The shop is bright and filled with a nice variety of fresh flowers and some plants, kept clean and organized despite the downtown bustle. Staff were helpful, suggesting options that fit my budget and wrapping it up nicely without any rush. The flowers lasted well over a week. It's right on Victoria Street near Queen subway station, super convenient if you're in the financial district or near St. Michael's Hospital—street parking can be tricky but transit makes it easy.

4 months ago Negative experience: I guess the business model is to replace every order they receive. When you order a specific product, you want to receive that product and not something else. I do not recommend this place. After some discussion, they informed me that they had just refunded. I did not receive my money back, and the information on their website (tracking order) has not changed.

We have thoroughly checked our system, and your refund was successfully processed via Shopify on December 13 (on the same day as you requested), 2025, with a notification sent on December 14.
Depending on your bank, the funds should have arrived by December 17.
We also sent this information to you via email along with a transaction screenshot.
Therefore, please note that there was no error on our part regarding the refund.

5 months ago Negative experience: Came in with my girlfriend to browse flowers and ask questions about names of flowers, the employees were pleasant and helpful except for one young male employee who acted unprofessional, disrespectful and snarky. He dressed like he did not work there but made unsolicited comments that made us feel unwelcome, by saying that flowers we were looking at were for a wedding and not for sale, when my girlfriend simply stated to me that they were pretty. He also refused to answer questions about flowers by saying he was on break, but was obviously unaware of the name. Him being on break also did not stop him from telling us about the reserved wedding bouquets in a very rude manner.
We sincerely apologize for the experience you had in our store. We truly value every customer’s visit and regret that your interaction with our staff caused discomfort.
The team member you encountered is new and was assisting in the store, and while they are learning, we understand that their communication fell short of the professional standard we expect. Please rest assured that we provide thorough training to all our staff to ensure that everyone delivers courteous and helpful service.

5 months ago Negative experience: Came in to look at flowers, the guy working there was BEYOND RUDE. Everyone else was fine but that one guy working there ruined the shopping experience. So we didn’t buy anything because we felt so uncomfortable. I went to look at some flowers and complimented them saying “they’re so pretty” and he immediately snapped saying “those are for a wedding sorry”. I was so confused because I just thought they looked nice, didn’t appreciate the aggression! Then we tried to ask what flower was in the back of their storage, to which he replied with “sorry I can’t remember, brain is blanking out because I’m in the middle of a break” as if he would remember the flower anyways had he not been on break.

6 months ago Negative experience: Beautiful Flowers but the service left alot to be desired. I placed an online order to have flowers delivered to a hotel that’s only a one-minute walk from the shop. I requested delivery around 12:30 PM so they’d be there when we arrived. We got to the hotel around 1:30 PM, but the flowers still hadn’t been delivered. I called the shop, and they told me they hadn’t even started my order yet because they were preparing for a wedding that morning. They said they would make the bouquet within the next 20 minutes and send it over. An hour later, still no flowers. I tried calling again—no answer—so I sent a text explaining that we’d been waiting an hour and the flowers still hadn’t arrived. Eventually, the front desk told me the flowers were delivered around 3:30 PM, after we had already left the hotel. I later received a text from the shop at 4:30 PM saying the flowers had been delivered at 4 PM. When we finally got the bouquet, I will say it was beautiful—they did a great job on that part. However, the message I had requested to be included was missing, and I paid $18 for delivery that was significantly delayed without any communication. Especially considering the hotel was just a minute’s walk away, the service was really disappointing.

6 months ago Negative experience: My friends had ordered a beautiful bouquet ($100+ delivery fee) for my birthday. They received an email on the day of my birthday stating the chosen flowers weren’t available and were replaced with stems of “equal value”. They were neither given an option to pick the replacement nor offered a refund for the shop’s incompetence. The bouquet arrived with half of the stems dying. The flowers “replacement” was extremely cheap,damaged and dying. This shop is a scam. Please don’t order from here. Update: We contacted the shop as the owner recommended and they offered no resolution or apology. We were offered the exact same response left below this review. For everyone whose special days have also been ruined by this company, please feel free to contact your credit card company to issue chargebacks. Please also check reviews for this company on other internet spaces as they have a long term pattern of committing fraud. Please don’t order from here as this is legitimately a fraudulent company.

