Negative experience: I was disappointed with the service and prices. I browsed the store for some time. After waiting for the staff member to finish a phone call and having had put some products on the counter to purchase, the staff member served another customer who had just come in instead. Not the end of the world, but inconsiderate nonetheless.

Fantastic experience: Great flowers that last, everytime. They have always made wonderful arrangements. In Bloom did the flowers for my wedding, as well as every other occasion I have needed flowers. In some cases, that means 2 hours of driving to get to their shop because I know I can depend on them and rely on the products they make/sell. I have never been disappointed, not once, not even a little.( old locations, new location spanning 25 years) I recommend everyone pickup flowers for their mother everytime when visiting the area.

Negative experience: I ordered the "Deal of the Day" - "Standard". The small bouquet was pretty, but it was very poor value for the money spent. With delivery and tax, I paid over $100.00 for a bouquet that I could have bought for $30.00 at any large grocery store in the city. The vase looked cheap (I thought it was plastic on first glance), and the choice of flowers were common (Carnations, Gerbera, Alstromeria, Mums), with one rose, and some fillers. Definitely not a "deal"!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing bouquet! I ordered the ‘Mother’s Day Designer Bouquet’ which was absolutely beautiful. I got the standard, and there was more than I expected! The overall arrangement was really well put together and the flowers were excellent quality. Delivery was easy and smooth, which is rare considering the delivery was almost halfway to gan (technically within kingston but far out of the way). I would personally recommend!

Negative experience: My husband bought tulips that have never opened and were thrown out after 7 days. They were hugely expensive - $20 for 6 tulips - and very disappointing. If the owners want to sell an inferior product I will never shop here again. My husband reached out to the owner and was offered a replacement for the tulips. Thank you so much for your kindness and timely response. The flowers are absolutely beautiful!

Negative experience: I called to ask about fresh cut flowers. I was told at 2:10 that delivery was closed. I was planning to discuss bouquet and options for MONDAY. Customer service was unsatisfactory and I won't order from them as a result!

Fantastic experience: The website was easy to explore. There were different bouquets and sizes to preview before ordering. The bouquet was ready for pick up within a few hours. Parking was easy and close to the store. The arrangement was placed in a lovely shaped vase, ready for presentation. The flowers were fragrant and gorgeous, and it was well received.

Positive experience: I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for her birthday this past week. The flowers were delivered on time but the bouquet was quite small for the price. I called (In Bloom Kingston) to voice my displeasure. This resulted in a callback from the owner, had a pleasant and meaningful discussion, and a new bouquet was created and delivered to my mother the next day. Beautiful (both arrangements) flowers.
