Fantastic experience: I've never pre-ordered by anytime I've came in for a special occasion they were not only friendly but really flexible with combining some of their existing options. Really great place to get flowers on your way home, thank you Tiny Flower for helping make Valentines special!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the purchase this time. I paid over $100 for my girlfriend to have some beautiful fresh roses for Valentine’s Day. And when I go to pick up, the roses are already old, dry, wrinkled and have blackness. Considering to switch and recommend my friends to not shop here as well.

Negative experience: bought a bouquet here and while it was beautiful, it went over my stated budget, infested the rest of my houseplants at home with mealybugs, and included chrysanthemums when I specifically requested only plants that are safe around cats. I have bought houseplants here in the past without issue and again the bouquet itself was beautiful but overall not pleased with this :(

Fantastic experience: Been coming to this shop for years. As a self care indulgence, I make it a point to get some fresh flowers for my hotel room whenever I go on vacay. This is my go to spot in TO. The owner is knowledge, creative and flowers seem to be her talent. Reasonably priced and always stunning. I am absolutely in love with Peonies!!

Fantastic experience: I used The Tiny Flower on Bay street for my Grandfathers funeral and celebration of life flowers. Working with Helen was wonderful right from the start. I shared with Helen a picture of what we wanted for the Funeral to go by the Urn, and she did exactly what we asked for. The Roses and Rosemary was so fragrant, I had several moments received about how wonderful they smelled. We had and additional 13 arrangements delivered to a separate site for the memorial and the arrangements were stunning. On top of the beautiful arrangements, it even came in more than $150under budget!!! I would defiantly use the Tiny Flower shop again, and would not hesitate to recommend her services. Fantastic experience: I recently ordered a bridal bouquet and boutonnière from Tiny Flower and they were incredibly helpful and professional. When I came in to order, I showed some inspiration photos and they immediately understood the vibe that I was going for. The bouquet came out so gorgeous and the boutonnière was perfect and held up well throughout the day. I will come back and post a photo once the professional photo comes back but I would highly recommend them!

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with this store. We ordered a specific flower arrangement, but they delivered a bouquet completely different from what we asked for. On top of that, the quality of the flowers especially pink roses did not match the price we paid.

Fantastic experience: We were so lucky to have Helen do our wedding florals! She did an absolutely incredible job with all the arrangements, including large arrangements for the ceremony, table centrepieces, bud vases, and my bouquet. I walked in expecting to grab a generic premade bouquet for a graduation and was DELIGHTED to find that I could pick my own flowers / color scheme, with tips from the florists, and have a personalized bouquet wrapped and made right then and there.

Fantastic experience: Turns out it’s hard to make a bouquet yourself Luckily, the owner and her colleague have provided a good customer service, helping me create a bouquet for my friend. The shop is small but has a nice variety of fresh flowers. The prices are valid, not expensive too. Overall, I liked the experience, will be coming back My bad, I didn’t take any decent pictures. She did bright pink roses with a bit of white roses, and I have specifically asked to do an accent on tulips. Wrapped it in a nice beige-pink paper, the total was 75cad. But the bouquet was somewhat heavy, it was like medium-large.

Negative experience: When placing my order, I asked the owner if I could pick up the flowers 15 mins before opening and she said that would be fine. On the day of, there was also another customer who had arranged to pick up flowers before opening time. However, the owner was 15 mins late and she did not acknowledge it or offer an apology to either of us. We communicated via phone and IG to place the order. There was miscommunication on the type of bouquet I wanted so the flowers she had prepared was not the one I asked for. I needed to leave ASAP so she quickly put a new one together after showing her the bouquet style I originally asked for (from her IG page) and she recreated it within my budget. However, I would say the quality of the flowers do not match the price. Most of the flowers wilted quickly even though I cut the stems and put them in water. Also, the bouquet was not arranged nicely because she was rushing. There are other shops where I could get higher quality flowers and nicer arrangements for the same price. I heard about this shop from a friend so I wanted to give it a try but sadly I would not purchase from here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Placed an order for 5 centerpieces, one long bouquet for the wedding arch and two bunches of eucalyptus and 2 bunches of baby’s breath. Flower colours were blush, lavender, white, pink and purple. 1) Centerpieces: looked beautiful! They were just spectacular! Although I had asked for the set up to be a little taller. they stood out when placed on the tables. 2) the long bouquet for the wedding arch: Beautiful set up but wasn’t having all the colours I requested. It was leaning more on the lavender and purple shades and had no pink or blush. It looked great nonetheless 3) baby’s breath: great bloom and looked fresh and plump! Just the right look! 4) eucalyptus: got the baby eucalyptus. It smelled great. Just that some of the stem ends were either damaged or probably rotting. The quantity wasn’t a lot for two bunches but all’s well as it was enough for 5 tables. All in all, a great spot for flowers. The owner is a very kind lady. Informed me in advance about the seasonal availability of the flowers. She is very open to discussions and accepting your ideas. I had a great experience dealing with them and in the future, will definitely always give my business to them. The flowers were fresh for a week after the event. So the products she uses and supplies are of great quality and fresh! Thank you for such a beautiful flower arrangement.

