery would be the 30th. The 30th came along, and no delivery was made as indicated. I contacted them on their live chat and was then advised that delivery wouldn't happen now until after New Years as their warehouse was closed and had no stock. Terrible follow-up and no regard for customer's wants. Will not be using them except for the credit I'm hoping they placed on my account for a full refund, haven't seen in yet though.
Negative experience: They ruined my birthday, didn't deliver the flowers on the right day, and rescheduled the delivery without even asking me, to a day when I wouldn't even be at the hotel anymore. The Indian guy from customer support lied that he canceled the order, but in reality, he didn't. It's simply disgraceful. And they don't return the money.

Negative experience: If I could give this business minus stars I would! They delivered a plant to my house after my mother passed away and left it outside in -20 weather. They never notified me of a delivery, so I actually don’t know how long it was sitting at the side of our house (it was not at the door we use daily). When I brought the box in, the plant was completely frozen and subsequently died once it thawed. After contact with Bloomex’s customer service they said that the plant met their standards and offered me an in store credit. It’s laughable because I will never order from Bloomex and the plant was dead…so how could it meet their standards/expectations? Please take my warning and never order from this company! They take your money and refuse to make it right to make their customers happy.
Negative experience: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! We placed an order of 3 bouquets of roses to be delivered for my cousin's bday. We mentioned it was very important that the colour's are white, pink and yellow as she is going to start her journey with battling cancer. We emphasized the significance of these colour's and what they stand for, and we were assured the order would meet our specifications. The agent wrote the notes in the order form and this was emailed to us with the receipt. The flowers got delivered and we received a picture thanking us for the flowers. I was furious when I saw the picture, as the receiver didnt know what we actually sent as she was grateful for the flowers. These idiots screwed up the order and didnt tell us that they didn't have white or yellow roses, they just gave all in pink. Now the kicker on top was that I can see 2 dozen roses in the picture when we ordered 3. Now if it wasn't for the picture from the receiver, we wouldn't have known because these guys just showed status as delivered. My wife and I called and complained and they said they would escalate to a manager. It had been couple days and was supposed to be high priority but no call from a so called manager. I called in again and they mentioned they can do some type of store credit, I said " are you guys nuts, that I would want store credit after this, how can I ever use your services". They said again a manager would call and still nothing. I am very shocked they dont want to do anything about this.And the odasiity to say nothing about delivering 2 dozen roses and us having paid for 3 dozen, absolutely nonsense. They havent taken accountability for how they screwed up the order and not doing anything to rectify this situation. I now have to contact my credit card company and dispute this payment. Please do not shop with this company.

I placed an order that was not fulfilled correctly, and the customer service I received was frustrating, inconsistent, and completely unhelpful. After multiple calls and emails, I was advised to request a store credit so I could place a new order to ensure delivery before the New Year. I cleared my morning to receive a callback at 9 AM, as promised, but no one called. Instead, I only received a partial store credit later in the day — far less than what I was owed — and no concrete resolution to ensure my order could be delivered on time. Every representative I spoke to gave different information, with no accountability or ownership taken. I’ve never felt so unvalued as a customer. My Christmas gift was ruined, and now my New Year’s gift is at risk. It’s incredibly disappointing that a company I trusted would provide such poor communication and a lack of resolution, especially after I made every effort to work with them. I will not be ordering from Bloomex again unless they are willing to go above and beyond to make this right.

As soon as I hung up I got an immediate email stating that they can't deliver same day but will deliver in 2 days. I called back go cancel. They said I can't but won't charge me th $20. I said I only used their service based on same day delivery. I insisted that I want full reimbursement. I was then assured I would get that in about 2 days. Soon as I hung up, another email stating credit offer only.
Negative experience: I used bloomex to send some flowers to a friend for her birthday. I paid specifically for same day delivery and was charged for it. After placing the order I get an email that the flowers would not be delivered until the next day. I immediately emailed asking to cancel the order as I needed the same day delivery. I did not get a response and the flowers were delivered the next day. The flowers were also nothing like pictured in the website and did not look anywhere near what I paid for them. The entire experience with bloomex was awful and i honestly feel like I’ve been scammed. I would not recommend this company to anyone and bloomex I would appreciate a response to my emails.
