Fantastic experience: I’ve gotten flowers sent from this flower shop twice and both times they have blown me away. The recipient of the flowers genuinely loves the colours and design, they truly put a lot of love and work into their Bouquets. Since I do not live remotely close they make placing the order seamless and both times I’ve done it last minute, and they make sure everything works out! 10/10!

Fantastic experience: My wife loved the flowers she received for her birthday. Its been a week and a half and they are still looking amazing. Avenue Florists did a great job on the selection of flowers.

Negative experience: You should not be charging $60 for a bouquet of filler flowers. $60 for daisies and mum‘s is completely inappropriate. Just because my husband is an idiot and picked up flowers late on Valentine’s Day does not make it OK. Just say no.

Fantastic experience: My dad ordered flowers to be delivered at 4pm for my daughter after her surgery. At 415 I called as they hadn't been delivered yet. They said they would call me back. When they called back they said the manager was going to personally drop them off herself. Great service. Beautiful flowers. Put a smile on my daughter's face after a long and tough day! Fantastic experience: I called Avenue at 11:15 in the morning with a same day request for 65th wedding anniversary flowers. I decided on the "Basket of Blooms." Mere hours later a stunning arrangement was delivered to the celebratory couple. They were delighted, and sent me a photo. I was overjoyed with what I saw. The flowers / arrangement were practically identical to the photo on the website; which honestly never happens. I highly recommend Avenue Florist – their floral artistry is simply superb. Positive experience: Beautiful flowers, reasonably price. The only reason it’s 4/5 is it is impossible to get ahold of anyone unless you go right into the store. If ordering for a special occasion I would avoid ordering online as the system this shops uses to notify customers that their flowers are ready suck. Overall though friendly staff at the shop and beautiful range of selection.

Negative experience: The flowers, with mostly greener were much smaller than what was seen on their website. My sister was happy I thought of her.

We were ordering a birthday floral arrangement for our daughter. Right from the beginning I could tell that it mattered to her to make something perfect and did they ever do that! The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and our daughter was blown away! They even communicated with her to ensure that she would be home to receive the gift (it wasn't a secret). Negative experience: Easily the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. My wife wanted to purchase a rose to send to her mother for her birthday and to have it delivered. With an impending storm the woman in store informed her that she didn't want to wait around for a delivery person as she was wanting to go. Fine. But this is not how you treat customers. Say you're not able to because you are closing for the day and offer. A five percent discount off your next order. Or free delivery next time. Apologize. Instead the person became confrontational and said she hoped we would not use her business or recommend her again when I said we would start using another flower shop. Not good customer service. Will never return here again. Pams flower shop is far superior in every way!

Fantastic experience: Looking for a great florist? Avenue Florist gets a 10 / 10 from me. This is the second time I've received flowers from Avenue Florist, and it is the second time I have been absolutely 100% happy. They were not only beautiful, they were fresh, fresh, fresh... and they lasted at least 10 days. The flowers were so terrific , I phoned the shop, and told them how happy I was, and I have told my kids not to use any other florist in or around Kingston. This may be a small florist shop, but they only use what's perfect, unblemished, and fresh. You won't be disappointed.