There were a lot of choices to customize the wrapping of the bouquet as well. The peonies I got from the shop bloomed the next day and they looked and smelled amazing.

Negative experience: Awful customer experience and showed that they did not care in anyway about the customer experience. I was told to wait for them to ring a customer up and then they preceded to make me wait 30 minutes then hang up. They would not pick up any calls afterwards or allow for messages. I would not suggest calling if you value your time.

Fantastic experience: Cute little shop with excellent selection. The quality of flowers here are always great and fresh, and they last for a long time if taken care of properly. There are a ton of flowers I wouldn’t regularly find in other shops, and none are wilted. Helen did a fantastic job with the arrangement I chose. She has a great eye for detail and knows exactly what will look good together. She provided excellent advice along the way, and selected the flowers that would make the bouquet look ‘bigger’. The bouquet was beautiful and she packaged it so nicely with decorative wrapping. If only Helen had a shop closer, I would visit more frequently. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here once during the pandemic for a quick little bundle of basic flowers in the winter and the owner was really sweet so I decided to come back for a bouquet! I called this shop 30 mins before closing since i really needed a last min bouquet to bring for a friend. The owner (I didn’t get her name) was so nice, asked me how I wanted the flowers along with her recommendations, and we settled on some pretty hydrangeas, ramaculus, and peonies. She had the bouquet ready in like 20 minutes after I called, what a fast turnaround! The pick up was easy as well, and the prices are extremely fair especially in this age where inflation is running rampant. Not to mention, I’ve received COUNTLESS compliments on this bouquet as I was walking back home with it. I will definitely be a returning customer for years to come!!!

Fantastic experience: Helen and team at Tiny Flower delivered very fresh and beautiful roses that exceeded all expectations. I reached out to Helen over email on Thursday for an event on Sunday night at Canoe restaurant in downtown Toronto. With short notice, Helen was able to provide recommendations and arrange delivery of 4 bouquets with 40 roses, boutonnières and corsages to Canoe restaurant. This exceptional service led to a seamless experience and convenience for the hosts, as there was 1 less logistics to worry about. 5 days after the event, the roses are still so fresh and looks amazing in the vase. One of the bouquet recipient commented that because all the stem length was very well thought out during the bouquet wrapping process, the roses stayed very fresh even when kept in the original packaging for an extended period of time. Fantastic experience: This is my favorite flower shop. I always find flower pots and plants that you don't normally find at costco or home depot or anywhere else, both indoor plants and outdoor. Negative experience: I’ve shopped at Tiny Flower occasionally over the past few years. Although they’ve never been quite transparent with their pricing for bouquets, this time I felt utterly deceived and cheated. Was in a rush so asked for 2 bouquets for about $30 each. What I received was 6 roses altogether with literally a few shrubs and leaves on the side (must’ve been $5 worth?). Altogether it was nearly $80 for just 6 roses across 2 bouquets!! Now please correct me if that’s what they’re worth, but I doubt it. I was in a rush in the moment so I didn’t make a fuss, but now looking back I feel cheated. Word of caution to others who might consider buying a bouquet at Tony Flower - ask them to beak down their pricing for every individual flower and don’t assume they will give you your money’s worth!!

Fantastic experience: Edit: I went back here to get a flower arrangement for Admin Professionals Day. The owner already had some lovely pre-arranged pieces, but happily agreed when I asked her to make it bigger and customized what she added according to our preferences. It turned out FANTASTICALLY. Peoples' heads turned as I walked by them. Three people asked me, "Is that for me?!" Hands down, my favourite flower/plant shop in the city. Lovely shop for plants and plant-related things! I have a gorgeous peace lily from here. The owner gave us excellent instructions on how to care for it. So far so good... Whew.