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Regarding the 100 dollars you mentioned, we just wanted to clarify that this amount was the total order value, not the flower value alone. As florists, we can only include flowers according to the actual flower cost, but we fully understand that from a customer’s perspective, it’s natural to evaluate the arrangement based on the total amount spent.
We also noticed that the second and third photos seem to have been taken after some time had passed. Dahlias, in particular, are very water sensitive. If the stems are not re-cut daily or at least every 2 to 3 days, the water uptake can be blocked, which causes them to wilt quickly. Unfortunately, this is not something we can control once the flowers leave our shop.
In the first photo, the flowers appear fresh, and we did not provide anything of poor quality. As for the minor scratches you mentioned, flowers can arrive from our suppliers with natural imperfections, so we kindly ask for your understanding regarding this part.

I only came in with a budget and a color in mind, and she worked her magic and put together the most beautiful arrangement. The flowers were super fresh and looked amazing. They also have vases and teddy bears, which is awesome if you want to make it a full gift. Definitely recommend!

7 months ago Negative experience: I don’t recommend this place to get bridal bouquets. I was disappointed with the bouquet that was delivered to my place (pic 1) It didn’t look fresh or as good as the picture shown on their website; some petals even looked old. Luckily I had ordered them the day before my ceremony, so my friends were able to create a beautiful bouquet for my ceremony as shown in pic 2.

7 months ago Negative experience: The picture I gave them for reference vs the bouquet I got from them (what is that wrapping?). I told them I wanted a SMALL bouquet but it wasn’t even trimmed down. They also did not ask me what colour wrapping I wanted, so I assumed they’d use the same colour as my reference picture, but it’s a really bright pink that unfortunately I dislike a lot. It was so busy and understaffed I just left with it. Last bouquet I got from here was fine . This place is a hit or miss depending on how busy they are I guess.

8 months ago Fantastic experience: I had a great experience! I asked for a bouquet with my budget and color theme and they made one right away - took around 10-20 minutes. He asked multiple times if I liked the arrangement and asked if I wanted to change any flowers. I also asked him to remove some that were not looking the best and he quickly replaced them with different fresh flowers. The wrapping is great and the result speaks for itself! Definitely go in, don’t hesitate to ask for swaps or certain flowers and enjoy your beautiful bouquet! Also he honored my budget which was amazing. I will definitely be going back whenever I need flowers

9 months ago Negative experience: Terrible experience! After the staff ensured me that my order would arrive Saturday morning, it was late and did not arrive until the afternoon. Shipping was $18 for a 3.5km delivery, which is far too much if the order is going to be late. I had ordered 10 bunches of 5 flowers, so 50 flowers altogether. When they arrived it was clear that the staff had only prepared 10 flowers total. When communicating with the staff they use highly generic messages which are clearly created in ChatGPT. They couldn't even be bothered to write out a message personally. If you care about attention to basic order details, or receiving your order on time, I would shop elsewhere. EDIT TO OWNERS RESPONSE - It's not entirely shameful to use ChatGPT, it's the way of the world now. When you use it to express "sincere" apologies, it comes across as hollow and highly insincere. Also just so you know the over use of the dash is one of the 3 major tells that gave it away. Using it again to craft this response is so weird. If you are attempting to show true remorse or authenticity or sincerity, this is not at all the vibe. I would take your real unfiltered, imperfect yet human, thoughts on the matter any day... as I think many others would. Nothing says "I don’t care" like a generic ChatGPT response to the situation, once again.
First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for the entire situation.
Unfortunately, our newly hired staff misunderstood your order and prepared 10 stems instead of 10 bunches. We deeply regret the mistake and the inconvenience it caused.
We are currently reviewing this issue internally to ensure it does not happen again to future customers. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve.
Also, we want to clarify that while every message we send is written personally by our team, we use ChatGPT to assist with reviewing grammar and wording to avoid errors. We never use AI to write messages from scratch—only to proofread and ensure clarity.

