Fantastic experience: So far, my experience has been great overall. I placed an order online but didn’t receive a confirmation email, which was a bit concerning. But I called the shop to double check, and the lady I spoke with was very nice and confirmed that my order had gone through and will receive a confirmatoey email shortly (I was a little biy impatient ) The website is amazing, only thing there is no way to log in and view past orders, which would be helpful. Hopefully that can be improved I received a confirmation email of delivery and I’ll update this review once my girlfriend receives the flowers and I can comment on the final ❤️

Fantastic experience: I recently ordered a bouquet of lilies from FLOWERS OF THE WORLD (191 Eglinton Avenue, E) in Toronto. The occasion was for a momentous anniversary. I could not have been more delighted with the overall experience. From the moment I was welcomed into the lovely shop (each staff member is gracious and extremely helpful) to the person who delivered the order - the team presented an air of confidence and complete professionalism. A first-class establishment!!

Positive experience: The flower arrangement was lovely although I would have hoped it was closer to the picture. The dog wasn’t very 3-D looking and it didn’t come in a wooden basket with a handle.

I needed to purchase one item to make her a casket spray. Other florist would not sell me the item , however FOTW did sell it to me and helped with options to have it delivered to me. Negative experience: Really disappointed with this place. The person on the phone was polite, but that was about the only positive. The bouquet was tiny for the price — completely overpriced and nowhere near worth what I paid. I placed my order around 9 AM and was told delivery would be at 5:40 PM. The flowers didn’t show up until 6:50 PM. The driver was apologetic, but even he mentioned he was aiming to be there around 4 PM — which makes the delay and the lack of proper communication even worse. For what they charge, the service and value should be way better. Definitely not impressed and wouldn’t recommend based on this experience. Use your judgement before buying — it was $156 for a medium-sized bouquet, including delivery, and it absolutely did not match the price.

Fantastic experience: I cannot sing enough praises. I had a 60th birthday in the family on the day. I am new to the area and always walk by but had no idea what to do when in a florist shop. So I was hoping at the best to find some decent slightly better than grocery store flowers. The customer service was amazing. I was helped by Anna who went through my budget and style. I looked at the prepared flowers as it was so last minute. I loved a particular style but it was too large and a bit out of my budget. They were very accommodating and made modifications to fit. Recreated a similar arrangement in under an hour and provided the cutest bucket vase as well. The arrangement was the talk of the party and everyone had compliments. Made me and my sister want our own flowers just because! And I definitely will be stopping by a lot more. Thank you so much for the service.

Fantastic experience: I recently walked in and bought a medium sized bouquet. I’m not really from this area and I don’t know much about flowers, but the people working were very nice in arranging the flowers to my demands and budget, doing so on the spot promptly and quickly. I bought them five hours earlier than I needed them and they still looked fresh and smell fragrant! If i’m in the area again and need flowers, I’ll come back! -to note: some places wrap the stems, this place does not, so the stems are just out under the paper

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed! I placed an order through Uber with high expectations, based on the misleading photo they posted. What I actually received was a small, colorless bouquet of just 12 roses — and I paid $300 for it! This is completely unacceptable. Please stop deceiving customers with false advertising.

While I couldn’t find bamboo, I found another great succulent in a small statue, and the woman at the front was so helpful with wrapping it as a gift and providing a card to write on. Positive experience: It's really hard to give a review to any florist when I don't see what the recipient receives. So I only give 4 stars based on rest of my experience I.e. easy to order online, selection of flowers, and delivered on time. Otherwise I'm hoping the recipient received what I chose, a premium 200 + dollar bouquet. Furthermore, all florists should send the person who places the order a picture of what recipient will be receiving because I have had other florists send botched bouquets and now reading the 1 star reviews for this shop, I'm a lil nervous what was sent.

Very bad service experience my lovely sister sent me flowers once I got the flowers I took a picture and a thank you to my sister after all my sister got sad knowing that it was not what she ordered so she called asking what they can do they told her to ask me to go and bring the flowers so I did wasted my 30min drive they gave really bad attitude for both of us and said that what my sister ordered is seasonal and that the vase is only for the show but that the flowers should have been all daisy’s and the vase with a paint daisy all it was going back and forth and it’s seasonal and if we order from different flower shop it will happen the same my and my sister said no theirs no way because we do an not have any issues any way wasted my 30min drive wasted my sisters money I SHOULD SAY WHEN ITS SEASONAL IT SHOULD BE TOLD AND COULD OF AT LEAST CLL HER AND ADVICE THAT THE VASE AND FLOWERS ARW NOT AVAILABLE very shame and poor customer service very much. Negative experience: Ordered a very specific bouquet over the phone and what was delivered was a total waste of my money! Was not at all what it looked like online nor was it upgraded. Which I paid EXTRA for. I sent an email with pictures to the manager and got back an email saying I needed to see the one lily stem from the other side of the bouquet! Trying to justify what they sent with a one liner like that is a joke at best. Do yourself a favor and order flowers elsewhere. These were horrible and all the flowers looked as if they had been thrown together with no care and also appeared to be old. Not fresh at all. Such a WASTE of my money!

You definitely get the value for the price - it can be a splurge but 200% worth it.