Negative experience: SCAMMMMM - DO NOT order! paid $70 for flowers today, nothing arrived for my mom. I called at 10:30pm to ask where the order was & was met with “um” and complete silence. I honestly don’t even care if they need to arrive tomorrow instead & just wanted to ensure someone was not going to knock on the door at 10:30pm! Person could not provide me with any info, wouldn’t provide a refund, can’t tell me where my order is, wouldn’t escalate to a manager. Despite watering it daily since delivery, it has not recovered. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times to report the issue, but each call was disconnected midway through the conversation, making it impossible to resolve the matter by phone. This order was sent by a friend overseas, which makes the experience even more unfortunate. I expected better quality control and more reliable customer support from a well-known florist. Negative experience: (This is for Australia, same parent company I believe. I will try to find one that and post there too. ) I was happy that the basket was delivered on time, but otherwise I was pretty disappointed. I purchased what I was lead to believe was going to be a "significantly more impressive" "Supersize" gourmet basket, and instead my recipient received something mediocre at best. Instead of 6 items, they received 10 (for an extra almost $35 for 4 additional items and presumably a bigger basket). There were just some boxes of crackers and chips, and cookies, one of which was tea biscuits, the most plain thing available. No chocolates, no nuts, nothing suggested in the product description (some of which were named, like Lindt), and it didn't feel gourmet, and it didn't feel special, and it didn't feel worth the money. I would give 1 star except that the delivery was good and the initial presentation was nice. (Though I paid extra for a Christmas card and I think they just received a printed piece of white card stock.) I would not recommend this company.
Negative experience: Heartless Service and Total Logistics Failure – AVOID Bloomex I am writing this to warn anyone considering Bloomex for an emotional or time-sensitive occasion: Do not trust them. I contacted Bloomex on Nov 25th to arrange a delivery for Nov 27th—my late sister-in-law’s birthday. I explicitly explained to the representative that these flowers were for my two nieces to let them know I was thinking of them on a very difficult day. I was assured the delivery would happen on time. The Failure: On the day of the birthday, I heard nothing. When I followed up, I was hit with a "system issue" excuse and told the flowers wouldn't arrive for another 5–8 days. Had they bothered to notify me of this "issue" beforehand, I could have used a reliable local florist. Instead, they missed the date entirely, showing zero regard for the emotional nature of the request. The "Refund" Nightmare: Getting my money back was an exhausting battle. I spent two weeks calling both the US and Canadian branches. Despite it being entirely their fault, they insisted on a "lengthy investigation." I didn't receive my refund until Dec 8th. The Final Insult: To top off this disaster, they charged me in USD and refunded me in USD, resulting in a loss of $6 CAD in exchange fees. Not only did they fail to deliver the flowers and ruin a memorial gesture, but I actually paid them $6 for the privilege of being stressed and ignored for two weeks. Bloomex is a company that lacks both basic logistical competence and human empathy. If you have an event that actually matters, take your business elsewhere.

I could not do order on line account was blocked but she got me to talk to someone and then she put order through for me. My sister received basket and loved it. Negative experience: Worst service and fake timelines. Placed an order for flowers and a combo of teddy and few other things for a birthday . After 8 hrs of placing the order got an email that the delivery area is out side of service area and the package will be delivered a day later . This is unacceptable and really disappointing. When I called the customer service no one picks up the call . No email response. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Refrain from ordering anything from them if you want on time delivery!!!!! Negative experience: Used this company for the first time solely based on the option for same day delivery. Paid the extra same day fee on a Saturday morning, and after completing the transaction, was informed it would not be delivered until Tuesday (3 days later) Unable to contact anyone except via email, which was not immediately responded to, so left no option to cancel. Upon finally receiving a response, the additional same day service was refunded, with the promise of a complimentary " box of chocolate/truffles" to be sent. I requested no chocolate, as this was sent as a sympathy gift. Instead, the person received a bag of chocolate covered raisins with the arrangement. For a sympathy gift... how completely embarrassing . Will not be using this company is the future, you can keep the $20 coupon for submitting this review.
Positive experience: Ordering online was easy and I was happy to find a prices were in CD. I was annoyed by the sound of the chat option. I thought there was a great selection and the mason jar option was appealing to me. I also ordered the cheese cake. I gave 4 stars because I have no idea what the flowers will be like or if the cheese cake will be fresh! fingers crossed all goes well!
Positive experience: Last year I used Bloomex to send flowers and gift baskets to family because I could not send anything through the mail due to the Postal Strike. Both parties were pleased with what was sent. This year it was even easier as all the info I needed was in my account. I had two offers to place orders with a 20% discount. Next year I will take advantage of these offers. The only hard part is making a choice from their large selection of gifts. What an easy way to shop.