9 months ago Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered 4 corsages from Toronto Flower Gallery for my mother, mother-in-law, and grandmothers for my small civil ceremony wedding. I placed the order in advance and spent over $200. On the day of the wedding, only one corsage was delivered. When I called, it was the first time I had mentioned that these corsages were for a small wedding. They then proceeded to blamed the delivery person (they use Uber eats/packaged delivery to send their awful products), but when I spoke with the delivery person, they confirmed the shop had only given them one item to deliver. The shop claimed the other corsages would arrive by a certain time, but they didn’t. The reality was they hadn’t even been made. Only after failing to deliver 3 of the 4 corsages I had paid for did they seem to realize it was for a wedding, and then tried to use that as an excuse and blamed me for their mistakes! saying they needed more time for wedding orders. These were simple corsages, nothing elaborate, and they still couldn’t manage it. They ended up making the 3 corsages and brining them to the courthouse… making me late for my own wedding. To make things even worse what I did receive was poor quality and didn’t even last through the day, seriously! I have gotten discounted flower bouquets at a gas station that were in better shape than all of the corsages. The way I was spoken to by staff was unprofessional and dismissive. A refund or at least a partial refund is absolutely warranted for this awful service but you guessed it, I was told that would never happen. Avoid these scammers. Terrible service, terrible quality, and a downright horrible experience. I wouldn’t trust them with a blade of grass, let alone flowers for a special occasion. Truly so disappointing and left such a terribly feeling for me on my wedding day.
We are deeply sorry for the distress and frustration this caused you—especially on such an important and personal day. You placed your trust in us, and we understand that your expectations were not met.
To clarify, only one corsage was delivered initially due to a logistical error involving our third-party delivery service. As soon as we were informed, our team immediately remade the entire order and attempted a second delivery. Unfortunately, by that time, we were told you had already left the location.
We then created and hand-delivered a third set of corsages to the courthouse, which arrived just before the time you shared. In total, we made and discarded eight corsages to try and make things right. These efforts were made not out of obligation, but from a genuine wish to support you on your special day.
We understand that our response did not undo the inconvenience you experienced, and we sincerely regret that the flowers did not meet your expectations in quality or timing.
That said, we were disheartened by the language used in your review. Words like "scammer" do not reflect the truth of what happened, nor the effort made in real time to resolve the issue with urgency and care.
We take full responsibility for the initial delivery mistake and have already reviewed our internal and external processes to prevent this in the future. We thank you for your feedback, and again, we’re truly sorry that your experience was anything less than excellent.
10 months ago Positive experience: They have a lovely selection of flowers and plants and I’ve bought a lot from them. They are not cheap or reasonable, but it is what it is. Their attitude and service however leaves a lot to be desired and after today’s experience I don’t want to go back to this place ever again.

10 months ago Negative experience: If you want to get cancelled on right before your daughter’s wedding day, book with the Toronto Flower Gallery. My daughter chose a bouquet and was told they had it and it would be done. The day before her wedding, we get a call: they don’t have her flowers and won’t do it (despite having it available on their website and confirming they have it when we specifically called to ask about the flowers). When we asked for alternatives, the rep we spoke to was cold, dismissive, and offered only one replacement: “We have lilies, but they’re sensitive and will die.” That was the full extent of the “help.” Unprofessional. Unreliable. Zero care for how their failure would impact my day. It’s unacceptable service at the worst possible time.

To clarify, the confirmation message you received was an automated notification from our system indicating that your order was successfully placed—not a guarantee of flower availability.
Your daughter’s wedding was on Saturday, but unfortunately, the order was only submitted very late on Friday after 5 PM, just before our store closed. Orders placed that late are typically reviewed the next business day, so it was not possible for us to immediately confirm availability.
Placing an order that late means there is almost no time to secure flowers, especially on a weekend when most stock has already been allocated. We simply did not have the flowers available at that time, and due to the late submission, it was impossible to fulfill the exact order. Our priority was to help you as quickly as possible by offering alternative options and advising you to seek other suppliers.
Usually, wedding flowers are reserved well in advance—often months ahead—and even a single bouquet should be ordered at least a week prior to the event to ensure availability. Ordering after 5 PM the day before a Saturday wedding leaves us with no time to guarantee the flowers and puts the fulfillment entirely at the mercy of stock on hand, which is a challenge industry-wide.
We regret that you were disappointed, but we acted within the limits of what was possible given the timing. We appreciate your understanding.
