Fantastic experience: I called Loyalist Flowers at the 'last minute' for a wrist corsage and was impressed by the attitude on the 'phone. Sure, for this evening? What color is the dress? How big should the corsage be - petite, medium..? Which wrist? How would she like to wear it - elastisized band or clasp? I should have been ready with some of these answers, but when I saw the finished product, a dainty, perfect creation which was sturdy enough for an evening's adventure, I was very pleased with the Loyalist Flowers. They delivered on time and on point!

Fantastic experience: I ordered for someone in the Kingston General Hospital for the following day. Then I found out that they were being transferred to another city that afternoon. Loyalist Flowers was able to get the flowers to get the flowers to them before they were transferred. They were beautiful and EXACTLY what I ordered. I will use them again for sure.

Fantastic experience: I've ordered from here twice now and both times the service and quality of the flowers have been top notch. Most recently was an order for a couple for their prom, and the finished product was exactly what we had hoped for. While i was there, i picked up a gorgeous hand tied bouquet for my in-laws anniversary as well, and I've never seen my mother in law react to flowers like she did with these ones! Perfection! The owner and her husband are such lovely people. It's my new favourite go-to flower shop!

Fantastic experience: I personally did not see the flowers but the recipient assured me they were beautiful and she was delighted with them. Also I found the company very accommodating when a difficulty was experienced with the delivery. (The recipients were not home on the stipulated date - and weren't back for a week.) The company agreed to re-deliver at the new date. I found them very helpful and wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.

After placing the order which was to go to KGH tomorrow, I found out that my friend was being discharged this evening. I called back and the delivery was rushed and arrived today before she left. Negative experience: Ordered flowers the day before to be delivered for Valentine’s DAY not NIGHT the excuse I got was they had hundreds of orders , wasn’t that to be expected and they should account for that. They sent me an unknown ,unidentified phone call, who answers those. To find out if I would be home in the evening so now our evening arrangements are on hold as it’s too cold to leave the flowers outside. Double check everything before ordering from them. Maybe I’ll get them in time for Easter

Negative experience: Got my son a boutonnière and a corsage for his gf for their grad. Not overly impressed. Was told I would get an email to confirm a pick up time and never received an email with a time. Called to find out it was ready and just not notified. The flowers looked super limp & brown on the ends when we received them. Considering it was $80 for them both.. not impressed. Definitely wouldn’t do it again and would be better off to make myself.