Negative experience: Don’t waste your money on these flowers, they are pricey and not worth the money even if you want to pay the price for convenience. The pictures online are misleading compared to what you get. I recently ordered a sympathy bouquet for a neighbour and paid extra for the ‘deluxe’ package and had them delivered to me, which was a good thing because when I opened the arrangement I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed to give these. I had to go get another arrangement from a local store to add to these. When I contacted customer service they basically said this arrangement aligns with their policy and offered a store credit for future, which I will not be using.
Fantastic experience: Bloomex provides same day service and extrememly reasonable prices for customers. Their ease of transactions without ads and all the "extra" charges makes this my preferred choice for deliveries. When you need to speak with someone, they are there! Fantastic service and products.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with Bloomex. My correct order was canceled and replaced with a completely wrong one under my name—with incorrect payee, address (to some other Province), billing details, and card message. Communication was awful: vague emails, no callback as promised, and an unprofessional phone rep who answered with “hello” and failed to correct my order. I then waited 1.5 hours on chat and received zero acknowledgment or apology. Even after delivery five days late (with the recipient name wrong despite being corrected three times), the promised store credit is still missing. Never ordering from Bloomex again.
Fantastic experience: I'm thrilled by Bloomex!! I'm just a new customer, but I've placed three orders in the last 48hrs for Christmas, gifts, etc. And they have not only overperformed, they've been fantastic. All deliveries were made ahead of schedule or exactly on time. Not a single one late, and not a single unhappy gift-recipient :) I will use Bloomex all the time now for gifts.
Negative experience: Earlier this month I left Bloomex a four star review. I had used their service once before and the flowers arrived the next day at a reasonable price. I got exactly what I paid for with no issues. Recently they were running a promotion offering a twenty dollar gift card if you left a Google review. I submitted my honest four star review and they replied saying they would not give out the gift card unless I changed my review to five stars. They asked me to revise it just to get the promo. This is not a real promotion. It is coercive and manipulative. I’ve used Bloomex twice now. The first time, the flowers arrived the next day just as advertised, and I had no issues, so I felt confident ordering again. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the opposite. The flowers were never delivered, the customer service was very difficult to deal with, and getting a refund turned into a hassle. I did eventually receive my money back, but the process was frustrating. Based on this last order, I’m giving them two stars.

The flowers never got delivered and when they said they tried, it was the next day but the businesswas closed. How convenient. I called to find out what happened, it took 4 days to finally get a human on the phone. Only to be told to bad we dont give refunds, you can get a 20 dollar store credit and 5 dollars back for the same day delivery fee. Ive yet to receive either. After fighting with them some more, I get an email stating I'm getting a full refund. Fast forward 2 weeks and nothing still. So again I try to get to a human and after several days and emails I finally talked to a human only to be told, to bad no refund for you. Yes we know we told you we were going to refund you, and you have the email to prove it, but you're not getting one. We have given your account a credit. They are out of their minds if they think I'll ever use their scam again. After reading many reviews, this seems to be the way they do business. If you want to throw your money away, this is the place for you. Oh, and there is no management or supervisor to speak with. So dont bother trying. This place should be put out of business. If I get my refund, I will delete this. Even tho I shouldn't.
Fantastic experience: Bloomex has improved their game. They are my go to for all my flower deliveries within Canada. Ive placed 10 orders this year, delivered on time, and or notified if they will be late- and an upgrade applied.
Negative experience: Hands down the worst flower company I’ve ever dealt with. I wouldn’t be surprised if the reviews are bought or fake. I ordered flowers for a special occasion, and a day later they told us they couldn’t deliver on the weekend and would only be able to deliver three day late vs our required delivery date (we paid for weekend delivery and everything). We called 3 times that day, texted, and emailed customer support to cancel—no help at all, three full days in advance—to this day (6 days later) still no reply from their support email online etc (go ahead and test for yourself if you get a reply from their email…). They ignored every message, charged my card anyway, and still delivered days late, even with 3 days notice. There are no managers, no trained support, and the overall service is unbelievably bad. Do not trust the reviews—I’m confident they’re bots or fake. Trust me, go with any company but these guys.
