Negative experience: Placed a order 5 days before needed asking for 12pm delivery. 3pm came called and told them they said another hr yet. When I told him they need to do better 4 hrs past is just not ok he offered to cancel order I said no I need the order at this point and he canceled anyway and hung up phone

Negative experience: I am embarrassed to show the sender photos of what I received. I’m sure they ordered something nice, but the “arrangement” that arrived was just hideous. This is just a shop with flowers. Not a florist.

Negative experience: First of all, no one contacted me after I placed the order. I actually had to call myself from another country just to find out what was going on with my delivery, which was very frustrating. Secondly, the order I received was not what I paid for. I ordered a floral arrangement in a teacup, but what was delivered was just a simple vase arrangement instead. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The lack of communication and the incorrect order made this a poor experience, and I expected much better service.

Negative experience: I ordered a flower arrangement two days in advance as a birthday gift and provided clear delivery instructions, specifically requesting early delivery. Considering the shop advertises same-day delivery and opens at 7:00 AM, I reasonably expected the order could be delivered early in the morning. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Despite the delivery address being only about 12 minutes from the shop, the delivery took the entire day. The recipient was at home until 4:00 PM, yet the flowers were delivered only after she had already left. What was even more frustrating is that the delivery person knocked on a neighbor’s door instead of following the detailed instructions provided with the order, which suggests those instructions were not properly reviewed. Overall, this was a disappointing experience for what is a relatively expensive service. When you order flowers for a birthday, timing matters, and in this case the delivery completely missed the occasion. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last order with this florist.

Negative experience: Thank you for your service, but I was very disappointed with my experience. The prices were not clearly displayed in the store, which made choosing flowers confusing. When I asked about the price, the male employee was unclear and hesitant—at first, he said “under $25” but wasn’t sure. When it came time to pay, I was charged $25 per bouquet for small bundles of only 7–8 stems each (as shown in the photo). In total, I paid over $50 plus tax for two simple bouquets (yellow and white). Compared to other stores, this price is extremely high—$25 for a small bunch of daisies is unbelievable. On top of that, the employee didn’t provide a receipt at checkout.

Positive experience: The website doesnt indicate what you are getting because they offer 3 different options for each bouquet but mention nowhere what those differences are. If my price is going to jump up 20-40$ then I would expect to know what I am paying for. Also ordered delivery and that did not go well. I put in the instructions to deliver between a certain time because I was shipping to a business address, and those were the relevant hours. Despite this, the driver shows up 30 minutes before that time and is surprised no one was there. They also didnt call from a business phone number nor was the voice message clear, so I did not even realise till later what had happened because I assumed it was a spam call. The second delivery went better, thankfully. The flowers themselves are pretty but the card included is buried under care instructions and the busniess information. While this is important, I would rather this big hunk of paper didnt stick out of the flowers and take away from the arrangement. I wouldn't order from this place again because there are too many small details that are wrong, and make the whole experience a pain.

Negative experience: Photo of florals my friend received did not accurately reflect the photo listed on website. I am quite disappointed. The photo online demonstrates neutral tones, tied together with neutral white-ish greenery. The photo on the website also contains more roses and is a more full bouquet. I would never order brightly coloured orange and hot pink flowers together, this it not my style or my friend's. I recommend this company update the photos on their website to reflect the vast difference in bouquet colours (and smaller sizes). They were also very expensive ($166.04).

Negative experience: I had bought the premium Fruits and Blooms premium basket from Kitchener Ontario Florist that is supposed to come with: - One potted azalea plant decorates a gift basket containing five apples, five pears, six oranges and six bananas. - Decorated with a large bow. The attached image shows what was received that includes no potted azalea plant (or any flowered plant for that matter)… help me count the five apples, five pears and six oranges.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience today purchasing flowers today at a reasonable price. The florist clarified what I needed, she advised and put together a beautiful little bouquet with fresh flowers, thoughtfully wrapped for the occasion. A place to remember, I will be a returning customer for sure.

Negative experience: The little ball bouquet you brought already had flowers with a lame and wilted look. I picked out a few droopy ones before I put it on my table. Every day I pulled more wilted ones while adding fresh water. Today they are done! VERY disappointing. But I can never tell the dear friends who sent it. - I will, however, mention it in my group of friends and acquaintances.

Negative experience: My son sent me two dozen roses for Valentine’s Day. They were left on my unprotected porch in -10 weather and froze. No attempt was made to contact me about the delivery. By the time I found them, they were frozen. By Saturday they were shrivelled and brown. When I phoned , the person to whom I spoke denied having fulfilled the order despite the card identifying Kitchener Ontario Florists. He said he would check and call me back. He called once when I was out and never again. The email address in the web site is invalid and no one is answering the phone. I have not told my son as I’m sure he would be devastated as am I.

