Negative experience: Been purchasing flowers for special occasions from here for 3+ years. For the past year all flowers (including the Valentines Day flowers) have either arrived wilted or began wilting within less than 36 hours. Extremely disappointed and unfortunately have decided to take future business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Wildnorth Flowers! I had my eye on them for my wedding for months as I wanted to use a local a la carte company in Toronto. I cannot overstate how incredibly happy we were with our ground florals! We placed the order less than 2 weeks before our big day and they arrived at our venue, sight unseen ad they were perfect! They were easy to communicate with over email and took all inspo and personal requests that we had and our florals turned out amazing. I cannot thank the team enough for providing our beautiful ground florals. x

Negative experience: I wanted to give them a 1, but that felt mean. They are a small business and maybe don’t have customer service fully figured o it. But my goodness. Had a pretty negative delivery experience which is about 25% of flower delivery. They couldn’t deliver the birthday bouquet (said there was no unit number but I def included when I ordered). They say they tried twice but I didn’t hear from them until it was too late and neither did the recipient. They told me they would try again Monday, then suggested I order an uber to deliver it myself if I wanted it delivered the same day. But they closed at 4pm so before that. I ended up having a courier pick it up from them and deliver it. They refused to pay for it or give me money back for the delivery they didn’t do. Every opportunity I gave them to solve this reasonably, they said no thank you, this is your problem now. I saw the flowers in the end: a $150 arrangement with a few too many carnations and a couple of already wilting roses. I said to my friends who I ordered it with, you know who would never do this? Tonic Blooms. Never again.

Negative experience: My wife and I visited this store and were very impressed with the owner and the overall environment both were excellent. However, our experience with a staff member named Anna was extremely disappointing. She was unnecessarily rude, gave off very negative energy, and made us feel uncomfortable throughout our visit. It's honestly surprising that someone with such poor customer service skills is in a position to interact with clients. One person like this can seriously damage a business’s reputation. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very bad impression, and we won’t be returning. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: My younger daughter had just moved to Canada and I was looking for a very special set of flowers for her 30th birthday. I try to avoid the boring usual roses or other more common bouquets and go for color and diversity of species. I was lucky to find these people online, their sample images caught my eye, and the flowers delivered were even more stunning. They will definitely be my florist of choice for future birthdays and other needs in Toronto!

Fantastic experience: The bridal bouquet was exactly what I asked for. A dreamy pink soft pastel bouquet with some blue and I loved it. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 is because the bout wasn't a good match for the bouquet (completely white) and it died before the ceremony even began despite being kept in the fridge. **update** wild north refunded my boutonniere so I changed my review to 5 stars ⭐️

But you get what you pay for, and if your special person is worth a bouquet of flowers, then go for the best. These flowers last a really long time. Totally worth the money. I've ordered multiple times from this place, and I won't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: WNF should be your go to florist. I needed flowers delivered on short notice, and Cecilia who is the Client Relations Manager was able to make my request happen! From the time I sent my email request to when I received my order confirmation was less than an hour. Incredible customer service, beautiful arrangements and seamless delivery. WNF are simply the best!

Negative experience: I didn't visit here recently, the first and last time I did business with them was few months ago. I ordered the flower as shown in the picture below. I paid over $150 (their prices are not cheap)for the deluxe bouquet. What I received is attached in the picture below. Decide for yourself, How similar is it to the first picture attached (picture shown on their website for the deluxe bouquet); Is the second picture worth the money? In any case, I was disappointed with what I received and will not be getting flowers from this florists again.

Positive experience: I ordered an arrangement online to be delivered for a birthday. The arrangement was beautiful and had quality selection of flowers. However, despite the confirmation having the correct delivery date, the flowers were not delivered on the correct date for the occasion. It was sent two days earlier. The flowers were suppose to be the big surprise for my mom’s birthday but awkwardly arrived on the wrong date and quite frankly ruined the plans. So I would say the order was not really fulfilled for the occasion. I contacted Wild North to let them know of the mistake. They gave a 15% discount code to be used on a future order. Considering this was a mistake that can’t be fixed once it’s delivered, it made sense to offer that discount as a 15% refund or offer a complimentary hand bouquet be delivered on the correct date as potential solutions. I just found they were very nonchalant for such a big mistake. Unfortunately, that made the experience disappointing and my mom now has withering flowers for the day of her birthday.