Negative experience: Absolutely brutal. I ordered a sympathy bouquet to be delivered same day, they accepted the order after inputting the delivery address, and about 4 hours later I get this email: "Thank you for choosing Bloomex for your order. We attempted to reach you by phone but were unable to connect. The delivery address provided falls outside our local delivery zones, we deliver there overnight with the couriers from Tuesday to Friday. Based on this, your order will be sent via overnight courier for Tuesday delivery. As a special gesture, we’re pleased to include a complimentary upgrade with your delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Kind regards, Bloomex" I'll add that they did NOT try to get in touch with me by phone, they literally gaslighted me. No phone calls from this company, none. I'll never have anything good to ever say about this company. What a complete joke. It's a PREDATORY PRACTICE to accept an order when no doubt, their systems are very well aware as to whether an address is available for same day delivery. Somebody literally died and this is what they do to try to gain business. Unreal...
Fantastic experience: Amazing flower arrangements! Every order has been a great experience, even when delivery is not guaranteed for same day they go out of their way to make it right! Awesome customer service!!!
Negative experience: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Paid for a premium long-stem rose arrangement in a presentation box — got a sad bouquet wrapped in torn paper and no box at all. Completely embarrassing, especially since it was delivered to my loved one's office. Reached out to customer service several times with photos… zero response. Misleading product, poor quality, and no accountability. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Negative experience: DO NOT BUY. I ordered a mixed bouquet for a baby shower, so it was supposed to be all pink and white flowers, as in the photo. The order was left at the front porch, and when I opened it, I saw 8 long-stem roses wrapped in paper. I called immediately, and they said it was due to inventory. They offered store credit, but I requested a refund because I didn’t want to do business with them again. They said they can’t do a refund because it was already delivered. I told them I would have refused the delivery if I was handed over this instead of left on the porch. I told them to feel free to take them back because I wasn’t going to use long-stem roses for a baby shower. I am not proposing. They said they will forward this case to their ‘investigation department,’ which I am pretty sure is made up. It’s been 2 weeks now. No one got back to me. I called my credit card company to cancel the charge. The case is being investigated. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been a recipient as well as sender and I am delighted in the service! The quality and freshness of the floral arrangements are tops! Timely delivery with prompt notification of delivery! Will continue to use Bloomex!
Negative experience: Do not place an order here. Scammers. They will not send what you order and will overcharge and they seem to be exploiting people outside of Canada who are buying gifts for those in Canada. The flowers are terrible and wrapping is terrible and overall such a bad experience. Nothing went as planned and I have no idea if they used bots to conceal the fact that they have plenty of 1 star reviews or what because there’s no way they’re rated well. Please - if you see this review - just do not order from them. You’ll get scammed financially and won’t even get what you ordered. TERRIBLE!!! I hope you go out of business for what you’re doing. If you don’t believe me just read the other real 1 star reviews.
Negative experience: Tried to send flowers to a friend who just finished radiation. I had entered the town and address at the time of the order. On the day the order was supposed to be delivered they emailed to say that the order wouldnt be delivered for 4 more days because that is when they delivery to that town but I should be happy because they weren't going to charge me an extra fee. I would have used a different service had this information been brought to my attention at the time of purchase. The check out process needs to be updated. I really hope the flowers are beautiful because I am very unhappy with the schedule. Beware if you are ordering for a delivery that is in a more rural area.
Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Ordered for same day delivery and only got the order 3 days later. There was no call from the company they only sent an unprofessional email stating that the courier made a mistake. Very unprofessional. The email following stated I would receive an upgrade of my order however the flowers received were less than posted on the image on the website. Very deceiving. Will never be ordering from bloomex again. Such a waste of money. Not worth it.
Negative experience: VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! The picture advertised was not what was received. The florist who put the bouquet together literally did not care. For the price I paid for this I could’ve made a nicer bouquet with flowers from the grocery store and paid way less. I was so disappointed at how underwhelming they looked. These were for a what would’ve been a 52nd wedding anniversary for my Mom and dearly departed Dad. This was already a sad time that I just wanted to celebrate and surprise my Mom. Well these were what showed up and when she showed me I was not happy. If I could give negative stars I would.
Negative experience: I posted a 5-star review immediately I ordered, which was a mistake in hindsight. Unfortunately I cannot find it to delete. A classic case of What I ordered vs What I got. The rose stems were 4 instead of 12. Card was a hand-written business card size, neither a full 9" nor a "LOVE" card. Chocolate was a $3 walmart brand, and there was NO BALLOON. Also, Customer care has not replied any of my emails. Disappointing to say the least.
Negative experience: It was disappointing. Too small and not enough flowers. The picture is super deceptive. Thanks for ruining my day with these flowers. This cost 78 dollars, and could have easily been bought at Walmart for 20 bucks.