Negative experience: Spent 90 dollars on flowers that all died within 3 days. Owner was very rude as well. Worst flower place I have ever been too and very overpriced compared to other stores

Negative experience: Received a bouquet from this flower shop that was ordered through Teleflora. Bouquet was much smaller than specified and did not match the flowers, vibe, etc of the bouquet I ordered. We called to follow up with the shop and were given a sad story about being permitted by Teleflora to substitute at their discretion. Florist was not sorry or empathetic at all. Reported to Teleflora and suggested to them to remove this Florist from their delivery list.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a display early for Valentine’s Day, and on the day I needed the order delivered they were unfortunately not able to make the delivery schedule. HOWEVER, once I called and explained the situation the graciously allowed me to come by and grab the flowers myself and refunded the delivery charge. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and amazingly nice about the whole situation. The bouquet was amazing btw!

Negative experience: I have ordered from this florist for the last 7 years, and I don’t know what has happened but I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and received them today July 29th 2024 they were wilted, the water in the vase was hot like it had been in the car all day. I specifically asked for assorted Lillie’s and I repeated my order to obviously someone who didn’t understand. I received a small bouquet of assorted flowers in a vase that I didn’t order and for $75 I got something worth $20. This place is under new management and they don’t know what they are doing! I truly miss the nice Asian lady that I bought flowers from for year. Buyer be ware.

Negative experience: I just received a gift basket due to my mother’s passing. The basket although well arranged, had the strongest cigarette smoke smell I have ever smelled. It simply smelled worse than an ashtray. It appears the driver has been driving around and smoking in his car (with windows closed) for hours. This is simply not acceptable. The basket includes food items that are now revolting. I called the shop and instead of getting an apology for the incident, I had to argue with the owner about the smell as she just tried to dismiss the fact that I received an arranged ashtray. I would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I called the owner LAST MINUTE, to order a dozen long stem roses. I called many other florists in the surrounding area, and NONE could help me last minute. The owner here was very friendly, sincere, and very FAST service. The roses were delivered ON TIME, and the QUALITY of the roses were spectacular!!!! Her arrangement was beautiful, and could tell she's had DECADES of experience. THIS IS NOW MY 100% GO TO FLORIST !!!!!

We were able to meet with her and go over the details we wanted for our wedding, and she was able to execute on exactly what we wanted with perfection! We even had some very last minute changes and she was able to make changes on the fly that absolutely blew us away. Her years and years of experience truly shows with the expertise that comes through in her final product. We were married at the Elora Mill and we had people comment that our florals were something out of a magazine. The flowers were fresh, great quality, and the perfect colour. It was incredibly reassuring to know that we could count on Sue for whatever we needed, and we did not have to worry about the overall vision as we could tell immediately that she knew what she was doing. I could not recommend using Kitchener Ontario Florist for any of your needs any higher, the years of experience and keen attention to detail was evident, and at an absolutely unbeatable price point I am not sure why you would use any one else for your flower needs. I have also used this business for a variety of smaller bouquets for friends, and all I have to do is send her an inspiration image from google and she nails it every single time. 5 starts is not high enough!!

Negative experience: Based on the flowers I received yesterday, I would never do business with this florist. I’m grateful that the sender lives out of town and will never have to see the arrangement he paid for. It had lots of very small carnations, some wilted flowers, and three of the ugliest green plants I’ve ever seen. There were three of them and they were about 3 inches in diameter acting as filler in the arrangement instead of using colourful blossoms. I have Included photos. I was very disappointed. Avoid this place like the plague.

Positive experience: I went here because it was one of the only flower shops open. I called to place an order but I had a difficult time understanding the woman through her accent. I decided to go in person instead. Turns out this store is more of a convenience store than a florist. The on-hand selection was minimal, but I did manage to find something suitable for my purposes. I would have preferred a custom bouquet but the employee seemed very busy filling out other orders. Customer service was fine, not great. The woman there was at least attentive and quick to help. Price was fine, not great.

Negative experience: I bought what I thought would be an upgraded beautiful bouquet of flowers for my friend for Mother’s Day that really needed a deserved a pick me up. I knew they wouldn’t make it for Sunday Mother’s Day and expected the delivery today. I received an email stating they had to wait to deliver over the next few days as they were waiting for a shipment. I complained that there wasn’t a specific day and the replied Wednesday. I agreed to that. Right after the email my friend received her flowers that we weren’t expecting now until Wednesday. She sent me pictures of the wilted bouquet with petals falling off and yellowing foliage and flowers that looked nothing like the picture. I am so embarrassed and feel so bad as I was looking forward to putting a smile on her face not disappointment.

Negative experience: My best friend bought me flowers for Mothers Day that never arrived. She emailed today and was told fresh flowers would come over the next few days to fulfill the late Mothers Day order. She was ok with waiting. Two hours later I received a delivery from this florist with half-dead flowers that were dropping petals and browning. It also did not look anything like the upgraded bouquet that she spent a lot of money on. Disappointed doesn't even cover it. Late delivery, mostly dead flowers. I wouldn't recommend this florist for these reasons. I'm uploading photos but keep in mind that my camera likes to brighten flowers so they are not as bright in person as my phone beautified them. My suggestion is to find a reliable and ethical florist.

Fantastic experience: Found this florist on Google maps, read the reviews, and decided to order. Long distance flower ordering can be iffy, but after talking with Sue, no doubts! I ordered an arrangement for Sunday, and called Saturday night at 6. She said they would be delivered to the funeral home for Sunday evening. And sent me a pic of the flowers too!