Positive experience: I ordered flowers from Wild North for my wedding. What I really appreciated was their a la carte menu where you can select which arrangements you want online and check out right away. It was an extremely seamless and stress-free process. Their customer service was also excellent, as they contacted me right away, asked for my detailed preferences and accommodated any changes I asked for. The prices were very reasonable compared to lots of other places where wedding flowers cost an arm and a leg. The only downside is that they aren't open on Sundays and my wedding was on a Sunday, so I had to get the flowers delivered the day before. They gave me great advice on how to keep them fresh until the next day and they were, except for some of the purple flowers which were shedding all over the place. I also expected a bit more in terms of colour variety for the pastel colour palette but they do explicitly say that the arrangements are made with flowers available in season and they did accommodate my request for no vibrant colours, so I can't complain. Overall, the arrangements were beautiful and I couldn't find that kind of service and quality for that price anywhere else in the city.

Fantastic experience: Wild North produced a beautiful Winter Trio for my wife's birthday on extremely short notice, and delivered it on time and in perfect shape. And this is not the first time I've had five-star service and product from them. I love Wild North.

When we found this vendor - we thought it was too good to be true, since it was refreshing to see an "a la carte" vendor who would take care of all our flowers - all we had to do was pick up! Our process was to confirm sizes of the flowers over the phone so it didn't conflict with our food spread at tables. Then, we just ordered over the website a la carte with our wedding color theme. We bought all our flowers from Wild North - highly recommend the pocket square boutonnieres, hand corsages for moms, and bridal flowers/bridesmaid flowers. We got two large centrepieces for our sweetheart table, which we highly recommend. It was stress free and as a DIY bride, it was an amazing experience!

Fantastic experience: I ordered an all white sympathy arrangement and some orchid boutonnières for a celebration of life for someone very special to us last week and we were beyond impressed with Wild North Flowers. Taejah and I discussed my vision for both in advance and she was incredible with keeping me in the loop and involved with the details of my order (I can be very particular with my flowers). Our family had 8 gorgeous boutonnières to wear proudly the entire evening. So thankful they were able to be a part of our day.

Negative experience: For the price point they need to last more than a day. Such a disappointment. I’ve told anyone who uses wild north to move on. I’ve tried to reach out to management and there is never a response or acknowledgment of the issue. Edit - received flowers for Valentine’s Day. Same issue, half rotten flowers again.

Fantastic experience: Wild North ran a bouquet building workshop in my home for my baby shower. It was a huge success!! The class was very educational, we learned way more than we expected and everyone was thrilled to leave with a gorgeous bouquet. The staff were exceptionally good at their job and very sweet ladies. They brought everything they needed and cleaned the whole area after, which was much appreciated. 10/10 would recommend as a fun party activity!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Wild North Flowers for my November 5th wedding and started to communicate with them in August. The team was incredibly responsive and patient with me as I asked a million different questions. The flowers were absolutely stunning and more than I could have even dreamed of. The Wild north team absolutely nailed the colour palette and I am overjoyed with how they looked. Somehow with my really crude floor plans and table design drawing the team was able to perfectly capture the simple but elegant aesthetic that we were trying to achieve. Walking into the ceremony space for the first time left me speechless as their setup was perfect. The colours were warm and inviting, invoking all of the memories and associations with Autumn that we were hoping to capture. Most of the flowers were spread throughout our home after the wedding and they looked beautiful for at least a week after, considering I didn't do anything to really care for the larger arrangements this was especially impressive. Our wedding day was perfect and a large part of that was due to this team. If you're looking for flowers for a special occasion I cannot recommend the Wild North team enough.

