Fantastic experience: My husband and I drove to Kitchener from Ottawa on a Saturday afternoon to attend an event where my mom was receiving a lifetime achievement award. As we stopped to charge our car, we searched for a nearby florist. Julia Flowers was just a few steps away. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and Sophia graciously assembled a gorgeous colourful 'pageant' bouquet within our budget! It was so impressive I felt like a star as I walked back to my car with bouquet in hand!! Thank you for the professional, courtious and quick service!!

Fantastic experience: First order was incorrect, but the owner is righting the wrong and is redelivering new flowers. She was friendly about it and willing to make it right. I appreciate the effort put into correcting this as well as the offer for a credit or refund. The new flowers were more full and kind of closer to what was expected and wanted.

Negative experience: We live in Alberta and wanted to order an arrangement close to the funeral home Ordered an arrangement for my late uncle from Julia flowers the lady told us that we shouldn’t get the arrangement we wanted we saw an arrangement we fell in love with so we thought we were purchasing this one we asked for a picture of it but she never sent us anything had to call the funeral home to get a picture of our arrangement which they took it and emailed to me very nice lady. When I received the picture of the arrangement I was horrified it was so ugly nothing I would have ever chosen for my family to even see I’m very embarrassed by this arrangement it had my name on it. It was very cheap looking nothing like the one we saw and wanted feel cheated was to have three banners on it and only had letters glued onto leaves and was missing one all together isn’t okay it should’ve read uncle,great and great great uncle not only uncle and great great uncle so tacky I’m so disappointed and then to be lied to and argued with on top of everything else not very nice

Fantastic experience: Sophie was super friendly and informative. I wasn't aware they'd order in bigger sizes for you so actually most of these clothes can be ordered in to be XXL or up to size 22. So much more inclusive sizing then I expected i never thought to check before but glad i did now. The accessories are very pretty too The flowers they do weddings and funerals and all sorts of events. The prices for clothes are higher then a box store but the quality and stitching was definitely worth it

At first, I was a little disappointed when I saw a photo of my order, the angle didn’t quite capture what I had imagined. When my Queen showed me the inside of the arrangement, I was absolutely mesmerized. Positive experience: When a customer says anything but yellow flowers and the funeral spray is mostly yellow that's a problem. Also most flowers were not open so not visible..told that they would open in a couple days...what good is that?

Negative experience: Placed an order online and the recipient was contacted and advised they were unable to complete order due to location, although I paid for shipping. Not impressed that my surprise gift was ruined. I then called the establishment and communicate with a rude lady on the phone who needs to take a lesson on customer service. I was advised unless i paid more for shipping the order would be cancelled. Based on her behavior I cancelled the order. Disappointed considering I am a returning customer. Will never shop here again

Negative experience: We called to order flowers for a visitation at a funeral home. The woman guaranteed delivery for the morning. When we arrived, no flowers. We, and the funeral director tried to call. No answer. Extremely disappointed at this sad time. We paid for a product and service we did not get. The flowers did arrive... but too late. The guarantee delivery was for the visitation. Just a horrible experience on a sad sad day.

Positive experience: Edited: My boys ordered me a bouquet for Mother's Day this year. While initially beautiful, the hydrangeas wilted next day. My husband who placed the order tried reaching out through a few means to provide an opportunity to address it and received no response. After reading this review, the owner called me and arranged to have a new arrangement sent to me. It is absolutely breathtaking.
