Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of interacting with Stephanie from Lilies White Floral Studio, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. I had placed an order for a beautiful white bouquet and realized afterward that I’d forgotten something important for the card. Even though the studio was already closed, I left a voicemail hoping for the best. To my surprise, Stephanie called me back within minutes. She listened, reassured me, and immediately made the correction with such kindness and professionalism. Before preparing the arrangement, she confirmed whether someone would be home to receive the flowers, something most companies don’t take the time to do. She explained that they consider everything: weather conditions, temperature, and the overall care of the flowers. It was clear they take real pride in every step, from the arrangement itself to ensuring it’s placed directly into the hands of the recipient. Stephanie kept me updated throughout the process, even trying all day to reach someone on my behalf. She followed up again the next 2 days, as she did finally manage to speak directly with the recipient's family, and made sure their needs were met upon delivery. I felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for the entire time. Although I didn’t see the final arrangement myself, the recipient reached out to say how beautiful it was. It clearly made an impression, and I’m deeply grateful to Stephanie and her team for the conscious effort, pride, and heart they put into their work. Fantastic experience: Lilies White Floral Studio did the bouquets and boutonnieres for my wedding in June 2023! They were professional throughout the process and provided delivery so I didn't have to worry about arranging pickup! The flowers were beautiful - I actually used them as centerpieces on my head table after the ceremony! What I was most impressed about is that from the beginning, in their quote, they could provide different examples of flowers that they would use in my bouquets (obviously quoting months in advance). The names and the colours of flowers that could be used in each bouquet was very helpful for fullfilling my vision of what they would look like on the day. Other florists I got quotes from would say "seasonal" flowers, and when I asked for clarification (as someone who knows nothing about florals) was given a non-answer. I willsay I specifically chose Lilies White Floral because of their transparency in the quoting process. Thank you Dawn and Donna!

Fantastic experience: "The most beautiful bouquet I have ever received." This shop is special. We don't live in Ontario, but we wanted to send a bouquet to our beloved aunt for a special birthday, so we looked around before deciding which florist to choose - and it all went perfectly! When I called, they asked all the right questions to get an understanding of our vision for a beautiful, cheerful and lush arrangement. We wanted "pops of colour" and "rich jewel tones" and for it to be "cheerful" and to have a "feel of significance." We probably weren't the easiest customers, but Lilies White were receptive and lovely, because they could tell it was important to us. And when clarification was needed, they called me back. Nothing was left to chance. And when I saw photos of the bouquet, I was beyond pleased. It felt so good to send a bouquet that isn't just a gesture of kindness, but something truly beautiful to brighten the day of someone we love.

Fantastic experience: I frequently purchase arrangements in the 40-50$ range and am very happy with what I get. The arrangements are always unique, my recipients always love them, and the flowers are so fresh that they last much longer than anywhere else I've purchased cut flowers. So much nicer than a grocery store bundle that lasts less than a week! Everyone is easy to work with and the delivery service is friendly and reliable.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Donna for my wedding this September, and I have nothing but incredible things to say about her team. I met with many florists, but we chose Donna because we loved how practical she was - she would bring out the various types of flowers so I could see what I liked together, and didn't like. I must have changed my mind a million times about things throughout the wedding planning process, but she was always accommodating and quick to communicate with us, and was always happy to make changes to our floral plan (even a couple weeks before the wedding!). Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to work with Donna who designed my bridal bouquets. I am absolutely in love with my bouquets and would not have changed a thing. Donna was so great with providing feedback and advice on what floral arrangements would look good together. She was so great when I told her the price I wanted to spend and she was able to arrange my bouquets to accommodate my price. Donna was very patient with me as I dropped in multiple times to discuss my bouquets. I also wanted some last minute greenery additions to my bouquets and Donna was so accommodating and added them in with such short notice. I just want to thank the Lilies White team again for making the most stunning bouquets for me and being so easy to work with!

Fantastic experience: I had the honour of working with Dawn to design my bridal bouquet . I came in with my parents for a simple consultation and walked out with the most beautiful bridal bouquet design! Dawn listened to what I wanted for my big day and provided her input on the design after seeing a photo of my outfit. Fantastic experience: When I was looking for a florist for our wedding (just this past Saturday!), I decided to base my choice on Google Reviews and go with Lilies White. I am so glad I did! Dawn at Lilies White is such a wonderful person to spend time with, not to mention a wizard with flowers and design. She was so conscious of our budget and really worked with me to figure out how to stay within it, without compromising the design. When I saw how they set up our centrepieces and tied the room together with small touches, I was amazed. It really is an art that they do very, very well. One of my favourite moments was seeing the BEAMING smile on my nieces face as she opened up her "flower wand", a long stemmed rose, bedazzled to match her flower head band that she got to carry as the Flower Girl. They gave %100 in the work they did, but the most important thing for me was that they were (are!) kind, warm people who really cared about making sure we had the best day. Fantastic experience: My husband and I were married a few weeks ago, and we chose Lilies White as our florist, and we were so glad we did. Donna really went above and beyond, took everything we described and brought it to a whole different level. She made all my bouquets and arrangements, big and small, and some taller than my bridesmaid. Before making our final decision, we visited 3 different florists including Lilies White, all were highly reviewed online. I had a very special request for a floral cuff, which I described and had photos for. Since it is not a common item, all 3 florists have never made the cuff before. First florist told me she thinks I should go for something else as floral jewelry, maybe a necklace or crown instead (no.. that is not what I want)... the second florist told me she would use fake flowers (absolutely no)... I'm sure both would have looked fine, but far far from what I envisioned for my wedding. Donna was the only one who thought it through, brought out a few different options to discuss what I want! I was so impressed with her professionalism and her willingness to not only create beautiful floral pieces but transforming a client's vision into reality. Pricing wise, all the florists I visited were around the similar range, however I do believe the flowers Donna used were higher in quality. The bouquets and arrangements did not have one imperfection in them, not a hint of rusted edge, I have never seen such perfection at any wedding I've been to. Throughout the whole process, I've never felt more well cared for, always in the loop, even during times when Donna was away, her business partner Dawn would reply my emails keeping me informed, so I never have to worry about emails going amiss. As a bride, I was so grateful for the great communication so my mind was always at ease. Thank you Donna and everyone at Lilies White!!!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Donna took my hopes and dreams (which were fairly specific and detail oriented) and she blew my expectations out of the water.