The magic you all created for my wedding day with floral sculptures, beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages, and romantic candlelight… wow. They really go the extra mile - adjusting subscription delivery dates to accommodate birthdays and special occasions, checking in when I have made errors on delivery dates. Last Christmas I ordered the Christmas arrangement for my mother who is living with dementia. It was absolutely beautiful! So much thought and care from everyone at Wild North Flowers - and my mother got so much pleasure from the lovely colours and flowers.

My husband and I requested for a wedding bouquet and boutonniere couple of days before we needed them, and while north was able to deliver a beautiful set. What we loved about the boutonniere was that It came with magnets, making the application on the day of very easy. I was beyond satisfied, and the flowers were one of the most beautiful things about our wedding photo shoot.

Fantastic experience: My review is specifically for their A La Carte wedding option. I ordered a bouquet, boutonnière and two small centrepieces (which we used at our head table). Since I knew the bouquet and boutonnière would be in a lot of photos I was willing to invest in a more premium option and came across Wild North Flowers. I chose the “bridesmaid” size as the actual bridal/luxe size were more than I needed. There is a minimum spend so I made sure to hit that by adding the two centrepieces and they were both beautiful. Ordering was very simple on the website, they even followed up to make sure they were clear on the colour scheme, and pick up was very convenient and easy taking only a few minutes of my time. I am very satisfied with what I received and would highly recommend them to friends and family for any of their important events. Thank you for the beautiful flowers!

I'd sent inspiration for a super colorful and bright floral design, and the florists and flower artists at Wild North Flowers went above and beyond. The bouquet hit all the right color notes, had zero filler, and was perfectly composed. The flowers made our looks! And everywhere we went that day, people approached us to tell us that the bouquet was the most beautiful they'd ever seen and to ask where we got it. Fantastic experience: I have gifted and been gifted flowers from Wild North multiple times and am always been impressed with the beauty of the arrangements and the quality of the individual flowers (always fresh). The arrangements are a delight - the way the WN team plays with shape, form, colour, and textures gives each arrangement a distinctive but classic WN touch. Delivery has always been smooth as well and the flowers arrive in great condition. While the cost of their bouquets is a little more expensive, I do find it worth the money because whether you're sending the flowers to yourself or to a loved one, the flowers really do make the recipient feel treasured.

Negative experience: I wouldn't even give 1 star. The customer service team did not assist me in getting the floral arrangement delivered to the correct address. I had an email address but no contact number for the recipient as she had just recently moved to Toronto from Australia. The company told me it was not their policy to contact recipients by email only by phone..this was very unhelpful and highlights that they really didn't care if the arrangement reached the recipient or not! Instead they sent me an email trying to charge me more money for redelivery charge and a "refresh" of the floral arrangement after 2 days of failed delivery..Wild north had an opportunity to contact the recipient by email and didn't do it..I certainly won't be using them again! I had a very weak response from the owner, by the way. If anything goes wrong they'll take your money and run! Awful over priced robbery. Worst customer service policy I've ever come across. Save your money and use another florist equally as good but doesn't rip you off in the process.

Fantastic experience: We could not be happier to have chosen Wild North for our wedding. The bridal and bridesmaid bouquets were beautiful and the table arrangements were absolutely stunning. The arrangements tied everything together perfectly and fit exactly the romantic and whimsical theme we had described. Fantastic experience: The bouquet was exactly like it was depicted on the website. They were very prompt with responding to my inquiries. The customer service was superb. I was worried the piece may come damaged as it oversized and dried but they were very careful with the delivery and it arrived in perfect shape. My sister absolutely adored it and said it was so unique. I love their dried bouquet arrangement and that it will last a long time. Totally worth the money. I’d highly recommend them over real flowers that wilt after a week. 5 stars service for Wild North Flowers!

