They arrived arranged in a beautiful, unique way and were delivered by a very nice woman. It was a wonderful surprise and great experience as the flowers were so fresh and remain so today, 5 days later!

Negative experience: I ordered an expensive festive floral arrangement for my daughter and her partner. The arrangement arrived at 5:30 p.m. The next morning three out of the 6 roses were wilting. Upon further observation, it was noted the roses in addition to wilting were a different, smaller rose variety than used in the description and pictures used on their website, when I chose the floral arrangement, Two strikes When informed they did very little about fixing the situation, third strike you are out! I will NEVER order from them again. They provided false advertising & inferrior product. It was not a very nice Merry Christmas from them! BEWARE Canada Flowers, not worth your money, inferrior product, false advertising and unprofessional! I would rate them 0 stars if that was a possibility.

Fantastic experience: I made an online order from Winnipeg and Camden & team provided a beautiful arrangement that looked as nice as the photo! Super quick delivery that was followed up by a personalized “Thank you” email. It’s the little things that make a difference. Thanks Camden!

Fantastic experience: This location has been a florist for years, which is why I chose the shop, although I'm sure it was a Petals and Pots, now Forest of Flowers. The website worked well, I ordered a bouquet of flowers just four days ahead with no issue. Beautiful flower and bouquet options with varied price points to suit. The delivery arrived shortly before 10am, fresh and beautiful. I saw the flowers three days later and they still looked great in my opinion. Very happy with the service all around, from arrangement to delivery.

Fantastic experience: Ordering this stunning Christmas centrepiece online was simple and straightforward. Called the next day to verify order was ready, it was and then I had to unexpectedly add on delivery which they did with no issues (my friends weren't able to pick it up). Fantastic experience: Forest of Flowers has been my "go to" for floral arrangements for my mother's special occasions for the last few years. Their arrangements are beautiful and their customer service is top notch.

Negative experience: Bought a pre-made bouquet that was labeled $50. When I reviewed the receipt, there was a $5 extra charge for miscellaneous which I wasn't informed of. IMO, they should have just labeled it $55 instead of $50 if there is an extra charge so as not to disappoint customers. ----------------------------------------- I loved your flowers and everything went well. I appreciate the service. I did tell the staff that I was giving the flower the day after the purchase and she told me she would wet pack the flower so that it lasts longer. I've been to a number of flower shops to find the graduation flower and your flowers looked the best. I was told that it was getting wet pack but I didn't hear anything about the extra cost. If the staff told me about the extra cost of a wet pack, I would still do it because I need it. I am just a little disappointed that I wasn't told about the fee that I wasn't aware of after the purchase.

Negative experience: Use to be my go to floral shop, but now they just price gouge. A lilly stem use to be $7 now its $10 each. Holy! Got 6 stems for $60 just ridiculous. Plus got some greenery my total was $135 including tax. Definitely not worth the price for them to die in a week. Tip for buyers: sobey grocery stores have the exact same lillies 6 stems for $20 your welcome:)

Negative experience: After 2 years of good service (hence the 2 stars), they really dropped the ball this year. Paid for a dozen roses to be delivered in the morning for Valentine’s Day. At 4 pm I called and was told businesses and schools were given priority and that my delivery would arrive before 6pm. At 5:55pm I called and after mildly expressing that I was disappointed and that dinner plans had to be cancelled, I was met with a scolding tone that said, “we had over 300 orders and we only have 5 drivers”. The delivery finally arrived closer to 6:45pm. Super unfortunate that after waiting the entire day, some of the flowers were wilted and some even have brown dry spots. The arrangement looked hastily put together with no quality control as to the flowers used. The worst $137 I’ve spent in a while. Hopefully this review helps someone not re-live my experience.

Fantastic experience: My go-to flowershop. I'm writing this a little later but for our anniversary I got a beautiful rose bouqet and my wife still thinks about it. They made it as I wanted and gave me advice to improve it. If you LOVE custom made flowers, this is the best shop in kitchener!

Fantastic experience: We used Forest of Flowers for our wedding and could not have been happier!!! We had two bridal bouquets and two flower crowns. Everything was so beautiful and fresh and stood up well the whole day. The designer sat down with us and went over lots of options and asked lots of questions to make sure she could design exactly what we wanted and she did an incredible job.

Fantastic experience: I have a number of great interactions with this location. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. I have found the flowers see to last just a bit longer than many other locations. Sometimes up to 21 days! They also have an internal rewards program as a bonus. Well worth a visit!

Negative experience: Over heard owners and other staff talking bad about customers and other staff members who where not present , I’ve been here before and bought 150$ Arrangement , and asked to have it bug and full , I received the opposite of that and when I asked why it didn’t look like what I ordered I was told if you want it bigger you can pay more otherwise this is it … I’ll be forever avoiding this place , the only nice one was the customer service girl , she was there over a year ago , haven’t seen her since , glad she left these people are awful and very fake.

Positive experience: A nice arrangement. However, it is overpriced, and they really should hire someone to write the cards whose penmanship isn't chicken scratch. The card was very difficult to read and had a ton of spelling mistakes.

Negative experience: My husband ordered me valentine flowers, which is so thoughtful! They were delivered later in the evening....to the wrong house. It's a very good thing we know the woman there who later recognized the name on the tag. My neighbor said, "these can't be for this house- everyone here already has gotten their flowers or given them." She said the delivery woman was quite rude to her and left them there anyway. The flowers are beautiful, and I have not had trouble with this company before, but I do think it's strange that the delivery lady did nothing to try to figure out the problem, especially since the address on the tag is correct. Thank goodness I have honest neighbors!

Fantastic experience: Forest of flowers- Kitchener is always where I go to order flowers. They never disappoint. The flowers always arrive on time and look beautiful! This past weekend we came in last minute to order some flowers for a funeral after finding out no other flower's were delivered. Although they already had many orders on the go, they put together the most beautiful boutique in such a short time to accommodate us. I highly recommend this flower shop! They're amazing!

Fantastic experience: Walked in during what seemed to a busy time, every staff member was occupied with customers or completing orders however they still asked me if I needed help with anything within the first 15 seconds of being there. I explained that I wanted them to make a custom arrangement for me as soon as they could because I was going home to my gf to surprise on her our anniversary. They were quick to show me their wonderful selection of flowers and got started on my order right away. I was in there for no longer than 10 minutes and walked out with a beautiful arrangement that was done on the fly!