Fantastic experience: I happened to win their Free Flower Friday giveaway. I told them about my dear mom, and they seem to be inspired by her story! When I got an email from Catherine, she’s a kind and very positive lady, I was surprised! We had a small conversation over emails, but I can tell that she does her job with love, and she cares about everyone who're interested in Wild North Flowers. We got the arrangement today. Flowers are fresh, and they smell so good. My mom was so happy. And she was very touched that other people heard her story. Also, she asked me to thank you all. Thank you for being so lovely, and thank you for thinking about this giveaway and hearing people’s loved ones from their perspective. From now on if I ever need to get flowers, I'll definitely buy them from Wild North Flowers! Also, there might be some people who think they send the leftover flowers to the winner of the giveaway. And you're mistaken. These flowers are the freshest ones I’ve ever seen.

Negative experience: I previously gave this place a 5 star review (first time ordering May 2020 for Mother's Day). I had gotten the Peachy Twist and was very happy with it and so was my mom! However I have to provide an update since the last two orders were not satisfactory. It is yet again Mother's Day. I ordered the "Neptune" this year and just didn't like the colors of what was available. That's just my own personal preference. BUT, I'm giving two stars because the flowers are already wilting really badly after just two days. Very, very disappointing... considering flowers ain't cheap. My mom also expressed concern and dissatisfaction since she remembered her last year's flowers lasted at least 8 days. Not cool. I also received flowers from my partner as an anniversary gift last summer and those flowers started to wilt after 2-3 days as well. (I was too lazy to review but after a second time, is clear the flowers were just too ripe already... Really, really fortunate.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service!! I ordered a Yucca plant from Wild North Flowers for my brother's birthday. I live in Ottawa and he lives downtown Toronto so I needed a gift that could be delivered. I ordered 2 days before when I wanted it delivered to him and it came to him right on time and all of my special instructions were followed exactly how I asked. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fun gift to send! I will definitely be using them again!

Fantastic experience: I placed an order for my mom's birthday. The flowers are absolutely beautiful and are premium quality. Ontario grown is amazing! They followed my design notes about colour and certain must-have varieties and it arrived within the delivery timeframe. My mom loved the flowers. The only issue was that the vase arrived slightly cracked and water was spilling out. I let WNF know about the situation with a photo and they graciously offered to replace/refund the order. I was sent a replacement the following day and the flowers and arrangement were equally breathtaking. It really made my mom's day. The driver/delivery person also made sure there was no issue this time before leaving. Wild North Flowers customer service is top notch. The staff truly represent their business and they are wonderful. I definitely recommend Wild North Flowers and would order from them again❤️

Fantastic experience: Wild North is my go-to floral place. I purchase with some regularity to send floral arrangements to loved ones or for work-related gifts/events. The arrangements are always aesthetically interesting, receive greats reviews from recipients, and working with them is an easy/seamless experience. I enjoy knowing that I'm supporting local growers and business and would support them most any excuse I have to get some flowers for someone.

Fantastic experience: I ordered an arrangement for my partner's parents to celebrate the Lunar New Year. The arrangement was beautiful! They loved it and how vibrant all the flowers were. Customer service is also top-notch. After reaching out about wilted flowers (that may have been caused by the extreme cold weather we have been having during delivery), customer service immediately remedied the situation. The care instructions provided with the arrangement indicated that individual stems be removed when they had passed their prime. I did this and the arrangement looked great for over two weeks! Fantastic experience: I live in California but I send flowers to my mother in law, family members and friends in Toronto (my husband and family are originally from Toronto). I am so glad I found Wild North Flowers. They do such an amazing job every time. I have ordered for birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas and a funeral. I love that they send me a photo of what they delivered. This is my most recent delivery. I have also ordered gifts (the candles and succulents) and the recipients loved it! They were very accommodating when I had to change the delivery date even though it was around Christmas time, and their communication was awesome. They emailed me back right away. I can't recommend them enough! I have to update my review with how amazing they are again! I just ordered something and my recipient ended up going out of town and we had to rearrange everything. Monica was so helpful with the whole thing! I will never go to another florist in Toronto.
